Abstract

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine drehbare Schatteninsel mit einer auf einem Standfuß (3) mittels einer Achse (2) drehbar gelagerten Liegefläche (1), wobei die Drehbewegung über einen mit dem Standfuß (3) fix verbundenen Drehteller (5) manuell durch einen Benutzer oder über eine motorische Vorrichtung ausführbar ist. Dabei ist in einem Lagerbock (8) ein schwenkbar gelagertes Rohr (6) für die Aufnahme eines Schattenspenders (7) vorgesehen, das bei Drehung der Liegefläche (1) über eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung oder mittels eines motorischen Antriebs oder manuell in eine dem Sonnenstand entsprechende Schräglage bringbar ist.
