[2] 高速涡钻牙钻手机是医生钻磨牙齿的器具, 它以清洁的压缩空气为动力源, 吹 动涡轮以每分钟 30万转左右的转速旋转, 带动切削刀具(牙针)钻磨牙齿。 医 生在使用高速涡轮牙钻手机进行治疗时, 必然会接触患者的牙齿、 口腔粘膜、 牙及血液等。 如果在治疗过程中, 医生给所有患者共用一支牙钻手机, 在消毒 灭菌不彻底时, 将会导致某些疾病的传播, 特别是通过血液唾液及粘膜传播的 疾病如艾滋病、 肝炎等。 特别值得重视的是: 由于高速涡轮牙钻手机是通过空 气涡轮带动钻针旋转的, 当医生断开脚踏开关, 涡轮停止供气时, 涡轮依靠惯 性仍然会旋转一段时间, 此时涡轮转子系统变成了涡轮压气机。 压出的气体会 排向原来的涡轮室排气口, 而涡轮轴中心的两端开口处形成负压, 会将口腔磨 削中形成的血污液吸至涡轮手机中, 甚至会吸向手机接头及连接管道中。 当再 次使用时, 此污物就会喷向下一个患者口腔中, 导致污染和疾病传播。 另外, 涡轮手机的冷却水系统由于停水瞬间产生的压力变化, 也将导致回吸作用产生 如上述同样的污染。 为了解决上述的交义感染问题, 目前医院采用了高温蒸汽 灭菌或灭菌液浸泡等方法。 虽然能产生一定的效果, 但往往消毒并不彻底。 传 统涡轮牙钻手机转速高、 精度高, 因此制造成本高昂, 不宜一次性使用后抛弃 。 为了降低制造成本, 往往采用了降低使用性能的办法, 这又不能满足医生的 使用要求。 公开号为 CN2510028Y的中国专利申请公开了一种一次性使用高速涡 轮牙钻手机, 大大降低了造价, 一次性使用后便可抛弃, 有效避免了医源性交 叉感染。 该牙钻手机包括机头、 钻针、 前机柄, 后机柄和快插气水接头, 如图 1 所示, 后机柄的外壳为一空心薄壁管, 空心薄壁管的内部组装有定位套、 密封 胶垫、 螺母、 连接套管多个零件, 使水管 6气管 5穿过定位套 7及密封胶垫 8, 用 螺母 9将连接套管 11压紧在密封胶垫 8上并将气水管 5、 6封住。 但上述后机柄的 结构还较复杂, 装配比较耗时, 仍需进一步改进。

[5] 本发明的这种一次性使用高速涡轮牙钻手机, 包括机头、 钻针、 前机柄, 后机 柄、 快插气水接头, 其后机柄前端与前机柄相连, 后端与快插气水接头相连, 其特征在于: 后机柄为工程塑料一次模压成型的内穿孔道实心整体结构, 后机 柄前部的轴心位置设有水管通道, 轴向的偏心位置设有气管通道和回气通道, 来自机头的气管、 水管分别插入上述的气管通道和水管通道, 间隙由密封圈密 封, 后机柄的后端中心凸出, 形成一个快插内管, 快插内管的中心孔道内端连 接一个单向阀, 该单向阀插入后机柄前部的水管通道中, 与水管通道内壁接触 的单向阀阀体外壁嵌有密封圈, 回气通道的出口位于后机柄外壁与快插内管之 间。
[6] 上述单向阀的阀体上开有出水口, 阀体出水口外壁紧箍橡胶管。
[7] 上述后机柄与回气通道的对称位置设有工艺孔。
[8] 上述气管通道的横断面可以是月牙形、 椭圆形或圆形。
[9] 上述快插内管外壁上设有环槽, 对应的快插气水接头管内壁嵌有定位钢球。

有益效果
[11] 1、 后机柄结构为一体化设计, 结构简单, 造价低廉, 整个后机柄由多个金属 或塑料零件变成了一个零件, 大大降低了成本, 同时避免多个零件组装的麻烦 , 节省了加工工时, 减少了发生故障的机会, 并提高了工作可靠性, 进一步降 低了产品成本, 适合一次性产品使用。 [12] 2、 整个后机柄用工程塑料一次模压成型, 重量轻, 强度好。
[13] 3、 本发明在进水孔道中设防水回吸单向阀, 可有效阻止由于水压变化而产生
的水回吸污染的发生。 此设计也简化了安装手续, 增加了可靠性, 安装方便, 并增加一项防回吸功能。
[14] 4、 插接方便, 节省安装工时, 同时也方便医生更换手机, 快插内管外壁环槽
与快插气水接头管内壁定位钢球的配合, 使快插气水接头更换十分便捷。 由于 尾部快插内管为薄壁塑料材料制成, 因塑料材料具有一定弹性, 可实现快插气 水接头直插, 医生无需后拉快插气水接头上的止动环, 安装更加方便, 这是一 般金属质后机柄无法实现的。
