本发明实施例的核心思想为: 公共安全接入点根据回叫用户标识发起紧急 业务的回叫请求, 其中, 所迷的回叫用户标识中包括路由信息和紧急业^ f 息。 这里, 路由信息是指可以将紧急业务的回叫请求最终路由到相应的发起紧急呼 叫请求的用户终端的信息; 紧急业务信息是指可以逾越被叫用户终端的访问权 限的限制的信息。 在本发明中, 可以由用户终端或 IP多媒体子系统提供路由信 W 200 息和紧急业务信息, 也可以由公共安全接入点或特定的地址池提供紧急业务信 息, 所述地址池位于用户终端和 /或 IP多媒体子系统。 紧急业务包括紧急呼叫业 务和紧急消息业务。
所述回叫用户标识可以只包括用户标识。 这种情况下, 用户标识中包括路 由信息和紧急业务信息。 比如: 用户标识为临时用户标识、 紧急用户标识、 普 通用户标识等, 此时, 是利用用户标识中一部分或全部信息表示路由信息和紧 急业务信息。
所述回叫用户标识可以包括用户标识和回叫辅助信息。 这种情况下, 当所 述用户标识至少包括紧急业务信息, 而不包含路由信息时, 所述的回叫辅助信 息包含路由信息, 如回叫地址信息; 当所述用户标识至少包括路由信息时, 而 不包含紧急业务信息时, 所述的回叫辅助信息包含紧急业务信息, 如紧急业务 标志。
参见图 1 , 实现本发明方法的具体步骤如下:
S101、用户终端通过 ΓΡ多媒体子系统向公共安全接入点发起紧急业务请求;
5102、 公共安全接入点向 IP多媒体子系统发起紧急业务的回叫, 其中包括 该用户终端的回叫用户标识;
5103、 IP 多媒体子系统根据所述回叫用户标识将所述紧急业务的回叫发送 给所述用户终端。
实施例一:
参见图 2, 当用户标识为可路由临时用户标识时, 并且该标识是由会话控制 单元提供的, 那么, 实现紧急业务回叫的方法包括以下具体步驟:
S201 用户终端发起紧急业务请求, 在紧急业务请求中插入本单元地址, 并将该紧急业务请求发送给接入控制单元;
所述的紧急业务请求中, 用户终端可以不具有普通用户标识, 也可以具有 普通用户标识, 如用户终端是一个手机, 但手机中有没有电话卡都可以发送紧 急业务请求。
5202、 接入控制单元将本单元地址插入紧急业务请求中, 并将该紧急业务 请求发送到会话控制单元;
5203、 会话控制单元将可路由临时用户标识插入紧急业务请求中, 同时保 存所述可路由临时用户标识和所述接入控制单元的地址以及所述用户终端的地 址之间的对应关系 , 并将该紧急业务请求发送给公共安全接入点;
例如: 所述的可路由临时用户标识为 temp2345678@e-cscf.com, 其中的 e-cscf.com为所迷会话控制单元的域名信息, 因此根据该信息可以把紧急业务的 回叫请求路由到该会话控制单元, 其中的 temp2345678为特定的标识, 通过该 标识可以查找到与之对应的特定的用户终端以及会话控制单元的地址信息; 所述的可路由临时用户标识可以由设置在所述会话控制单元的特定的地址 池提供,该地址池可以同时位于所述 IP多媒体子系统中其它网元, 包括 IP多媒 体子系统的接入控制单元, 因此, IP 多媒体子系统其它网元也可以在紧急业务 的请求中插入所述可路由临时用户标识;
所述的会话控制单元或 IP多媒体子系统其它网元可以根据该地址池提供的 可路由临时用户标识对紧急业务的回叫请求进行紧急业务处理;
例如, 所述地址池为 temp2000000@e-cscf.com〜 temp2999999@e-cscf.com; 即域名为 e-cscf.com, 用户名为 temp加 2开始的 Ί为数字均用于紧急业务的回 叫, 这样, 会话控制单元或 IP多媒体子系统其它网元可以根据可路由临时用户 标识 temp2345678@e-cscf.com对紧急业务的回叫请求进行紧急业务处理。
5204、 公共安全接入点保存其中的可路由临时用户标识 , 通过该可路由临 时用户标识将紧急业务的回叫请求发送到所述会话控制单元, 其中紧急业务的 回叫请求中携带了所述可路由临时用户标识;
5205、 会话控制单元根据所述可路由临时用户标识获得与之对应的接入控 制单元和用户终端的地址, 将紧急业务的回叫请求发送给接入控制单元, 其中 携带了用户终端的地址信息;
公共安全接入点可以进一步在上述请求中携带紧急业务标志;
在所述会话控制单元接收到紧急业务的回叫请求后, 根据该请求中携带的 可路由临时用户标识查找与之对应的地址信息, 即接入控制单元的地址和用户 终端的地址, 并将所述用户终端的地址插入紧急业务的回叫请求中, 再根据所 述的接入控制单元的地址将该紧急业务的回叫请求发送给相应的接入控制单 元, 会话控制单元可以进一步 居临时用户标识是否位于地址池范围内, 或者 紧急业务标志, 对本次回叫紧急业务处理;
S206、 接入控制单元根据所述用户终端的地址信息, 将所述紧急业务的回 叫请求发送到所述用户终端。
其中, 如杲所述的可路由临时用户标识是由接入控制单元插入的, 则该接 入控制单元会同时保存所述可路由临时用户标识和所述用户终端地址信息之间 的对应关系, 那么通过所述临时用户标识, PSAP发起的紧急业务的回叫请求可 以路由到所述接入控制单元, 所述接入控制单元才艮据所述对应关系找到相应的 用户终端的地址, 将紧急业务的回叫请求发送到相应的用户终端。
实施例二:
参见图 3 , 当回叫用户标识为用户标识和回叫辅助信息的组合,所述的用户 标识为不可路由临时用户标识, 所迷的回叫辅助信息为回叫地址信息时, 并且, 所述的不可路由临时用户标识由用户终端插入紧急业务的请求中, 那么, 实现 紧急业务的回叫的方法包括以下具体步驟:
S30K 用户终端发起紧急业务请求, 将所述用户终端的地址信息和所述不 可路由临时用户标识插入所述紧急业务请求中, 并将该请求发送给接入控制单 元;
所述的不可路由临时用户标识由设置在所述用户终端的特定的地址池提 供,该地址池同时也位于所述 IP多媒体子系统中, 包括 IP多媒体子系统的接入 控制单元和会话控制单元, 因此, IP 多媒体子系统也可以在紧急业务的请求中 插入所述不可路由临时用户标识;
所述的会话控制单元根据该地址池提供的不可路由临时用户标识对紧急业 务的回叫请求进行紧急业务处理;
5302、所述的接入控制单元将本单元的地址信息插入所述紧急业务请求中, 并将该请求发送给会话控制单元;
5303、所述的会话控制单元将本单元的地址信息插入所述紧急业务请求中, 并将该请求发送给公共安全接入点;
5304、 所述的公共安全接入点存储所述紧急业务请求中的不可路由临时用 户标识、 所述用户终端的地址信息、 所述接入控制单元的地址信息和所述会话 控制单元的地址信息;
5305、 所述的公共安全接入点根据所迷的会话控制单元的地址信息将紧急 业务的回叫请求发送给所述的会话控制单元, 其中包括所述不可路由临时用户 标识、 所述用户终端的地址信息和所述接入控制单元的地址信息;

参见图 4, 当用户标识为普通用户标识, 回叫辅助信息为紧急业务标志时, 实现紧急业务回叫的方法包括以下具体步骤:
S401、 将用户终端的普通用户标识注册到归属域会话控制单元;
通过对所述用户终端的普通用户标识进行注册, PSAP可以根据该普通用户 标识路由到所述的用户终端。
所述的普通用户标识包括所述用户终端的用户信息和 /或设备信息; 所述的普通用户标、识可以是公共用户标识, 如: marry@chinatelecom.com; 也可以是公共用户标识和通用可路由用户请求标识 ( GRUU, Globally Routable User Agent URIs )的组合; 也可以是公共用户标识和终端设备标识的组合。
5402、 用户终端发起紧急业务请求, 将所述普通用户标识插入所述紧急业 务请求中, 并将该请求发送给 IP多媒体子系统的接入控制单元;
所述的用户终端在发起紧急业务请求时, 会把普通用户标识插入该请求消 息中, 即该紧急业务请求中携带了普通用户标识, 同样所述的普通用户标识也 可以由 IP多媒体子系统中的接入控制单元或会话控制单元或其他独立的用户标 识数据库在紧急业务请求过程中插入到所述紧急业务的请求中, 再发送给公共 安全接入点。
5403、 所述的接入控制单元将所述紧急业务请求发送给 IP多媒体子系统的 会话控制单元;
5404、 所述会话控制单元将所述紧急业务请求发送给公共安全接入点;
5405、 公共安全接入点存储所述普通用户标识;
5406、 公共安全接入点将所述的普通用户标识和紧急业务标志插入紧急业 务的回叫请求中, 并根据所述的普通用户标识, 将所述紧急业务的回叫请求发 送到所述会话控制单元;
所述的 PSAP将所迷紧急业务标志和普通用户标识同时插入所述紧急业务 的回叫请求消息中, 根据所述普通用户标识, 将该紧急业务的回叫请求发送给 相应的会话控制单元, 其中的紧急业务标志指示了该此请求为一次紧急业务的 回叫请求,如可以将 SIP INVITE请求的 Priority头域设置为 Emergency,用以指 示这是一次紧急业务的回叫请求。
5407、会话控制单元根据所述紧急业务标志处理所述紧急业务的回叫请求, 根据所述普通用户标识, 将紧急业务的回叫请求发送给所述接入控制单元; 所述的会话控制单元根据接收到的紧急业务回叫请求中的紧急业务标志紧 急业务处理该紧急业务的回叫请求, 即根据紧急业务标志, 可以逾越被叫用户 终端的访问权限的限制, 并给予紧急业务的处理;
S408、 所述接入控制单元根据所述普通用户标识, 将所述紧急业务的回叫 请求发送给所述用户终端。

参见图 5, 当回叫用户标识仅为用户标识,所述的用户标识为紧急用户标识 时, 并且, 紧急用户标识是在对用户终端的普通用户标识进行注册时, 进行隐 式注册的, 那么, 实现紧急业务的回叫方法包括以下具体步骤:
S501、 对用户终端的普通用户标识进行注册, 同时对紧急用户标识进行隐 式注册;
所述的紧急用户标识包括所述用户终端的用户信息和 /或设备信息; 所述的紧急用户标识可以是紧急公共用户标识, 紧急公共用户标识可以只 包括用户信息, 如 marry@sos.chinatelecom.com, 其中 marry是用户信息; 也可 以只包括设备信息, 如 FFEICMI2002P@sos.com; 其中 FFEICMI2002P是设 ^言 息 ; 也 可 以 同 时 包 括 用 户 信 息 和 设 备 信 息 , 如 FFEICMI2002P.marry@sos.chinatelecom.com;
所述的紧急用户标识也可以是紧急公共用户标识和通用可路由用户请求标 识 ( GRUU , Globally Routable User Agent U Is ) 的 组合 , 如 marry@sos.chinatelecom.com; gruu=3020123;其中 3020123是 GRUU标识; 所述的紧急用户标识也可以是一个紧急公共用户标识和终端设备标识的组 合; 如 marry@sos.chinatelecom.com;EID=FFEICMI2002P;其中 FFEICMI2002P是 终端设备标识。
在对用户终端进行普通的 IMS注册时, 将所述用户终端的普通用户标识注 册到归属域会话控制单元, 归属域会话控制单元在完成用户终端的普通用户标 识注册的同时, 完成对用户终端的紧急用户标识的注册, 该紧急用户标识作为 回叫用户标识, 和用户终端的普通用户标识相关联, 例如: 用户终端的普通用 户 标 识 是 user@chinatele.com , 则 紧 急 用 户 标 识 是 userl234@emergency.chinatele.com, 其域标识 emergency.chinatele.com来源于普 通用户标识 chinatele.com, 因此, IP 多媒体子系统可以才艮据该紧急用户标识将 紧急业务的回叫请求路由到 UE归属域的会话控制单元,其中的 emergency为紧 急业^言息, 通过该信息, IP 多媒体子系统的会话控制单元可以逾越被叫终端 的呼叫限制和业务触发, 还可以优先处理本次会话, 对紧急业务的回叫请求紧 急业务处理, 归属域的会话控制单元再根据其中的 userl234将所述的紧急业务 的回叫请求发送给发起该紧急业务的用户终端。
其中, 当所述 IP多媒体子系统中的会话控制单元根据所述紧急业^言息进 行业务触发时, 则根据所述紧急业 ^言息进行业务触发的步骤包括:
当所述紧急业务信息中包含紧急业务的业务配置参数时, 所述 IP多媒体子 系统中的会话控制单元触发业务。
那么, 为了实现根据紧急业务的业务配置实现业务触发, 可以采用以下方 法:
将紧急业务和普通业务使用不同的业务配置, 在紧急业务时, 才艮据紧急业 务的业务配置进行业务触发, 在普通业务时, 根据普通业务的业务配置进行业 务触发; 或将紧急业务和普通业务使用相同的业务配置, 在业务配置中包含了 紧急业务的配置参数, 会话控制单元根据紧急业务信息匹配业务配置, 完成相 应的业务触发, 如在业务配置的初始过滤规则(iFC)中包含 priority = emergency 一项, 表示只有当 INVITE消息中的 priority头域设置为 emergency才执行相应 的业务逻辑, 因此, 当所述紧急业务信息中包含所述紧急业务的业务配置参数 时, IP多媒体子系统中的会话控制单元触发业务, 如呼叫连续性业务 (VCC ), 主叫号码显示业务(OIP )等。
5502、 用户终端将紧急用户标识插入紧急业务的请求中, 并将该紧急业务 请求发送给 IP多媒体子系统的接入控制单元;
所述的请求消息中的 Request UEJ头域中携带有 UE的紧急用户标识, 即在 ΌΕ 发起紧急业务请求时, 在紧急业务请求中包含紧急用户标识, 如: userl234@emergency.chinatele.com , 并将该紧急业务请求路由到接入控制单元; 其中, 所述的紧急业务的请求消息中的 Request URI头域也可以携带 UE的 普通用户标识, 所述紧急用户标识在 SIP 消息的其它头域或消息体中携带, 如 P-Network- Assert ID头域;

参见图 6, 为了解决现有技术中, 当多个用户终端同时发起紧急注册时, 紧 急用户标识相同的问题, 本方案采取对紧急用户标识进行紧急注册时, 在用户 终端的紧急用户标识上增加相应的用户终端信息的方法, 其中的用户终端信息 可以为用户信息或设备信息, 那么, 实现紧急业务的回叫方法具体包括以下步 骤:

其中, 为了解决多个用户终端同时发起紧急注册时, 紧急用户标识相同的 问题, 可以在紧急用户标识上增加相应的终端信息, 如: 设备标识信息或设备 编号信息, 这样, 同一 IMS用户的不同用户终端, 在发起 IMS紧急注册时, 可 以使用不同的緊急用户标识, 例如: 上述的 IMS 用户的普通用户标识是 user@chinatele.com , 其 不 同 用 户 终端 的 紧 急 用 户 标识 可 以 是 user5078@emergency.chinatele.com或 user2135 @emergency.chinatele.com等。

参见图 7, 为了解决现有技术中, 当用户终端在拜访域时, 发起紧急业务前 必须进行紧急注册的问题,本方案采用 PSAP根据紧急用户标识,将紧急业务的 回叫路由到用户终端的归属域的会话控制单元, 经过归属域的接入控制单元将 紧急业务的回叫请求发送给所述用户终端的方法, 实现紧急业务的回叫方法具 体包括步 :
S701、 对用户终端的普通用户标识进行注册;
S702、 在拜访域中, 用户终端将紧急用户标识插入到紧急业务请求中, 并 将该紧急业务请求发送到拜访域的接入控制单元; 所述的用户终端发起紧急业务时, 在紧急业务的请求消息中插入紧急用户 标识作为回叫用户标识 , 例如: 用户终端的普通标识是 user@chinatele.com , 那 么该用户终端插入的紧急用户标识则为 user@emergency.chinatele.com,该紧急用 户标识和用户终端的普通用户标识相关联,其域标识 emergency.chinatele.com来 源于普通用户标识的域标识 chinatele .com,其用户名标识和普通用户标识的用户 名标识相同, 因此, IP 多媒体子系统可以根据该紧急用户标识, 通过域名 艮务 ( DNS, Domain Name System )路由方法, 通过归属域的会话控制单元路由到 该用户终端;
所述的紧急用户标识可以在 SIP INVITE消息的 P-Network-Assert ID头域中 携带, 也可以在其它 SIP消息和其它头域或消息体中携带;

所述的归属域会话控制单元根据紧急业务的回叫请求中的紧急用户标识, 可以逾越被叫用户终端的访问权限的限制, 并对紧急业务的回叫请求给予高紧 急业务级的处理。
S708、 所述归属域的接入控制单元根据所述紧急用户标识, 将所述紧急业 务的回叫请求发送给所述用户终端。
参见图 8, 本发明适用的网络结构包括: 用户终端 801、 IP接入网 802、 IP 多媒体子系统 803和紧急业务处理单元 804;

所述会话控制单元 8032提供用户终端在分组核心网的注册以及实现会话控 制功能, 如现有 IMS规范中的 S-CSCF, E-CSCF, I-CSCF, P-CSCF; 它和接入 控制单元之间的接口可以是内部接口, 也可以是外部接口;

当 PSAP通过采用普通用户标识和紧急业务标志的组合作为回叫用户标识 发起紧急业务的回叫请求时, 其中的普通用户标识为路由信息, 紧急业务标志 为紧急业务信息, 如图 9'所示, 实现紧急业务回叫的系统具体包括: 用户终端 901、 接入控制单元 902、 会话控制单元 903和公共安全接入点 904;

为了实现根据紧急业务的业务配置实现业务触发, 可以釆用以下方法: 将紧急业务和普通业务使用不同的业务配置, 在紧急业务时, 根据紧急业 务的业务配置进行业务触发, 在普通业务时, 根据普通业务的业务配置进行业 务触发; 或将紧急业务和普通业务使用相同的业务配置, 在业务配置中包含了 紧急业务的配置参数, 会话控制单元根据紧急业务信息匹配业务配置, 完成相 应的业务触发, 如在业务配置的初始过滤规则 (iFC)中包含 priority = emergency 一项, 表示只有当 INVITE消息中的 priority头域设置为 emergency才执行相应 的业务逻辑, 因此, 当所述紧急业务信息中包含所述紧急业务的业务配置参数 时, IP多媒体子系统中的会话控制单元触发业务, 如呼叫连续性业务(vcc ), 主叫号码显示业务(0IP )等。
所述的回叫用户标识单元还可以包括回叫辅助信息单元, 存储回叫地址信 息和 /或紧急业务标志, IP多媒体子系统才艮据所述回叫地址信息将紧急业务的回 叫请求发送给发起紧急请求的用户终端, 根据所述紧急业务标志逾越用户终端 的访问权限的限制;
其中的回叫地址信息为用户终端和 /或 IP多媒体子系统的相关单元的地址信 息, 这些地址信息在发起紧急业务的过程中, 被相应的单元插入紧急业务请求 中, 并保存在回叫用户标识单元中的回叫辅助信息单元中。

当用户标识为紧急用户标识, 回叫用户标识仅包括用户标识时, 所述的紧 急用户标识是在对普通用户注册时进行隐式注册的, 参见图 10, 那么实现紧急 业务回叫的系统包括: 用户终端 1001、接入控制单元 1002、会话控制单元 1003 和公共安全接入点 1004;

所述公共安全接入点 1004包括回叫用户标识单元 10041 , 用于将所述紧急 用户标识插入紧急业务的回叫请求中;
所述的回叫用户标识单元 10041 包括用户标识单元 100411 , 用于存储用户 标识, 即紧急用户标识。
在普通注册过程中, 会话控制单元 1003对用户终端 1001的普通用户标识 注册时, 紧急用户标识的隐式注册单元 10031 对该用户终端的紧急用户标识进 行隐式注册; 所述的紧急用户标识作为回叫用户标识, 和用户终端 1001的普通 用户标识相关联, 既包括了路由信息, 又包括了紧急业务信息, 因此, PSAP可 以根据该紧急用户标识将紧急业务的回叫请求路由到所述会话控制单元 1003 , 所述的会话控制单元 1003根据所述紧急用户标识可以逾越被叫用户终端的访问 权限的限制, 对紧急业务的回叫进行紧急业务处理;

为了解决现有技术中, 当多个用户终端同时发起紧急注册时, 紧急用户标 识相同的问题, 本方案采取对紧急用户标识进行紧急注册时, 在紧急用户标识 上增加相应的用户终端的终端信息的方法, 参见图 11, 实现紧急业务回叫的具 体系统包括: 用户终端 1101、接入控制单元 1102、会话控制单元 1103和公共安 全接入点 1104;
其中,所述的会话控制单元 1103包括紧急用户标识的紧急注册单元 11031 , 用于对所述紧急用户标识进行紧急注册;
公共安全接入点 1104包括回叫用户标识单元 11041 , 用于将所迷紧急用户 标识插入紧急业务的回叫请求中;
所述的回叫用户标识单元 11041 包括用户标识单元 110411, 用于存储用户 标识, 即紧急用户标只。
所述会话控制单元 1103对所述用户终端 1101的普通用户标识进行注册后, 在发起紧急业务前, 需要发起 IMS紧急注册, 当所述会话控制单元 1103接收到 IMS紧急注册请求时, 由所述的紧急用户标识的紧急注册单元 11031对紧急用 户标识完成 IMS紧急注册,其中,为了解决多个用户终端同时发起紧急注册时, 紧急用户标识相同的问题, 可以在紧急用户标识上增加相应的终端信息, 如: 设备标识信息或设备编号信息, 因此, 同一 IMS用户的不同用户终端, 在发起 IMS紧急注册时, 可以使用不同的紧急用户标识, 那么, PSAP可以根据该紧急 用户标识将紧急业务的回叫请求经过 IP多媒体子系统路由到该用户终端 1101; 另外, 在对所述紧急用户标识完成隐式注册时, 所述的会话控制单元 1103 和所述的接入控制单元 1102也会存储所述的紧急用户标识, 所以所述的紧急用 户标识可以由所述的会话控制单元 1103或所述的接入控制单元 1102插入到紧 急业务的请求中;
所述用户终端 1101将所述紧急用户标识插入紧急业务请求中, 并将该紧急 业务请求发送到所述接入控制单元 1102;所述接入控制单元 1102将紧急业务请 求发送给所述会话控制单元 1103;所述会话控制单元 1103将所述紧急业务的请 求发送给公共安全接入点 1104,所述公共安全接入点 1104中的所述用户标识单 元 110411存储所述紧急用户标识;

实施例十:
为了解决现有技术中, 当用户终端在拜访域中, 在发起紧急业务前必须进 行紧急注册的问题, 本方案利用紧急用户标识由用户终端在拜访域发起紧急业 务,而 PSAP根据该紧急用户标识,将紧急业务的回叫请求路由到用户终端的归 属域的会话控制单元, 最后再由归属域的接入控制单元根据所述紧急用户标识, 将紧急业务的回叫请求发送给所述用户终端, 那么, 参见图 12, 实现紧急业务 的回叫系统具体包括: 用户终端 1201、拜访域中的接入控制单元 1202和会话控 制单元 1203、 公共安全接入点 1204、 以及归属域中的会话控制单元 1205和接 入控制单元 1206;
其中, 所述的公共安全接入点 1204包括回叫用户标识单元 12041 , 用于将 所述紧急用户标识插入紧急业务的回叫请求中;
所述的回叫用户标识单元 12041 包括用户标识单元 120411, 用于存储所迷 紧急用户标识;
归属域的会话控制单元 1205对用户终端 1201的普通用户标识进行 IMS注 册;
当用户终端 1201在拜访域中发起紧急业务时, 用户终端 1201将紧急用户 标识插入到紧急业务的请求消息中, 用户终端 1201将该紧急业务请求发送给所 述拜访域的接入控制单元 1202;所述紧急用户标识和所述用户终端 1201的普通 用户标识相关联, 因此, PSAP可以才艮据所述紧急用户标识将紧急业务的回叫请 求路由到所迷用户终端的归属域会话控制单元 1205 , 从而可以路由到所述用户 终端 1201;

实施例八、 实施例九和实施例十中所迷的回叫用户标识单元包括了用户标 识单元, 也可以包括回叫辅助信息单元, 用于存储回叫辅助信息, 所述的回叫 辅助信息包括路由信息和 /或紧急业务信息, IP多媒体子系统也可以根据用户标 识和回叫辅助信息的組合实现紧急业务的回叫。
实施例十一:
当用户标识仅包括紧急业务信息时, 回叫用户标识为用户标识和回叫辅助 信息的组合, 紧急业务信息为不可路由临时用户标识, 路由信息为回叫地址信 息, 其中所述不可路由临时用户标识为特定的地址池插入的标识, 会话控制单 元可以 居该标识对紧急业务的回叫请求进行紧急业务处理, 参见图 13 , 那么 实现紧急业务回叫的系统具体包括: 用户终端 1301、 接入控制单元 1302、 会话 控制单元 1303以及公共安全接入点 1304;
其中, 所述的用户终端 1301包括地址池单元 13011;
所述的公共安全接入点 1304包括回叫用户标识单元 13041;

其中, 所述的地址池单元 13011中的标识是经过 IP多媒体子系统确认的, 因此可以被 IP多媒体子系统所执行的,该地址池单元同样也可以位于 IP多媒体 子系统中, 因此, 不可路由临时用户标识也可以由所述 IP多媒体子系统中的接 入控制单元或会话控制单元插入所述紧急业务的请求中;

权利要求
1、 一种紧急业务的回叫方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括以下步驟:
A、 公共安全接入点接收用户终端通过 IP多媒体子系统发起的紧急业务请 求;
B、 所述公共安全接入点 ^据所述用户终端的回叫用户标识向所述 IP多媒 体子系统发起紧急业务的回叫请求, 通过所述 IP多媒体子系统将所述用户终端 发起紧急业务的回叫返回至所述用户终端; 其中,
所述紧急业务的回叫请求携带所述用户终端的回叫用户标识, 所述 IP多媒 体子系统根据该回叫用户标识将所述紧急业务的回叫发送至所述用户终端。

5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述紧急业务信息为公共安全 接入点提供的紧急业务标志, 包含于地址池提供的标识中或紧急用户标识中; 所述路由信息包含于普通用户标识、 可路由临时用户标识或紧急用户标识中。
6、如权利要求 2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述回叫用户标识为用户标识, 并且利用所述用户标识中一部分或全部信息作为所述路由信息和紧急业务信 所述用户标识为可路由临时用户标识或紧急用户标识。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述回叫用户标识包括用户标 识和回叫辅助信息,
当所述用户标识至少包括紧急业务信息时, 所述回叫辅助信息至少包含路 由信息;
当所述用户标识至少包括路由信息时, 所述回叫辅助信息至少包含紧急业 务信息。

所述用户标识为不可路由标识, 所述回叫辅助信息包括回叫地址信息。

所述回叫辅助信息至少包括紧急业务标志;
所述用户标识为以下标识的一种: 普通用户标识、 可路由临时用户标识或 紧急用户标识。
10、 如权利要求 6 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用户标识是在发起紧急 业务过程中由 IP多媒体子系统中的接入控制单元、 IP多媒体子系统中的^舌控 制单元或 IP多媒体子系统中的用户标识数据库插入紧急业务请求中。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户标识为紧急用户 标识时, 所述的用户标识还可以在发起紧急业务过程中由用户终端插入紧急业 务请求中。
12、 如权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户标识为所述不可 路由临时用户标识时,所述的用户标识是在发起紧急业务过程中由用户终端、 IP 多媒体子系统中的接入控制单元、 IP多媒体子系统中的会话控制单元或 IP多媒 体子系统中的用户标识数据库插入紧急业务请求中。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户标识为所述普通 用户标识时, 所述的用户标识是在发起紧急业务过程中由用户终端、 IP 多媒体 子系统中的接入控制单元、 IP多媒体子系统中的会话控制单元或 IP多媒体子系 统中的用户标识数据库插入紧急业务请求中。
14、 如权利要求 6或 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的紧急用户标识包 括所述用户终端的用户信息和 /或设备信息。

A101、用户终端将紧急业务请求发送给 IP多媒体子系统中的接入控制单元; A102、 所述接入控制单元将所述可路由临时用户标识插入紧急业务的请求 消息中, 同时, 保存所述可路由临时用户标识与用户终端的地址信息的对应关 系, 并将该紧急业务的请求消息发送给 IP多媒体子系统中的会话控制单元;
A103、 所述的会话控制单元将所述紧急业务的请求消息发送给公共安全接 入点。

A302、所述接入控制单元将本单元的地址信息插入所述的紧急业务请求中, 并将该请求发送给 EP多媒体子系统的会话控制单元;

B602、 所述的公共安全接入点将所述紧急业务的回叫请求发送给所述 IP多 媒体子系统; 其中,
所述 IP多媒体子系统根据所述紧急业务的回叫请求中的紧急业务标志, 对 紧急业务的回叫请求进行紧急业务处理, 根据所述普通用户标识将所述的紧急 业务的回叫请求发送给所述用户终端。
32、 一种紧急业务的回叫系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
公共安全接入点, 用于根据回叫用户标识向 IP多媒体子系统发起紧急业务 的回叫请求, 其中包括用户终端的回叫用户标识;
IP 多媒体子系统, 用于才艮据所述回叫用户标识将所述紧急业务的回叫请求 发送给相应的用户终端。
