为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种直流接触器, 包括: 壳体组件和设 置在所述壳体组件之内的线圈组件, 所述壳体组件包括壳体、 凸出设置在所述 壳体顶面的导电柱以及弹簧, 所述线圈组件包括电磁铁芯和套设在其上的线圈。
进一步地, 所述壳体组件呈圓柱形。
进一步地, 所述导电柱包括一对大导电柱和一对小导电柱, 均凸出设置在 所述壳体的顶面。
进一步地, 所述小导电柱与所述线圈相连。
进一步地, 所述壳体组件还包括内层接触弹片和外层接触弹片, 分别与所 述大导电柱活动连接, 并与所述弹簧相连。
进一步地, 所述壳体组件还包括触针, 其连接在所述弹簧一端, 呈圆柱形, 具有锥形末端。
进一步地, 所述电磁铁芯一端顶部向内凹陷, 形成一细小空腔, 以容纳所 确认本 述触针的末端。

请同时参照图 2所示, 壳体组件 1呈圆柱形, 包括壳体 10, 其顶面凸出设 有一对大导电柱 11和一对小导电柱 12, 均呈圆柱形。 大导电柱 11与内层接触 弹片 13、 外层接触弹片 14活动连接。 弹簧 15与内层接触弹片 13、 外层接触弹 片 14相连。 触针 16连接在弹簧 15—端, 其呈圆柱形, 具有锥形末端。 舳针 16 与接触弹片 13、 14铆接在一起。
线圈组件 2包括电磁铁芯 20和套设在其上的线圈 21。 电磁铁芯 20—端顶 部向内凹陷, 形成一细小空腔, 以容纳触 4十 16的末端。 线圈 21与小导电柱 12 相连, 小导电柱 12用于给线圈 21供电。

组装时, 将线圏组件 2设置在壳体组件 1内, 并用盖体组件 3进行封装。 工作时, 主要原理是利用电磁铁的原理实现开关通断。 通过小导电柱 12给 线圈 21通电以后, 铁芯 20受电磁力运动压缩弹簧 15, 接触弹片 13、 14在弹簧 的作用下与两个大接线柱 11互相导通, 从而使电路接通。 断开小接线柱 12的 电, 接触弹片 13、 14在弹簧的作用下, 离开大导电柱 12, 从而使电路断开。
