Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un équipement de téléassistance pour personne dépendante, dans lequel un utilisateur déclenche manuellement ou automatiquement un signal d'urgence au moyen d'un élément déclencheur (11) solidaire d'un composant personnalisé. Ce composant personnalisé se présente sous la forme d'une montre conventionnelle dans laquelle est intégré l'élément déclencheur (11). Le signal d'urgence émis par le porteur de la montre est capté automatiquement par un capteur de signal (12) disposé dans le rayon d'action de l'élément déclencheur (11). Ce capteur de signal (12) coopère avec un émetteur (12') agencé pour lancer un appel téléphonique à travers un réseau téléphonique (16) vers une unité centrale de téléassistance (17). A réception l'appel téléphonique est traité par un service spécialisé (18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23) connecté à l'unité centrale de téléassistance (17).
