一种建立群组会话的方法、 系统及设备 本申请要求于 2006 年 6 月 28 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200610061393.2、 发明名称为"一种建立群组会话的方法和系统"的中国专利申 请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯技术, 尤其涉及一种建立群组会话的方法、 系统及设备。
背景技术
即时消息 (Instant Message , 以下简称 ΙΜ)和无线一键通 ( Push to Talk over Cellular, 以下简称 PoC )是当前广泛使用的通信系统, 这两种通信系统都提 供系统预设以及用户创建群组的功能,以实现用户对联系人的分类,例如 MSN Messenger, QQ、 ICQ中的聊天群组, PoC中的预定义群组和聊天群组等都是 群组应用的典型实例。
现有技术中, 实现静态群组的系统如图 1所示, 其中: 业务服务器 11为 业务提供应用层的网络功能, 可以执行控制功能和参与功能。 PoC业务服务器 和 IM业务服务器都是实现上述业务服务器功能的典型实例。 存储装置 12是 存储与业务相关的文件和数据的装置,所述文件和数据可以是多个业务共用的 公共信息, 存储装置 12还具有管理业务文件和数据的功能, 常用的存储装置 包括数据库、 XML ( Extensible Markup Language, 可扩展标记语言)文档管理 服务器等。 客户端 13包括存储装置客户端 131和业务客户端 132两个模块。 存储装置客户端 131是管理存储在网络中的文件和数据的客户端,具有创建或 取代一个文件和数据、删除一个文件和数据、获取一个文件和数据等功能。 业 务客户端 132具有支持与业务相关的功能, 例如当业务服务器是 PoC服务器 或 IM服务器时, 业务客户端应该支持会话发起、 参与、 终结, 支持对即时消 息通知的接收和发送操作等功能。
目前的静态群组信息保存在存储装置 12中, 群组信息文件中仅包含群组 成员列表, 即群组成员标识的集合, 当采用 XML的形式实现时群组成员列表 的形式如下:

<list-service> 其中 <list-service>元素是群组信息文件的根元素, 表示这个文件描述的是 一个群组, 并用 uri属性表示这个群组的标识; <display-name>元素表示群组 的名字; <list>元素表示群组成员列表, <list>元素包含一个或多个<611^ >子元 素,每一个 <entry> ¾素表示一个群组成员 ,每个 <entry>元素都有一个 uri属性, 用来标识群组成员。
当业务服务器 11收到来自群组成员发起的群组^舌请求时, 业务服务器 11首先从存储装置 12中获取群组成员列表, 然后根据群组成员列表向群组中 所有成员发起群组会话请求, 当有群组成员应答此请求时,群组^舌就成功建 立起来。
现有技术中创建群组和建立群组会话的具体过程如图 2所示:
步骤 201、 群组创建者通过存储装置客户端创建群组成员列表, 并将其存 储在相应的存储装置上;
步骤 202、 存储成功, 存储装置返回 ok响应, 否则返回失败响应; 步骤 203、群组创建者或群组中的授权用户通过业务客户端向业务服务器 发起群组会话请求, 该请求中包含此群组的标识;
步骤 204、 业务服务器 ^居请求中的信息, 如群组标识, 向存储装置发起 获取群组成员列表的请求;
步骤 205、 获取成功, 存储装置向业务服务器返回 ok响应, 并将业务服 务器请求的群组成员列表发送给业务服务器;
步骤 206、 业务服务器解析获取到的群组成员列表;
步骤 207、 业务服务器根据解析结果向群组成员列表中的所有群组成员发 起群组会话请求;
步骤 208、 群组创建者同意参与群组会话,并向业务服务器返回 ok响应; 步骤 209、 业务服务器收到群组创建者的成功响应后向群组会话发起者 (群组成员 1 )发送成功响应;
步骤 210、 成功建立群组会话。
步骤 211、 某些群组成员 (群组成员 2 ) 由于某些原因 (例如用户终端关 闭等)无法参加群组 ^舌, 因此拒绝了此 ^舌请求。
然而, 在 IM和 PoC的通信系统中所使用的群组都是静态群组, 即在建立 群组会话之前创建者一定要制定一个明确的群组成员列表,在建立群组会话时 业务服务器根据群组成员列表中的成员标识向群组中的所有成员发起建立群 组会话请求, 对于当前不能建立群组^舌的成员来说, 无疑浪费了通信资源。
发明内容
本发明实施例一方面提供一种建立群组会话的方法,以选择满足条件的成 员来建立群组 ^舌, 从而节省通信资源。
本发明实施例另一方面还提供一种建立群组会话的系统,以选择满足条件 的成员来建立群组会话, 从而节省通信资源。
本发明实施例再一方面还提供一种业务服务器,以选择满足条件的部分成 员来建立群组 ^舌, 从而节省通信资源。
本发明实施例公开了一种建立群组会话的方法, 所述方法包括
根据接收的群组会话请求中的信息, 获取群组成员列表和建立会话条件; 获取所述群组成员列表中的各群组成员建立^舌条件中描述的各种信息; 确定所述各种信息满足所述建立^舌条件的群组成员;
向所述各种信息满足所述建立会话条件的群组成员发起建立群组会话请 求, 并建立群组会话。
此外, 本发明实施例另一方面还公开了一种建立群组会话的系统, 该系 统包括存储装置、业务服务器和条件评判装置; 所述存储装置用于存储群组成 员列表及建立会话条件; 所述业务服务器用于接收建立群组会话请求, 并根据 会话请求向存储装置获取群组成员列表和建立会话条件,并根据条件评判装置 发出的对群组成员相关信息的判断结果为满足建立会话条件的群组成员建立 群组会话; 所述条件评判装置, 用于根据建立会话条件获取群组成员建立会话 条件中描述的各种信息(包括静态信息, 和 /或动态信息), 判断群组成员的这 些信息是否满足建立会话条件, 将判断结果返回给业务服务器。
本发明实施例还提供了一种业务服务器, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收群组会话请求, 所述群组会话请求包括群组标识; 群组成员获取单元, 用于根据所述群组标识获取群组成员列表; 群组会话建立单元, 用于向群组成员发起建立群组会话请求, 并建立群组 会话;
^舌条件获取单元,用于获取所述群组成员列表中各群组成员对应的建立 会话条件;
群组成员信息获取单元, 用于获取所述群组成员列表中各群组成员的建 立会话条件中描述的信息。
本发明实施例采用通过群组创建者预先设立建立会话条件,业务服务器将 群组成员的相关信息与建立^舌条件比较,只对满足建立 ^舌条件的群组成员 发起群组^舌请求邀请其加入群组^舌,从而降低了服务器负担, 减少了网络 流量, 增加了群组会话的灵活性, 进而节省了通信资源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
首先, 参照图 3所示本发明实施例提供的建立群组会话的一种流程图: 301. 群组创建者或群组中的授权成员通过客户端向业务服务器发起群组 会话请求, 在该群组会话请求中包含群组标识;
302. 业务服务器根据请求中的信息, 即群组标识获取群组成员列表及建 立^舌条件;
所述群组成员列表及建立会话条件可以保存在预先创建的一个群组成员 信息文件中,根据群组会话请求中的群组标识查询该群组成员信息文件, 直接 从该群组成员信息文件中获得群组成员列表及建立^舌条件;
也可以将群组成员列表及建立会话条件分别保存在不同的文件中, 比如, 将群组成员列表存储在群组成员信息文件中,在该群组成员信息文件中还保存 了与各群组成员对应的对建立会话条件的引用; 这样, 在查询时, 首先才 据群 组^舌请求中的群组标识查询该群组成员信息文件,获得群组成员列表, 然后 根据该群组成员列表中的对建立^舌条件的引用查找相应的文件,获得与各群 组成员对应的建立会话条件;
303. 业务服务器获取群组成员的建立会话条件描述的各种相关信息, 判 断此信息是否满足建立会话条件;
此处的相关信息包括建立会话条件中描述的各种信息, 包括: 静态信息和 /或动态信息, 可以有多种方式来获取这些信息, 比如, 通过查询方式获取所 述静态信息; 通过订阅和通知方式获取所述动态信息。
304. 业务服务器向满足建立会话条件的群组成员的客户端发起建立群组 会话请求并建立群组会话。
在上述步骤 304中 ,可以先依次对所述群组成员列表中的各群组成员的相 关信息进行检查, 判断其是否满足会话条件, 并记录判断结果, 对所有群组成 员检查完成后,再向满足建立 ^舌条件的群组成员的客户端发起建立群组^舌 请求并建立群组^舌;还可以依次对所述群组成员列表中的各群组成员的相关 信息进行检查,判断其是否满足会话条件,并记录判断结果,每次检查完成后, 如果该群组成员满足建立^舌条件,则向该群组成员的客户端发起建立群组会 话请求并建立群组会话, 然后再检查下一个群组成员。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供一种建立群组 ^舌的系统。 如图 4所示, 该系 统包括: 存储装置 42, 业务服务器 41 和条件评判装置 44。 存储装置 42用于存储与业务相关的文件和数据, 如创建群组成员列表以 及建立会话条件, 以及多个业务共用的公共信息, 并接受业务服务器 41的请 求, 为业务服务器 41提供相关信息, 如创建群组成员列表以及建立会话条件 等。 其中, 建立会话条件既可以作为群组成员列表中的一部分存在, 也可以作 为一个单独的文件存在。 当作为一个单独的文件存在时, 需要在群组成员列表 中引用建立群组^舌条件的文件。 而且, 当作为一个单独的文件存在时, 存储 装置还包括建立会话条件存储装置 421 , 用于存储建立群组会话的条件以及根 据业务服务器的请求向业务服务器提供建立会话条件。而根据建立会话条件采 取的形式的不同, 建立会话条件存储装置 421 可以采用 XDMS ( XML Document Management Server, XML 文档管理服务器)或数据库来实现。
此外, 建立会话条件存储置装置 421还可以独立于存储装置 42。 其中, 建立会话条件存储装置 421用于当群组成员列表包含建立^舌条件的引用时, 接收业务服务器 41的请求, 向业务服务器 41发送建立^舌条件, 以及根据存 储装置 42的请求存储建立会话条件。 条件评判装置 44用于根据业务服务器 41 发出的群组成员列表和建立^舌条件(当群组成员列表包含建立^舌条件 时)或群组成员列表(当群组成员列表未包含建立^舌条件时)获取群组成员 的相关信息, 并解析所获取的群组成员的相关信息, 判断群组成员是否符合建 立会话条件, 并将评判结果返回给业务服务器 41。 条件评判装置支持 XCAP ( XMLConfiguration Access Protocol )协议和 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol ) 协议, 既可以作为业务服务器 41和存储装置 42的内部装置实现, 又可以作为 一个单独的应用服务器实现。
业务服务器 41用于接收建立群组会话的请求, 根据该请求通过存储装置 42 获取群组成员列表及建立会话条件, 并将群组成员列表及建立会话条件传 送给条件评判装置 44, 并接收条件评判装置 44的判断结果, 以及根据其判断 结果建立群组会话。
可以预先将所述与业务相关的文件和数据存储到存储装置 42中, 也可以 在该系统中设置客户端 43, 由客户端 43将群组成员列表及建立^舌条件发送 至存储装置 42中。如图 4所示,客户端 43包括业务客户端 432及存储装置客 户端 431。 业务客户端 432用于向业务服务器 41发出建立群组会话请求, 并 执行群组会话的操作。 存储装置客户端 431用于管理存储在存储装置 42中的 文件和数据,如创建群组成员列表以及建立^舌条件, 并将群组成员列表及建 立会话条件发送至存储装置 42。
利用本发明实施例提供的系统,可以使业务服务器只对满足建立^舌条件 的群组成员发起群组 ^舌请求邀请其加入群组会话, 从而降低了服务器负担, 减少了网络流量, 增加了群组会话的灵活性, 进而节省了通信资源。
此外,本发明实施例业务服务器可以在会话过程中获取群组成员状态信息 的变化,从而根据其变化后的信息决定是否满足或继续满足建立会话条件,从 而决定是否让其加入群组会话或是否驱逐出群组会话以实现对群组会话的动 态控制。从而解决现有技术中不能根据群组成员状态对群组会话实现动态控制 的问题。
下面基于图 4所示系统对本发明实施例的方法进行伴细说明。
如图 5所示, 建立群组会话的方法的流程如下:
步骤 501、群组创建者通过用户终端的存储装置客户端创建群组成员列表 及建立会话条件, 并通过 XCAP协议或 HTTP ( Hypertext Transfer Protocol ) 协议将其存储在相应的存储装置上;
其中, 建立会话条件可以是一组条件的集合, 包含静态条件, 动态条件, 时间相关的条件, 以及 QoE ( Quality of Experience )条件等。 静态条件是指根 据群组成员的静态信息形成的条件, 所述的静态信息包括: 群组成员的姓名, 性别, 通信地址, 别名, 出生日期, 通信能力, 喜好等信息; 动态条件是指根 据群组成员的当前状态信息形成的条件, 所述的动态信息包括: 呈现信息, 位 置信息等,而呈现信息中可以包括表示群组成员当前从事的活动,时区,情绪, 是否参加了其他的会话,服务设备标识等信息, 而位置信息则可以包括群组成 员当前的地理位置, 最大距离等信息; 时间相关的条件, 即时间段, 日期等信 息形成的条件,表示发起群组会话的时间段; QoE条件是指群组成员在群组会 话时体验到的会话质量, 分为四个等级, 即 Basic (基础等级)、 Professional (专 业用户等级)、 Crisis (紧急情况)、 Official Government Use (官方政府使用的等 级)。 建立会话条件还可以包含与其他业务服务器相关的条件信息, 不仅限于 上述信息。 进一步, 建立会话条件还可以包含建立群组会话的最少人数限制,也就是 限制参加群组 ^舌的最少人数,当满足建立会话条件的群组成员数量不满足此 条件时, 群组会话是不能建立的。
建立会话条件既可以作为群组成员列表中的一部分存在,也可以作为一个 单独的文件存在,当作为单独的文件存在时需要在群组成员列表中引用建立会 话条件文件,例如当群组成员列表和建立^舌条件文件都采用 XML( Extensible Markup Language )的形式实现时,对于标识为 sipxhatgroup@poc.com的群组, 其群组成员列表中可以包含如下对建立会话条件的引用:

<(¾1&1^6>这两个子元素, 根据上述实例要求参加群组会话的群组成员的位置 应该是在"深圳"; <(5(^ 011(^011>表示要求参加群组会话的群组成员的 QoE 等级, 可以包含一个子元素, 即<^¥61>表示 QoE的等级, 在上述实例中要求 参加群组会话的群组成员的 QoE等级是 "专业用户级,,。 <scheduling-condition> 表示可以发起群组会话的时间段, 包括 <&0111>和<1«^1>这两个元素,分别表示 有效时间段的起始时间和终止时间。

其中, 参见图 6, 业务服务器获取群组成员建立^舌条件的相关信息并判 断此群组成员的当前状态是否满足建立会话条件的流程如下:
步骤 601、 业务服务器判断所获取的群组成员列表中是否包含建立会话条 件, 如没有包含, 执行步骤 602, 否则直接执行步骤 604;
步骤 602、 获耳 组成员列表中包含的建立会话条件的引用;

其中,业务服务器获取群组成员的各种相关信息的方法根据条件信息类型 的不同而不同。
对于静态条件来说,业务服务器可以通过查询的方式从存储装置上存储的 现有信息中获取。 对于采用 XDMS作为存储装置的系统中, 业务服务器可以 通过 XCAP协议与 Xpath语言相结合的方式从 XDMS (共享 XDMS )上查询 某个群组成员的静态信息,例如对于标识为 sip:myfriend@example.com的群组 成员,业务服务器根据上述建立会话条件实例中的静态条件可以通过如下的查 询语句从存储装置中获取该群组成员的<§611(161 静态信息, <hobbies^々查询方 法与 <gender>元素的查询方法相同:
http://xcap.example.eom/services/org.ietf.sharedxdms/user/sip:myfriend@example. com/ sharedprofile/— ///gender
而对于采用数据库作为存储装置的系统中, 业务服务器可以直接用 SQL ( Structured Query Language ,结构式查询语言 )查询语句查询群组成员的静态 信息。 对于 QoE条件而言, 通常情况下 QoE也是一种静态信息, 可以作为群 组成员的特性与群组成员的其他静态信息一起存储在 XDMS中或数据库中, 因此 QoE信息的获取方法与静态信息的获取方法一致。
对于动态条件而言,需要业务服务器从呈现业务服务器和位置业务服务器 获取。为了获得群组成员列表中群组成员的呈现信息需要业务服务器向呈现业 务服务器订阅群组成员的呈现信息,业务服务器可以使用群组创建者的身份标 识, 即使用群组创建者的 SIP URI通过 SIP协议的 SUBSCRIBE方法向呈现业 务服务器订阅群组成员列表中每一个群组成员的呈现信息。 可以采取一次订 阅, 也可以采取长期订阅。
当采取长期订阅时, 订阅的有效期可以使用订阅有效期的最大值(7200 秒), 并且可以在订阅消息中设置过滤器来仅订阅建立会话条件文件中描述的 内容。订阅成功后呈现业务服务器通过 SIP协议的 NOTIFY方法将所订阅的群 组成员的当前状态通知业务服务器。在群组^舌结束之后,或群组 ^舌建立失 败之后,如果订阅还是有效的, 那么业务服务器可以发送一个有效期头域等于 零的 SUBSCRIBE消息取消对所有群组成员呈现信息的订阅。如果在群组会话 过程中, 订阅失效, 那么业务服务器可以再次发送订阅请求刷新订阅。 位置信 息的获取方法也可以采用订阅通知的方式。
当采取一次订阅时, 订阅的有效期设置为 0, 也可以在订阅消息中设置过 滤器仅订阅建立会话条件中描述的内容。 订阅成功后呈现业务服务器通过 SIP 协议的 NOTIFY方法将所订阅的群组成员的当前状态通知业务服务器。 但由 于仅是一次订阅,当群组成员的呈现信息发生变化时业务服务器不会再收到任 何通知, 业务服务器也不需要取消订阅等操作。
步骤 605、 判断群组成员的各种相关信息是否满足加入群组会话的条件; 将获取到的每一个群组成员的各种相关信息与建立会话条件一一对比,如果群 组成员的所有相关信息都满足建立会话条件, 则执行步骤 606, 如果在对比的 过程中如果有一个信息不符合则剩余的信息就不需要继续比较, 并执行步骤 607。
步骤 606、 业务服务器通过 SIP协议的 INVITE方法向满足建立会话条件 的群组成员发起建立群组 ^舌请求;
步骤 607、 如果不满足则对不满足建立会话条件的群组成员不采取任何动 作或可以仅发送一个 SIP消息的通知或发送短消息的通知,告知不满足建立会 话条件的群组成员没有被邀请加入群组^舌的原因。
参见图 7, 群组会话建立成功之后, 在群组会话的过程中如果业务服务器 收到第二群组成员当前状态变化的通知(包括由于第二群组成员的呈现状态变 化或位置状态变化而引起的通知或存储装置中第二群组成员的静态信息变化 而 )起的通知 ) , 例如第二群组成员的 <mood;M 态由 happy变为 unhappy , 业 务服务器的处理流程如下:
步骤 701、 业务服务器收到第二群组成员状态变化的通知;
步骤 702、 判断第二群组成员是否已经加入到群组会话, 如是, 执行步骤
703 , 否则直接执行步骤 706;
步骤 703、 判断第二群组成员的当前状态是否满足建立^舌条件, 如是直 接执行步骤 710, 否则执行步骤 704;
步骤 704、根据群组创建者建立的群组会话策略来判断是否需要将此群组 成员驱逐出群组^舌, 如果需要执行步骤 705。 如果群组创建者在创建群组时 没有对此元素进行设置, 那么此元素的默认值为不驱逐, 直接执行步骤 710; 其中,群组会话策略是一组条件和动作的集合,代表这个群组的授权策略。 每一个策略由 0个或多个规则组成,每个规则由一个条件子项和一个行为子项 组成。 为了实现在群组会话过程中控制群组成员加入和退出群组会话的功能, 需要增加相关的控制策略。控制策略中包含描述在群组会话过程中群组成员状 态发生变化时的处理方法, 并且由群组创建者在创建群组时设置,可以在群组 会话策略文件中增加如下两方面的内容: 1 对已经加入群组会话的群组成员来 说,增加当其状态在^舌过程中发生变化时是否将群组成员驱逐出群组^舌的 策略, 例如在 <action>中增加 <expel:H^元素, 其值为布尔型的变量, 当为 true (真)时表示在 ^舌的过程中如果群组成员的当前状态不满足建立^舌条件则 将已经加入群组^舌的群组成员从群组会话中驱逐出去, 当为 false ( 支) 时, 则不驱逐, 默认值为 false; 2对未加入群组会话的群组成员来说, 增加当其 状态在会话过程中变化时是否邀请群组成员加入群组会话的策略, 例如在 <action>中增力 p<joined-session>子元素 , 其值为布尔型的变量 , 当为 true (真 ) 时表示在会话的过程中如果未加入群组会话的群组成员的当前状态满足建立 会话条件则将其加入到群组会话中, 当为 false ( 支) 时, 则不加入, 默认值 为 true。
步骤 705、通过 SIP协议的 BYE方法驱逐第二群组成员,并执行步骤 709; 步骤 706、 将第二群组成员的当前状态与建立 ^舌条件进行对比, 判断第 二群组成员的当前状态是否满足建立^舌条件, 如果是执行步骤 707, 否则直 接执行步骤 710;
步骤 707、 根据群组策略判断是否需要将第二群组成员加入群组会话, 如 果群组创建者在创建群组时没有对此元素进行设置,那么此元素的默认值为将 其加入群组会话, 执行步骤 708, 否则直接执行步骤 710;
步骤 708、 邀请第二群组成员加入群组会话, 即向第二群组成员发送 SIP INVITE请求;
步骤 709、 记录参加群组 ^舌和未参加群组会话的成员。
步骤 710、 结束流程。 本发明实施例还提供了一种业务服务器, 如图 8 所示, 包括: 接收单元 81、群组成员获取单元 82、会话条件获取单元 83、群组成员信息获取单元 84、 条件评判断单元 85和群组会话建立单元 86。
接收单元 81接收群组会话请求, 所述群组会话请求包括群组标识; 然后 由群组成员获取单元 82根据所 组标识获取群组成员列表, 该群组成员列 表可以存储在业务服务器的外部, 比如, 图 4中的存储装置 42中; 也可以存 储在业务服务器的内部。
然后再由会话条件获取单元 83获取所述群组成员列表中各群组成员对应 的建立 ^舌条件。 同样, 与群组成员对应的建立^舌条件可以和群组成员列表 一起存储在业务服务器的外部, 也可以独立存放在业务服务器内部, 比如, 存 储在图 8 中所示的存储单元 80 中。 存储单元 80可以是数据库, 也可以是 XDMSo
根据存储方式的不同, 群组成员获取单元 82获取群组成员列表的方式, 以及会话条件获取单元 83获取与各群组成员对应的会话条件的方式也可以是 多样的, 具体可参照图 4中的描述, 与其类似, 在此不再赞述。
为了避免对当前不能建立群组会话的群组成员也发起建立群组会话的请 求, 节省资源, 本发明实施例中由群组成员信息获取单元 84获取所述群组成 员列表中各群组成员的建立 ^舌条件中描述的信息,这些信息包括静态信息和 /或动态信息, 根据每个群组成员对应的建立会话条件的不同会有所不同, 而 且对于不同信息的获取方式也会不同, 对此前面的实施例中已有详细说明。
然后, 由条件评判断单元 85判断群组成员的建立会话条件描述的各种相 关信息是否满足建立会话条件,也就是说,将得到的各种相关信息与该群组成 员的建立条件中的每条相应信息进行对应,如果全部符合, 则表明该群组成员 满足建立会话条件, 否则, 只要有一项信息不符合该群组成员的建立条件中的 相应信息, 则表明该群组成员不满足建立会话条件。 然后将判断结果传送给群 组会话建立单元 86。
群组会话建立单元 86根据该结果, 向满足建立会话条件的群组成员发起 建立群组会话请求, 并建立群组会话。
条件评判断单元 85可以在每次对一个群组成员进行判断后, 将判断结果 传送给群组会话建立单元 86, 由群组会话建立单元 86记录判断结果; 条件评 判断单元 85也可以自己记录判断结果, 在对所述群组成员列表中的所有群组 成员判断全部完成后, 再向群组会话建立单元 86传送判断结果。 当然, 条件 判断单元 85向群组会话建立单元 86还包括满足建立会话条件的群组成员标 识, 还可以进一步包括不满足建立会话条件的群组成员标识。 这样, 群组会话 建立单元 86就可以根据这些信息只向满足建立会话条件的群组成员发起建立 群组会话的请求,从而节省了系统资源。 而且还可进一步向不满足建立会话条 件的群组成员发送携带不向其发送建立群组^舌请求原因的消息。从以上方案 可以看出,本发明实施例采用通过群组创建者预先设立建立会话条件, 业务服 务器根据群组成员的信息与建立会话条件比较,只对满足建立会话条件的群组 成员邀请其加入群组会话 ,以及业务服务器可以在^舌过程中获取群组成员状 态信息的变化,从而根据其变化后的信息决定是否满足或继续满足建立会话条 制。 、 、 ' 、 ¾ ' 本领域普通技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等。 明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明包含这些改动和变型在内。

权 利 要 求
1. 一种建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
根据接收的群组会话请求中的信息, 获取群组成员列表和建立会话条件; 获取所述建立会话条件中描述的各种信息;
确定所述各种信息满足所述建立会话条件的群组成员;
向所述各种信息满足所述建立会话条件的群组成员发起建立群组会话请 求, 并建立群组会话。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取群 组成员列表和建立会话条件的步骤包括:
根据所述群组会话请求中的群组标识查询预先创建的群组成员信息文件, 所述群组成员信息文件包括群组成员及建立^舌条件,获取与所述群组标识对 应的群组成员列表, 以及建立会话条件。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取群 组成员列表和建立会话条件的步骤包括:
根据所述群组会话请求中的群组标识查询预先创建的群组成员信息表,所 述群组成员信息表包括群组成员及与所述群组成员对应的对建立会话条件的 引用;
获取与所述群组标识对应的群组成员列表;
根据所述对建立^舌条件的引用获取所述建立 ^舌条件。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述建立会 话条件中描述的各种当前信息包括: 静态信息和 /或动态信息;
通过查询方式获取所述静态信息;
通过订阅和通知方式获取所述动态信息。
5. 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定各种信息满足所述建立会话条件的群组成员的步骤包括:
如果所述群组成员的建立会话条件中描述的各种信息完全满足所述建立 会话条件, 则确定该群组成员满足建立会话条件, 否则确定该群组成员不满足 建立会话条件。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进 一步包括:
向不满足建立会话条件的群组成员发送携带不向其发送建立群组会话请 求原因的消息。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括:
在群组会话过程中 ,根据预先设立的群组会话策略以及获得的群组成员相 关信息决定是否将状态发生变化了的群组成员加入或驱逐出群组^舌。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的建立群组会话的方法, 其特征在于,
采用订阅和通知的方式获得所述群组成员的相关信息的变化; 或者 采用轮询的方式获得所述群组成员的相关信息的变化。
9. 一种建立群组会话的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括存储装置、 业 务服务器和条件评判装置;
所述存储装置用于存储群组成员列表及建立会话条件;
所述业务服务器用于接收建立群组会话请求,并根据会话请求向所述存储 装置获 组成员列表和建立会话条件,并根据条件评判装置发出的对群组成 员相关信息的判断结果为满足建立 ^舌条件的群组成员建立群组^舌;
所述条件评判装置,用于根据建立会话条件获取群组成员的建立会话条件 描述的各种信息, 并判断所述各种信息是否满足建立会话条件,将判断结果返 回给业务服务器。
10. 如权利要求 10所述的建立群组^舌的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统 还包括:
客户端, 用于向业务服务器发出建立群组会话请求, 以及执行群组 ^舌的 操作, 以及向所述存储装置发送群组成员列表和建立^舌条件。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的建立群组会话的系统, 其特征在于, 所述客户 端包括: 存储装置客户端、 业务客户端;
所述存储装置客户端用于创建群组成员列表及建立会话条件,并将所述群 组成员列表及建立会话条件发送到存储装置存储;
所述业务客户端用于向业务服务器发出建立群组会话请求,以及执行群组 会话的操作。
12. 如权利要求 9或 10所述的建立群组会话的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 系统还包括:
^舌条件存储装置, 用于存储客户端发出的建立会话条件, 所述建立会话 条件存储装置存在于存储装置中或作为独立的装置存在。
13. 如权利要求 9或 10所述的建立群组^舌的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 条件评判装置存在于业务服务器中或作为独立的装置存在。
14. 一种业务服务器, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收群组会话请求, 所述群组会话请求包括群组标识; 群组成员获取单元, 用于根据所述群组标识获取群组成员列表; 群组会话建立单元, 用于向群组成员发起建立群组会话请求, 并建立群组 会话; 其特征在于, 还包括:
^舌条件获取单元,用于获取所述群组成员列表中各群组成员对应的建立 会话条件;
群组成员信息获取单元,用于获取所述群组成员列表中各群组成员的建立 会话条件中描述的各种信息。
15. 如权利要求 14所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述业务服务器还 包括:
条件评判单元, 用于判断群组成员的所述各种信息是否满足建立会话条 件, 并将判断结果传送给所述群组会话建立单元。
16.如权利要求 14或 15所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述业务服务 器还包括:
存储单元, 用于存储群组成员对应的建立会话条件。
17.如权利要求 16所述的业务服务器, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元为数 据库或 XML文档管理服务器 XDMS。
