此外, 在各个小交换机或者无线终端模块中还包括:
存储单元, 存储了每一固定电话位置信息及其身份标识的关联关系; 转换单元,连接在所述小交换机或无线终端模块中的供信令和媒体流传 输的接口和该模块的上述其它单元之间,用于根据存储单元中存储的所述关 联关系, 实现固定电话的位置信息和相应的身份标识的相互转换。
在一较佳实施例中,所述负载分配单元是在系统初始化或者无线终端模 块状态变化时,按照负荷平衡算法将空闲的固定电话分配给空闲的无线终端 模块。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种仅在一个无线终端内实现多 个身份标识直接拨号的方法及其无线终端。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种在单个无线终端实现多个身 份标识的直接拨号的方法, 包括以下步骤:
( a )在无线终端中设定多个身份标识, 并将无线信道处理方式修改为 在待机状态下可同时处理多个身份标识的前、反向消息, 并能选择其中一个 身份标识进行呼叫处理;
( b )待机状态下, 无线终端在反向信道上发送各身份标识的登记信息; 在前向信道上对各身份标识的用户信息进行监听;
( c )用户在发起呼叫时, 从多个身份标识中选择一个, 无线终端以该 选择的身份标识发起和完成呼叫;
( d )无线终端监听到寻呼消息中的被叫身份标识包含在终端的多个身 份标识中时, 开始空中接口的建链, 同时通过人机接口通知用户被叫是哪一 个身份标识, 然后以该身份标识完成此次呼叫。
在一较佳实施例中,用户还通过无线终端的人机接口为每个身份标识设 置一个显示符号; 所述步骤(c ) 中, 用户通过选择显示符号来完成对身份 标识的选择; 所述步骤(d ) 中, 终端显示给用户的是所述身份标识对应的 显示符号。
本发明提供的可实现多个身份标识的直接拨号的无线终端包括存储单 元、 登记单元、 监听单元、 呼叫处理单元、 空口接口和人机接口, 其中: 所述存储单元存储了多个身份标识;
登记单元,用于通过空口接口在反向信道上按照一般的处理周期发送各 身份标识的登记信息, 完成各身份标识在网络侧的登记;
监听单元,用于通过空口接口在前向信道上监听多个身份标识的用户信 息;
呼叫处理单元,用于按照用户通过人机接口从多个身份标识中选择的一 个身份标识发起和完成呼叫;以及在监听到寻呼消息中的被叫身份标识包含 在终端的多个身份标识中时,开始空中接口的建链并通知用户被叫是哪一个 身份标识, 然后以该身份标识完成此次呼叫。

采用本发明所述方法之后 , 所有匹配与转换过程都在小交换机内部完 成, 实现了用户分机的直拨, 无线接入系统的每一个最后终端(普通固定电 话)都可以直接拨入拨出, 用户感觉不到小交换机的存在, 被叫时不用拨分 机号(二次拨号), 主叫时主叫号码显示也可以按每个用户各自显示, 而在 交换侧的计费系统, 也能够按照每个固定电话用户来进行计费。 附图概迷

以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
第一实施例
本实施例的无线接入系统如图 1所示,包括三个与基站通讯的无线终端 模块, 一小交换机, n个普通固定电话。 不过无线终端模块、 小交换机和固 定电话都可以是一个或多个。 其中:
所述无线终端模块与基站通过标准的无线接口相连,除完成空中接口链 路的建立、释放, 寻呼消息的监听, 用户'身份标识的登记等终端应具有的功 能外,还可以完成固定电话位置信息和身份标识的相互转换, 以及与小交换 机之间的信令交互。
如图 2所示, 每一无线终端模块中与本发明相关的主要单元包括: 存储单元, 存储了每个固定电话位置信息及其身份标识的关联关系。
转换单元, 连接在与小交换机的接口和无线终端模块的其它单元之间, 用于根据存储的所述关联关系,实现固定电话的位置信息和相应的身份标识 的相互转换。
登记单元,用于记录分配给本无线终端模块的固定电话的身份标识并向 网絡侧发送这些身份标识的登记信息, 一般采用定时登记方式。
监听单元, 用于在前向信道上监听寻呼消息, 如寻呼消息中包含分配给 自己的固定电话的身份标识, 交呼叫处理单元处理。
呼叫处理单元, 又分为: 主叫呼叫处理子单元, 用于在收到小交换机的 呼叫请求后,根据其中的位置信息找到对应的身份标识,按照该身份标识和 所拨号码发起呼叫, 并在与基站空中接口建链成功后通知小交换机; 被叫呼 叫处理子单元,用于根据寻呼消息中的身份标识找到对应的固定电话位置信 息, 并将该位置信息传送给小交换机; 在收到小交换机的固定电话正常的证 实消息后, 向基站返回寻呼响应, 如空中接口的建链成功, 通知小交换机并 在消息中携带被叫的位置信息。
与小交换机的接口, 可采用自行定义的接口, 用于无线终端模块与小交 换机之间传递控制信令和媒体流。
空中接口, 与现有技术相同。
所述小交换机用于完成各无线终端模块所管理固定电话的分配,在呼叫 过程中向固定电话和无线终端模块传送相应的信令,并在寻呼成功时接通空 中链路和固定电话链路。 与本发明相关的主要单元包括:
负载分配单元, 用于在系统初始化或者无线终端模块状态变化时, 将空 闲的固定电话用户按负载均衡的原则平均分配到各个空闲的无线终端模块, 并通知相应无线终端模块, 信令中用位置信息来表示所分配的固定电话。
呼叫处理单元, 又分为: 主叫呼叫处理子单元, 用于在某个固定电话发 起呼叫时, 向无线终端模块发出呼叫请求并传递该固定电话的位置信息, 在 收到无线终端模块的建链完成消息后通知链路连接单元;被叫呼叫处理子单 元, 用于在收到无线终端模块发送的带有位置信息的呼入消息时, 查询相应
固定电话是否正常, 如正常, 返回确认消息, 否则, 拒绝呼叫 (如占线) ; 在收到无线终端模块的建链完成消息后,根据消息中的位置信息向对应的固 定电话发送振铃信号, 用户摘机后, 通知链路连接单元。
链路连接单元, 用于在得到呼叫处理单元的通知后, 通过所述接口接通 该呼叫的空中链路和固定电话链路。
与无线终端模块的接口,用于小交换机与无线终端模块之间传递控制信 令和媒体流。
固定电话端口, 用于通过电话线与普通固定电话连接。
上述小交换机和无线终端模块可以采用现有的硬件结构。小交换机和无 线终端模块之间可在物理上分离,通过标准的接口相连, 也可以将终端模块 以插卡方式连接在小交换机上。
基于上述无线接入系统,本实施例在包含小交换机的无线接入系统中实 现直拨号码的方法可以至少包括以下几个过程: 信息配置、 待机时的处理、 固定电话用户做主叫的起呼流程和做被叫的流程。
配置时,需要在无线终端模块存储各个固定电话位置信息及其身份标识 的关联关系。位置信息根据固定电话与交换机之间的端口来确定; 如假定各 个固定电话的身份标识为: 13911598200〜13911598229 ( IMSI, ESN等) , 分别对应于端口 S00~S29。
待机时的处理, 主要是各无线终端模块所负责的固定电话的分配、登记 和对来电的监听, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 110,小交换机在初始化或者无线终端模块状态变化(如由忙到闲、 由闲到忙、 由正常到异常、 由异常到正常等)时, 按照负荷平衡算法将空闲 的固定电话分配给空闲的无线终端模块,并向各个空闲的无线终端模块发送 分配通知, 携带为其分配的固定电话的位置信息;
例如, 3个无线终端模块负责 30个固定电话, 开始时每个无线终端模 块负责 10个固定电话。 当其中 1个固定电话通话忙碌时, 占用其中 1个无
线终端模块; 另外 29个固定电话则重新分配给 2个空闲的无线终端模块, 1 个无线终端模块负责 14个固定电话, 另 1个无线终端模块负责处理另外 15 个固定电话。
步骤 120, 各个无线终端模块收到所述通知后, 根据其中固定电话的位 置信息查找出其身份标识并加以记录,按一般的处理周期定时向网络侧分别 发送这些身份标识的登记信息;
步骤 130, 各个无线终端模块在前向信道上, 对所分配固定电话身份标 识的寻呼消息进行监听。
通过上述身份标识分配过程,使得某无线终端模块由空闲转为忙时, 其 所管理的固定电话能够重新分配给其它空闲的无线终端模块,从而使这些固 定电话仍然可以做被叫。 同时, 按照负荷平衡算法来分配, 可以使得每个空 闲的无线终端模块管理的固定电话数目相近,有利于提高系统的效率。 不过 本发明并不局限于采用平均分配的方式。
如图 3所示, 固定电话用户做主叫的流程包括以下步驟:
步骤 210, 固定电话用户摘机并拨号;
步骤 220, 小交换机检测到摘机信号后, 选择一个空闲的无线终端模块 发送呼叫请求, 携带该固定电话的位置信息和所拨号码;
步骤 230, 无线终端模块收到该请求后, 根据其中的位置信息找到对应 的身份标识, 按照该身份标识和所拨号码发起呼叫;
步骤 240, 无线终端模块在呼叫过程中完成和基站空中接口的建链, 建 链成功后通知小交换机;
步骤 250, 小交换机将该空中链路与起呼的本地固定电话的链路连接起 来, 整个起呼过程就完成了。
如图 4所示, 固定电话用户 被叫的流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 310, 无线终端模块监听到包含所分配固定电话身份标识的寻呼消
息后,找到与该身份标识对应的位置信息,并将该位置信息传送给小交换机; 步骤 320, 小交换机根据位置信息确定作为被叫的固定电话, 如该固定 电话正常(空闲) , 回复证实消息给无线终端模块;
步骤 330, 无线终端模块向基站返回寻呼响应, 开始空中接口的建链, 建链成功后, 无线终端模块通知小交换机空中建链完成;
步骤 340, 小交换机向作为被叫的固定电话发送振铃信号;
步驟 350, 在检测到固定电话摘机后, 小交换机将空中接口链路与固定 电话的链路接通, 完成被叫过程。
如果在步骤 320中,小交换机检测到作为被叫的固定电话不正常(如忙 碌), 则通知无线终端模块, 无线终端模块向基站回复拒绝消息, 结束该被 叫过程。
本实施例上述呼叫流程与现有系统流程的信令交互过程基本是相同的, 主要区別在于每一固定电话对应于一个唯一的身份标识,而该身份标识可由 固定电话位置信息而查找到并携带在起呼信令中,或者可根据寻呼消息中的 身份标识对应的位置信息确定作为被叫的固定电话。这样, 因为每次呼叫和 基站通信的时候,各固定电话都使用唯一的身份标识,对基站来说就是一个 单独的终端, 因此网络侧的计费功能实体能够对各固定电话进行单独计费。 在固定电话 #丈主叫时, 在被叫的来电显示上也可以显示单独的号码。
对于本实施例来说, 还存在一些变换的方式, 例如, 完全可以将每个固 定电话位置信息及其身份标识的关联关系保存在小交换机中,这样, 固定电 话位置信息及其身份标识的转换将由小交换机来完成,小交换机和无线终端 模块之间信令中携带的固定电话标识信息也相应地变为身份标识信息。其它 的处理与上述实施例都是一样的,由于本领域技术人员可以轻易得到该种变 换的具体方法, 这里不再重复说明。
第二实施例
本实施例提出一种不包含小交换机,仅在一个无线终端内实现多个身份 标识的直接拨号。终端对于各身份标识处理是独立的,各身份标识之间没有
关联关系。
如图 5所示, 该无线终端主要包括以下相关模块:
存储单元,存储了每个身份标识的及其对应的显示符号, 本实施例为电 话号码, 也可以是其它符号。
身份标识管理单元, 用于管理显示符号和身份标识的对应关系, 并为人 机接口提供修改接口;在呼出时将通过人机接口的给出的显示符号选择相应 的身份标识,在呼入时将寻呼消息中的身份标识转换为相应的显示符号并显 示给用户。
登记单元 ,用于通过空口接口在反向信道上按照一般的处理周期发送各 身份标识的登记信息, 完成各身份标识在网络侧的登记。
监听单元,用于通过空口接口在前向信道上监听多个身份标识的用户信 息, 如寻呼消息、 短消息等。
呼叫处理单元, 又分为: 主叫呼叫处理子单元, 用于根据用户通过人机 接口输入电话号码对应的身份标识或输入的身份标识完成和基站空中接口 的建链等呼叫过程; 被叫呼叫处理子单元, 用于在收到寻呼消息后完成空中 接口的建链,同时将寻呼消息中身份标识对应的电话号码通过人机接口通知 用户, 用户接听后, 使用寻呼消息中的身份标识信息来进行通话。
人机接口, 用于无线终端和用户之间进行交互操作, 并提供给用户显示 信息。
要在单个无线终端实现多个身份标识的直接拨号,先要进行以下的配置 和软件处理:
1 )无线终端制造商 (或发行商等)可以在无线终端中设定多个身份标识, 其设置方法与单身份标识的终端设置方法一致;
2 )在无线终端修改无线终端的无线信道处理, 修改为在待机状态下同 时可处理多个身份标识的前反向消息,并且能够选择其中一个身份标识进行 呼叫处理;
修改是比较简单的,主要是待机下的处理,呼叫下的处理和普通的一样。
待机时的处理, 主要是登记和监听, 在反向信道上, 无线终端按照一般的处 理周期发送各身份标识的登记信息。在前向信道上, 无线终端也对各身份标 识的用户信息进行监听。
主叫时, 终端使用者通过人机接口选择一个号码(或身份标识)进行呼 叫, 终端根据号码找到对应的身份标识(或直接采用该身份标识 )作为主叫 的身份标识发起呼叫,以后按终端只有一个身份标识时的相同方式完成此次 呼叫
被叫时, 基站发送寻呼消息, 携带主叫的号码和被叫的身份标识; 无线 终端监听到该寻呼消息中的被叫身份标识包含在终端的多个身份标识中时, 开始空中接口的建链, 同时将该身份标识对应的号码通过人机接口通知用 户, 以后按终端只有一个身份标识时的相同方式完成此次呼叫。
另外,用户可以通过无线终端的人机接口为每个身份标识设置一个显示 符号。上述显示符号对于实现多个身份标识的直接拨号不是必须设置的, 直 接使用身份标识, 如 IMSI号也是可以的。 相应地, 在终端中, 存储单元可 以不再保存显示符号与身份标识的对应关系,呼叫处理单元不用进行两者的 转换。 身份标识管理单元也可以省略。
值得在此特别提出的是,本发明的思想是一个无线终端模块支持多套身 份标识, 适用于各种制式的无线接入的网络, 包括 GSM、 CDMA2000、 WCDMA、 TD-SCDMA、 PHS、 DECT等; 具体实现可以采用纯软件分时处 理、 一个终端模块多 UIM卡等多种方式。
工业实用性 本发明可用于在单个无线终端或者在由固定电话、小交换机和无线终端 模块构成的系统中实现直拨号码,同时在系统内部的电话打出时可以显示本 机号码和对其计费。
Claims
1、 一种无线接入系统中实现直拨号码的方法, 该系统包括至少一小交 换机, 该小交换机与至少一固定电话和至少一无线终端模块相连, 该方法包 括以下步驟:
( a )在各个小交换机或无线终端模块中保存每一固定电话位置信息及 其身份标识的关联关系;
( b ) 小交换机将空闲的固定电话分配给空闲的无线终端模块并通知各 无线终端模块,各无线终端模块收到通知后,记录所分配固定电话的身份标 识, 完成这些身份标识在网络侧的登记, 并在前向信道监听包含这些身份标 识的寻呼消息;
( c )所述固定电话作主叫时, 由所述小交换机或者无线终端模块根据 该固定电话的位置信息查找到对应的身份标识,按照该身份标识向网络侧发 起和建立呼叫;
( d )所述固定电话作被叫时, 所述无线终端模块监听到包括所分配固 定电话身份标识的寻呼消息后,由所述小交换机或者无线终端模块查找到该 身份标识对应的位置信息, 从而确定作为被叫的固定电话, 进而建立呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步驟(a )中, 所述位置信 息根据固定电话与交换机之间的端口来确定。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤(b )中, 所述小交换 机是在系统初始化或者无线终端模块状态变化时,按照负荷平衡算法将空闲 的固定电话分配给空闲的无线终端模块。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤(c )进一步分为以下 步骤:
( cl )所述固定电话用户摘机并拨号;
( c2 )所述小交换机检测到摘机信号后 , 选择一个空闲的无线终端模块 发送呼叫请求,由该小交换机或该无线终端模块根据该固定电话的位置信息 查找到对应的身份标识,然后由该无线终端模块按照该身份标识和用户所拨
号码发起呼叫;
( c3 )所述无线终端模块成功完成和基站空中接口的建链后, 通知所述 小交换机, 所述小交换机将该空中链路与起呼的固定电话链路连接起来, 整 个起呼过程完成。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤(d )进一步分为以下 步骤:
( dl )无线终端模块监听到包含所分配固定电话身份标识的寻呼消息 后,通知所述小交换机, 由该无线终端模块或该小交换机根据该身份标识查 找到对应的位置信息;
( d2 )所述小交换机根据该位置信息确定作为被叫的固定电话, 将该固 定电话正常与否的状态信息回复给所述无线终端模块;
( d3 )如该固定电话状态正常,所述无线终端模块向基站返回寻呼响应, 完成空中接口的建链, 然后通知小交换机空中建链完成;
( d4 )所述小交换机向该固定电话发送振铃信号, 在检测到该固定电话 摘机后, 将空中接口链路与固定电话的链路接通, 完成被叫过程。
6、 一种可实现直拨号码的无线接入系统,.该系统包括至少一小交换机, 与该小交换机相连的至少一固定电话和至少一无线终端模块,所述小交换机 和无线终端模块之间配置有供信令和媒体流传输的接口 ,所述小交换机具有 固定电话端口, 其特征在于:

此外, 在各个小交换机或者无线终端模块中还包括:
存储单元, 存储了每一固定电话位置信息及其身份标识的关联关系; 转换单元,连接在所述小交换机或无线终端模块中的供信令和媒体流传 输的接口和该模块的上述其它单元之间,用于根据存储单元中存储的所述关 联关系, 实现固定电话的位置信息和相应的身份标识的相互转换。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述负载分配单元是在系 统初始化或者无线终端模块状态变化时,按照负荷平衡算法将空闲的固定电 话分配给空闲的无线终端模块。
8、 一种在单个无线终端实现多个身份标识的直接拨号的方法, 包括以 下步骤:
( a )在无线终端中设定多个身份标识, 并将无线信道处理方式修改为 在待机状态下可同时处理多个身份标识的前、反向消息, 并能选择其中一个 身份标识进行呼叫处理;
( b )待机状态下, 无线终端在反向信道上发送各身份标识的登记信息; 在前向信道上对各身份标识的用户信息进行监听;
( c ) 用户在发起呼叫时, 从多个身份标识中选择一个, 无线终端以该 选择的身份标识发起和完成呼叫;
( d )无线终端监听到寻呼消息中的被叫身份标识包含在终端的多个身 份标识中时,开始空中接口的建链, 同时通过人机接口通知用户被叫是哪一 个身份标识, 然后以该身份标识完成此次呼叫。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 用户还通过无线终端的人 机接口为每个身份标识设置一个显示符号; 所述步骤(c ) 中, 用户通过选 择显示符号来完成对身份标识的选择; 所述步骤(d ) 中, 终端显示给用户 的是所述身份标识对应的显示符号。
10、 一种可实现多个身份标识的直接拨号的无线终端, 包括存储单元、 登记单元、 监听单元、 呼叫处理单元、 空口接口和人机接口, 其特征在于: 所述存储单元存储了多个身份标识;
登记单元,用于通过空口接口在反向信道上按照一般的处理周期发送各 身份标识的登记信息, 完成各身份标识在网絡侧的登记;
监听单元,用于通过空口接口在前向信道上监听多个身份标识的用户信 息;
呼叫处理单元,用于按照用户通过人机接口从多个身份标识中选择的一 个身份标识发起和完成呼叫;以及在监听到專呼消息中的被叫身份标识包含 在终端的多个身份标识中时,开始空中接口的建链并通知用户被叫是哪一个 身份标识, 然后以该身份标识完成此次呼叫。
