Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'association sans colle, par marquage par pression, d'au moins deux plis (5, 6) à base d'ouate de cellulose caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à gaufrer selon un motif de gaufrage au moins un premier pli (5) par passage entre un premier cylindre (2) et un cylindre (4) extérieurement recouvert d'un caoutchouc, puis à associer au moins un deuxième pli (6) avec ledit premier pli (5) en faisant passer lesdits plis (5, 6) entre un premier cylindre (2) en acier gravé d'axe CC et au moins une première série de petits cylindres (1) coaxiaux extérieurement lisses d'axe XX', puis entre ledit premier cylindre (2) et une deuxième série de petits cylindres (3) coaxiaux extérieurement lisses d'axes YY', les axes CC, XX' et YY' étant horizontaux et parallèles. L'invention couvre en outre l'installation destinée à mettre en œuvre ledit procédé.
