Abstract

A prepacked aperitif drink according to the present invention, containing : 7/24 of Red Bitter 1/4 of Dry Vermouth 1/6 of Gin 1/8 of Red Vermouth 1/8 of treated White Wine.

Description

A PREPACKED APERITIF DRINK
The present invention concerns a new drink industrially prepared and packed into one-portion or more bottles, characterized in a taste and freshness similar to the one of the cocktails usually prepared by a barman at a bar.
In a not limiting example, the drink according to the present invention contains, in a percentage: 7/24 of Red Bitter
1/4 of Dry Vermouth
1/6 of Gin
1/8 of Red Vermouth
1/8 of treated White Wine.
For preparing 48 litres of the drink according to the present invention, consequently, the amounts are as follows:
14 litres of Red Bitter
12 litres of Dry Vermouth 8 litres of Gin
8 litres of Red Vermouth
6 litres of treated White Wine, with the possible variant up to 10% of weight of one or more components. It is evident that at production level, 80cc - lOOcc bottles or l,000cc bottles may be used, or possible others.
In a possible variant every drink package of 80cc - lOOcc contains a "maraschino"-cherry.
In a further variant for use in summer, the drink according to the present invention provides 18 litres of sparkling wine or champagne in every 30 litres of said mixture.

Claims

1. A prepacked aperitif drink of the kind of the cocktails prepared by a barman at a bar, characterized in:
7/24 of Red Bitter 1/4 of Dry Vermouth 1/6 of Gin
1/8 of Red Vermouth 1 /8 of treated White Wine.
2. A drink according to claim 1, characterized in the following amounts of the components in a total quantity of 48 litres:
14 litres of Red Bitter 12 litres of Dry Vermouth 8 litres of Gin 8 litres of Red Vermouth 6 litres of treated White Wine.
3. A drink according to claim 1, characterized in variations from 1% to 10% of weight of one or more components.
4. A drink according to claim 1, characterized in a package of 80cc - lOOcc bottles or l,000cc bottles, or possible others.
5. A drink according to claim 1, characterized in packages of 80cc - lOOcc, each containing a "maraschino"-cherry.
6. A drink according to claim 1 , characterized in the presence of 18 litres of sparkling wine or champagne in every 30 litres of said mixture.
