Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektromagnetische Stellvorrichtung und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung, beispielsweise für eine variable Nockenwellensteuerung eines Verbrennungsmotors eines Kraftfahrzeuges, mit einer Spuleneinrichtung (4), im Wesentlichen bestehend aus einem Kern (5) aus einem magnetischen Material, der von einer Spule (6) umschlossen ist, und mit einem relativ zu der Spuleneinrichtung (4) beweglich angeordneten Stellelement (2) mit einem endseitig verschleißfest ausgebildeten Eingriffsbereich (3), bei der das Stellelement (2) über eine Bestromung der Spuleneinrichtung (4) mit einer Betätigungskraft beaufschlagbar ist, wobei an dem Stellelement (2) Permanentmagnetmittel (11) angeordnet sind, über die das Stellelement (2) in unbestromtem Zustand der Spuleneinrichtung (4) an der Spuleneinrichtung (4) magnetisch gehalten ist. Um die Stellvorrichtung so zu verbessern, dass sie einen sicheren und verschleißarmen Stellbetrieb ermöglicht und dennoch konstruktiv einfach und kostengünstig ist, sind Entkoppelungsmittel (20) vorgesehen, über die das Stellelement (2) zumindest im Eingriffsbereich (3) von den Permanentmagnetmitteln (11) magnetisch entkoppelt ist.
