Description

COOLING CUP FOR DRINK
Technical Field The present invention relates to a cooling cup for drink which can quickly cool hot or warm drinks in summer season, and keeps cooled condition continuously to thus enable a user to drink liquid in the cooling cup while feeling a cooling sensation, and more particularly to a cooling cup for drink in which an ordinary cup body which can contain drink is formed of an inner cup and an outer cup doubly in the space between which a heat insulating material such as Styrofoam , urethane, fiber, etc., is filled and on the upper portion and lower portion of which a respective cover is couped on the cup body and in which a coolant body having a coolant vessel containing a coolant which is formed of water mixed with Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) is detached from and attached to the center of the bottom surface of the inner cup by a detachable and attachable unit at a freezing state, to accordingly refrigerate drink filled in the inner cup by the coolant vessel and also maintain the cooled state for long, and to thus enable a user to feel a sense of the cooled state of the drink continuously.
Background Art
Usually, marketed soft drinks or alcoholic beverages such as Korean liquer (Soju) , beer, foreign wine etc., are contained in sealed containers such as cans or glass bottles and poly ethylen terephthalate (PET) bottles. In summer seasons, drinks are easily warmed by external temperature or heat which makes a user not feel the natural taste of drinks. Thus, drinks are kept in custody at a refrigerated state in summer or under the warm weather.
However, drink, wine, etc., which is kept in custody at a refrigeration state in a refrigerator is cool when it is taken out from the refrigerator, but inner cool air becomes easily warm by outdoor warm air as time passes. As a result, a sense of the cooled state becomes gradually lost . In order to keep a sense of the cooled state continuously, ice should be filled in a container or cup so that the container or cup is maintained at proper temperature.
However, such a method of filling or supplementing the cup with ice can make temperature of the drink contained in the cup lowered by cool air of ice. However, drink is diluted by water which is generated as ice melts. As a result, there is a problem that gradually drops the natural taste of the drink.
To solve these problems, Korea Utility-Model Application Nos . 1999-14536 and 1999-8044, and Utility-Model Registration Nos. 256428 and 258681 have been known.
Korea Utility-Model Application No. 1999-14536 discloses "Drinking water chiller using dry ice" in which a straw-mounted cover is combined on the top portion of a cup body, a coolant discharge pipe is formed at the central portion of the cover, a dry ice vessel can be combined with or separated from the lower portion of the coolant discharge pipe by a screw method, and dry ice is contained in the dry ice vessel to thereby cool drink contained in the cup body.
Korea Utility-Model Application No. 1999-8044 disclosed "Drink cup combined with dry ice vessel" in which a straw-mounted , cover is combined on the top portion of a cup body, a dry ice vessel containing dry ice can be combined with or separated from the upper portion of the cup body by a screw method, a coolant gas discharge pipe is formed on the bottom plate of the cup body in communication with the dry ice vessel, so that the upper end of the coolant gas discharge pipe is protruded, that is, exposed toward the upper portion of the cover, to thereby cool drink contained in the cup body through dry ice.
Korea Utility-Model Registration No .256428 discloses "Drink cup containing dry ice" in which a straw-mounted cover is combined on the top portion of a cup body, a separately formed inner vessel is combined with the upper portion of the cup body, the upper end of a spray tube which is formed in communication with the inner portion of the cup body on the central line of the inner vessel is protruded, that is, exposed toward the upper portion of the cover, and then drink is contained in the inner vessel and dry ice is contained in the inside of the cup body in the lower portion of the inner vessel, to thereby cool drink contained in the inner vessel through dry ice. Korea Utility-Model Registration No. 258681 discloses "Cup having temperature insulating and cooling function" in which a coolant storage portion which is opened downwards is formed on the bottom plate of a cup body, the coolant storage portion is filled with dry ice, and then the coolant storage portion is sealed and combined with a cover with evaporation hole bores, to thereby cool drink contained in the cup body through dry ice filled In the coolant storage portion.
However, these conventional technologies have been contrived to fill dry ice in a coolant storage portion or a dry ice storage portion which is formed in a cup body or the bottom of .the cup body. Accordingly, carbon dioxide occurring in the process that dry ice is evaporated emits to outside, which may cause misunderstanding about safety. Further, since evaporation of dry ice is quickly processed, there is a functional problem in the case that drinking beverage is kept in custody at a cooled state for long. Thus, dry ice is frequently re-filled, which may cause inconveniences .and cost .
