为了解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供了一种家庭网关网络存储系统的 网络访问方法,该系统包含通过网络连接的网关存储设备端和网关远程访问 客户端, 该方法包括下列步骤:
步骤 A: 远程用户通过网关远程访问客户端的远程访问客户端程序模块 登录网关存储设备端并输入认证信息,前端置留程序模块把采集到的认证信 息发送给权限管理模块进行用户权限认证;
步骤 B:远程用户使用网关远程访问客户端的远程访问客户端程序模块 对网关存储设备端进行网络访问,命令传送到网关存储设备端的前端置留程 序模块; 。
步骤 C:该前端置留程序模块接收到来自远程访问客户端程序模块的文 件操作命令后,根据命令的类型转发到网关存储设备端相应的文件服务器模 块进行处理, 如是对网关存储设备端文件的下载、上传或浏览操作, 该文件 服务器模块将文件从存储器中读出并发送给网关远程访问客户端保存或显 示,或者接收来自网关远程访问客户端的文件并保存在网关存储设备端的存 储器中。
进一步地,在一较佳实施例中,该网络访问方法还包括远程访问客户端 程序下载过程, 包括以下步骤:
( a )远程用户通过网关远程访问客户端的 WEB浏览器登录家庭网关存 储设备并输入认证信息, 传送到网关存储设备端的 HTTP服务器模块;
( b ) HTTP服务器模块分析 HTTP协议数据包, 识别出是用户认证数 据包, 则提交给权限管理模块, 对用户进行权限认证, 如果认证不通过, 则 访问失败, 结束;
( c )用户认证通过后 , HTTP服务器模块检查网关远程访问客户端是否 已经安装了家庭网关的远程访问客户端程序,如果已经安装了, 则远程用户 可以访问网关存储设备端进行文件操作, 结束; 否则执行步骤(d ) ;
U ) HTTP服务器模块将网关存储设备端的远程访问客户端安装程序 封装成 HTTP协议数据包传输给网关远程访问客户端,该程序下载完毕后自 行安装, 生成图形化界面程序。
进一步地, 在一较佳实施例中, 所述步骤 C中,如果命令类型是远程文 件服务器文件下载操作,前端置留程序模块将该命令传送到文件客户端模块 中相应协议的客户端模块,该客户端模块根据命令中的远程文件服务器文件 下载地址信息与远程服务器建立连接并下载文件,下载的文件通过文件系统 模块保存在网关存储设备端的存储器中。
本发明利用了家庭网关的技术特点,提供在线存储服务,用户只要能上 网,就可以对家庭网关存储设备上的文件进行存储、访问、共享、文件上传、 文件下载等功能。 此外, 本发明还可进一步引入防火墙模块、 远程访问客户 端程序模块、文件客户端模块。一方面为用户提供在家庭网关远程访问客户 端程序上对家庭网关存储设备进行网络访问的功能, 操作更加简单和方便, 更符合用户使用习惯; 另一方面为用户提供一种异地下载机制, 不需要用户 访问终端参与即能完成文件下载过程。

本发明的较佳实施方式 本发明在家庭网关存储设备上增加了网络访问功能,提供远程在线存储 服务, 用户只要能上网, 就可以对家庭网关存储设备上的文件进行存储、 访 问、 共享、 文件上传、 文件下载等功能; 只要用户的亲朋友好友能上网, 就 可以在线 "分享" 他的文件。
下面结合附图对家庭网关网络存储系统及其网络访问方法作进一步的 描述。
图 1示意性地给出本发明家庭网关网络存储系统的结构。 如图 1所示, 该系统包括通过网络连接的网关存储设备端和网关远程访问客户端。 其中, 网关存储设备端包含防火墙模块 101、 前端置留程序模块 102、 SMTP邮件 服务器模块 103、 文件客户端模块 104、 文件服务器模块 107、 权限管理模 块 110、 保存有远程访问客户端安装程序的存储模块 113、 文件系统 112以 及 USB驱动模块 111; 网关远程访问客户端包含远程访问客户端程序模块 115、 WEB浏览器 116、 邮件系统 117以及用户配置信息。
防火墙模块 101包括一系列可配置的安全规则,用于在家庭网关和互联 网之间执行一定的安全策略, 所有来自于互联网的数据包, 如 FTP ( File Transfer Protocol, 文件传输协议)或者 HTTP ( Hypertext Transfer Protocol, 超文本传输协议)数据包必须要经过防火墙接受检查, 只有符合安全规则的 数据包, 才可以被家庭网关接受, 否则就被丟弃。 防火墙的安全规则, 可以 通过 WEB页面、网络管理系统、文件方式或者其它用户界面方式进行配置。
权限管理模块 110, 用于维护访问家庭网关存储设备的用户帐号信息, 对用户的访问权限加以控制和管理。 当远程用户通过终端 WEB浏览器 116 访问家庭网关存储设备时, HTTP服务器模块 108将采集到的远程用户输入 的用户名和密码提交到权限管理模块 110, 要求进行权限认证。 此外, 当远 程用户通过远程访问客户端程序模块 115登录时,前端置留程序模块 102将 釆集到的用户信息转发给权限管理模块 110进行用户认证。
文件服务器模块 107包括 HTTP服务器模块 108和 FTP服务器模块 109, 用于提供文件上传和下载功能。 其中, HTTP服务器模块 108还在认证通过 后检查网关远程访问客户端是否已经安装了远程访问客户端程序,如果没有 安装,则将驻留在内存中的远程访问客户端安装程序下载到网关远程访问客 户端上并自行安装,在网关远程访问客户端上生成远程访问客户端程序模块

文件客户端模块 104包括 HTTP客户端模块 105和 FTP客户端模块 106, 用于将远程文件服务器上的文件下载到家庭网关存储设备上。
远程访问客户端程序模块 115 用于提供用户远程访问家庭网关存储设 备的接口。 该程序包含一个图形化应用程序界面并生成鼠标右键菜单"网关 下载"项。 其中, 该应用程序的图形化界面上提供文件下载 HTTP客户端和 FTP客户端功能。 此外, 远程用户还可以通过 "网关下载"功能从远程服务器 将文件下载到家庭网关存储设备上,而不需要网关远程访问客户端参与下载 过程。 此外, 远程访问客户端程序模块 115还可以让远程用户在图形化应用 程序界面上选择文件上传 /下载结果通知方式。 用户将所选择的文件上传 /下 载结果通知方式通过远程访问客户端程序模块 115发送给前端置留程序模 块 102, 并被保存。
文件系统 112, 用于管理各存储器以及响应文件服务器模块 107和文件 客户端模块 104等模块的请求对各存储器上的文件进行存取操作。
家庭网关可以外接或者内置多种存储设备, 如硬盘、 FLASH (闪速存储 器) 、 可读写光盘和 USB ( Universal Serial Bus, 通用串行总线)存储设备 等。 如图 1所示, 本实施例的文件系统 112通过 USB驱动模块 111对 USB 存储设备 114上的文件进行读写操作。
前端置留程序模块 102 用于才艮据接收到的数据包的协议类型进行数据 包分发: 如果是 FTP协议, 则转发给 FTP服务器模块 109或者 FTP客户端 模块 106; 如果是 HTTP协议, 则转发给 HTTP服务器模块 108或者 HTTP 客户端模块 105, 上述这些文件应用程序模块再与文件系统 112进行交互; 如果是远程访问客户端程序模块 115发出的用户登录信息, 则将用户名、 密 码等信息转发给权限管理模块 110进行用户认证。
SMTP邮件服务器 103用于给网关远程访问客户端的邮件系统 117发送 由 p件。 当文件远程上传 /下载结束后, 文件客户端模块 104或者文件服务器模 块 107会将文件上传 /下载结果通知前端置留程序模块 102,前端置留程序模 块 102根据所保存的通知方式信息进行操作: 如果是邮件通知方式, 则发消 息给 SMTP ( Simple Mail Transfer Protocal, 简单邮件传输协议)邮件服务器 103, 由 SMTP邮件服务器 103给远程用户设定的邮件地址发通知邮件; 如 果是消息通知方式, 则发消息给远程访问客户端程序模块 115, 文件上传 / 下载结果会直观地显示在图形化界面上。远程用户可以通过邮件系统 117接 收通知邮件,或者根据远程访问客户端程序模块 115图形化界面上的显示的 信息, 了解文件上传 /下载是否成功。
图 2是本发明家庭网关的远程访问客户端程序下载流程示意图,具体步 骤为:
步骤 201: 远程用户通过终端 WEB浏览器登录家庭网关存储设备; 步骤 202: 防火墙模块根据配置的安全规则检查是否允许该 HTTP协议 数据包通过,如果数据包不允许通过, 则访问失败, 结束; 如果允许通过, 则数据包交.给 HTTP服务器模块处理;
步骤 203: HTTP服务器模块分析 HTTP协议数据包 , 识别出是用户认 证数据包,则提交给权限管理模块,对用户进行权限认证,如果认证不通过, 则访问失败, 结束;
步骤 204: 用户认证通过后, HTTP服务器模块检查网关远程访问客户 端是否已经安装了家庭网关的远程访问客户端程序, 如果已经安装了, 则远 程用户就可以通过生成的远程访问客户端程序模块远程访问家庭网关存储 设备上保存的文件; 否则执行步骤 205。
步骤 205: HTTP服务器模块将家庭网关的远程访问客户端安装程序封 装成 HTTP协议数据包,传输给网关远程访问客户端。 家庭网关的远程访问 客户端安装程序下载完毕后自行安装,生成图形化界面程序并生成鼠标右键 菜单"网关下载,,项。
' 其中,上述家庭网关的远程访问客户端安装程序的传输可以使用 HTTPS ( Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure, 安全超文本传输协议)协议, 以提高 安全性。
应当指出的是, 实施例中远程访问客户端程序虽然是自动下载的, 但本 发明并不局限于此, 也可以在客户端本地直接安装, 或从网络上选择安装。
图 3是本发明家庭网关存储设备网络访问流程示意图, 具体步骤为: 步骤 300: 远程用户通过远程访问客户端程序模块登录家庭网关时, 首 先要求输入用户名、 密码等用户信息。 用户信息被封装成私有协议数据包, 该数据包通过家庭网关防火墙模块,抵达前端置留程序模块。前端置留程序 模块解析该数据包类型,如果是认证数据包则转发到权限管理模块, 进行用 户权限认证;
步骤 301: 当用户认证通过后, 用户可以在客户端程序上选择操作类型 以及文件上传 /下载结果的通知方式。 用户对家庭网关存储设备中的文件进 行读写操作的命令被封装在 HTTP协议数据包或者 FTP协议数据包中, 数 据包通过家庭网关防火墙模块,抵达前端置留程序模块。 前端置留程序模块 根据数据包类型将数据包分发到 FTP服务器模块、 FTP客户端模块、 HTTP 服务器模块和 HTTP客户端模块。 此外, 远程用户还可以在客户端界面上选 择文件下载结果通知方式; 上传 /下载结果的通知方式可分为: 消息通知方 式和邮件通知方式等; 步骤 302: 如果用户选择使用 HTTP方式的文件下载、 文件上传、 文 件浏览等操作, 下面以文件下载为例进行说明:
步骤 302a: 前端置留程序模块解析从远程访问客户端程序模块发送来 的数据包, 如果为 HTTP协议的文件操作命令, 则前端置留程序模块将数据 包转发给 HTTP服务器模块;
步骤 302b: HTTP服务器模块和文件系统进行交互, 通过文件系统模块 对文件进行操作;
步骤 302c: HTTP服务器模块将文件内容传输给网关远程访问客户端; 步骤 302d: HTTP服务器模块将文件下载成功与否的结果以消息的形式 发送给前端置留程序模块。 P T/CN2006/002064 如果是文件上传, 则将其中的步骤 302b改为: 网关远程访问客户端与 HTTP服务器模块交互, 将文件内容传输到 HTTP服务器模块; 将其中的步 骤 302c '改为: HTTP服务器模块和文件系统进行交互, 将文件内容保存到 存储设备中。 其它步骤是一样的。
步骤 303: 如果用户选择使用 FTP方式的文件下载、 文件上传、 文件 浏览等操作, 下面以文件下载为例进行说明:
步骤 303a: 前端置留程序模块解析从远程访问客户端程序模块发送来 的数据包, 如果为 FTP协议的文件操作命令, 则前端置留程序模块将数据 包转发给 FTP服务器模块;
步骤 303b: FTP服务器模块和文件系统进行交互, 通过文件系统模块 对文件进行操作;
步骤 303c: FTP服务器模块将文件内容传输给网关远程访问客户端。 步骤 303d: FTP服务器模块将文件下载成功与否的结果以消息的形式 发送给前端置留程序模块。
步骤 304: 如果用户选择从远程文件服务器通过 HTTP方式将文件下载 到家庭网关文件系统上, 则:
步驟 304a: 前端置留程序模块解析从远程访问客户端程序模块发送来 的数据包,如果为 HTTP客户端操作命令, 则前端置留程序模块将数据包转 发给 HTTP客户端模块;
步骤 304b: HTTP客户端从接收到的数据包中获得远程服务器地址和文 件下载地址,随后 HTTP客户端和远程服务器建立连接,进行文件下载操作; 步骤 304c: HTTP客户端将接收到的文件通过文件系统模块存储到网关 存储设备的存储介质中;
步骤 304d: HTTP客户端模块将文件下载成功与否的结果以消息的形式 发送给前端置留程序模块。
步骤 305:如果用户选择从远程文件服务器通过 FTP方式将文件下载到 家庭网关文件系统上, 贝 ij : 步骤 305a: 前端置留程序模块解析从远程访问客户端程序模块发送来 的数据包, 如果为 FTP客户端操作命令, 则前端置留程序模块将数据包转 发给 FTP客户端模块;
步骤 305b: FTP客户端从接收到的数据包中获得远程服务器地址和文 件下载地址, 随后 FTP客户端和远程服务器建立连接, 进行文件下载操作; 步骤 305c: FTP客户端将接收到的文件通过文件系统模块存储到网关存 储设备的存储介质中;
步骤 305d: FTP客户端模块将文件下载成功与否的结果以消息的形式 发送给前端置留程序模块。
步骤 306:如果前端置留程序模块所保存的文件上传 /下载结果通知方式 是采用消息通知, 则由前端置留程序模块将文件上传 /下载结果发消息给远 程访问客户端程序模块。 步骤 307: 如果前端置留程序模块所保存的文件下载结果通知方式是采 用邮件通知,则前端置留程序模块将文件下载结果以及所保存的用户邮件地 址通知给 SMTP邮件服务器模块。 由 SMTP邮件服务器模块给用户邮件地 址发送电子邮件。
需注意的是,虽然实施例的示例中是按一定顺序介绍上述 4种类型的操 作, 即用户使用 HTTP方式的文件下载 /上传 /浏览; 用户使用 FTP方式的文 件下载 /上传 /浏览; 用户从远程文件服务器通过 HTTP方式将文件下载到家 庭网关文件系统上; 或者用户从远程文件服务器通过 FTP方式将文件下载 到家庭网关文件系统上。但这些操作并没有固定的先后顺序, 用户完全可以 按任意顺序执行其中的任意一种操作。
工业实用性 本发明为家庭网关存储设备增加了远程访问功能, 提供了远程在线存 储服务, 另一方面为用户提供一种异地下载机制, 不需要用户访问终端参与 即能完成文件下载过程。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种家庭网关网络存储系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包含通过网络连 接的网关存储设备端和网关远程访问客户端,
其中, 网关存储设备端包含以下模块:
前端置留程序模块,用于完成数据包的分发和网络访问任务的管理和維 护;
文件服务器模块, 包括一种或多种协议的服务器模块,用于和远程文件 客户端、 文件系统模块交互, 提供文件上传下载功能;
权限管理模块 , 用于对远程用户访问进行用户认证和权限控制; 文件系统模块,用于管理网关存储设备中的存储器并对存储器进行文件 读写操作;
存储器, 用于提供文件存储空间;
网关远程访问客户端包括:远程访问客户端程序模块,用于提供用户远 程访问家庭网关存储设备的接口;
其中,前端置留程序模块根据远程访问客户端程序模块发来数据包的类 型转发给相应协议的服务器模块或权限管理模块;文件系统模块负责完成各 文件应用程序模块发出的对存储器的文件读写请求。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的家庭网关网络存储系统, 其特征在于, 所述网 关存储设备端还包括文件客户端模块, 包含一种或多种协议的客户端模块, 用于前端置留程序模块转发的下载请求中的远程文件服务器文件下载地址 信息,与远程服务器建立连接并下载文件,下载的文件通过文件系统模块存 储到网关存储设备端的存储介盾中;所述远程访问客户端程序模块还用于指 定远程文件服务器文件下载地址信息,发送到前端置留程序模块;该前端置 留程序模块根据数据包的协议类型将其转发到文件客户端模块中相应协议 的客户端模块。

5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的家庭网关网络存储系统, 其特征在于, 所 述网关存储设备端的一存储模块保存有远程访问客户端安装程序;所述网关( 远程访问客户端还包括一个 WEB 浏览器, 用于通过前端置留程序模块向 HTTP服务器模块发送登录信息; 所述文件服务器模块中包括一个 HTTP服 务器模块,用于在收到登录信息后提交给权限管理模块进行认证,如返回认 证通过信息,且检查到远程访问客户端未安装家庭网关的远程访问客户端程 序时,将该程序封装后传输给该远程访问客户端; 该远程访问客户端安装程 序下载后自选安装, 生成所述远程访问客户端程序模块。
6、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的家庭网关网络存储系统, 其特征在于, 所 述网关存储设备端还包含邮件发送模块,用于根据各文件应用程序模块的操 作结果信息以邮件形式发送到网关远程访问客户端;所述网关远程访问客户 端还包含邮件接收模块,用于接收所述邮件发送模块发送给网关远程访问客 户端的邮件。
7、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的家庭网关网络存储系统 , 其特征在于, 所 述网关存储设备端还包括防火墙模块,用于在家庭网关和互联网之间执行一 定的安全策略,对所有来自于互联网的数据包进行检查,只有符合安全规则 的数据包, 才可以被家庭网关接受, 否则就被丟弃。
8、 一种家庭网关网络存储系统的网络访问方法, 该系统包含通过网络 连接的网关存储设备端和网关远程访问客户端,其特征在于,该方法包括下 列步骤:

步骤 B:远程用户使用网关远程访问客户端的远程访问客户端程序模块 对网关存储设备端进行网络访问,命令传送到网关存储设备端的前端置留程 序模块; 步骤 C:该前端置留程序模块接收到来自远程访问客户端程序模块的文 件操作命令后,根据命令的类型转发到网关存储设备端相应的文件服务器模 块进行处理, 如是对网关存储设备端文件的下载、上传或浏览操作, 该文件 服务器模块将文件从存储器中读出并发送给网关远程访问客户端保存或显 示,或者接收来自网关远程访问客户端的文件并保存在网关存储设备端的存 储器中。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的网络访问方法, 其特征在于, 还包括远程访问 客户端程序下载过程, 包括以下步骤:
( a )远程用户通过网关远程访问客户端的 WEB浏览器登录家庭网关存, 储设备并输入认证信息, 传送到网关存储设备端的 HTTP服务器模块;
( b ) HTTP服务器模块分析 HTTP协议数据包, 识别出是用户认证数 据包, 则提交给权限管理模块, 对用户进行权限认证, 如果认证不通过, 则 访问失败, 结束;
( c )用户认证通过后, HTTP服务器模块检查网关远程访问客户端是否 已经安装了家庭网关的远程访问客户端程序,如果已经安装了, 则远程用户 可以访问网关存储设备端进行文件操作, 结束; 否则执行步骤(d ) ;
( d ) HTTP服务器模块将网关存储设备端的远程访问客户端安装程序 封装成 HTTP协议数据包传输给网关远程访问客户端,该程序下载完毕后自 行安装, 生成图形化界面程序。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的网絡访问方法,其特征在于,所述步骤 C 中,如果命令类型是远程文件服务器文件下载操作,前端置留程序模块将该 命令传送到文件客户端模块中相应协议的客户端模块,该客户端模块根据命 令中的远程文件服务器文件下载地址信息与远程服务器建立连接并下载文 件, 下载的文件通过文件系统模块保存在网关存储设备端的存储器中。
11、 如权利要求 8或 10所述的网络访问方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤
C中,用户可以在进行文件操作前选择操作结杲的通知方式,至少包括邮件 通知方式和消息通知方式,在文件操作完成后,文件服务器模块或文件客户 端模块将操作结果发送给前端置留程序模块;前端置留程序模块判断用户选 择的操作结果通知方式:
如是邮件通知方式, 则发消息给 SMTP邮件服务器, 由 SMTP邮件服 务器给远程用户设定的邮件地址发通知邮件;
如果是消息通知方式, 则发消息给远程访问客户端程序模块, 文件操作 结果会直观地显示在图形化界面上。
