Abstract
Bei einem Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer nanostrukturieren Beschich- tung auf Kunststoffgegenstände, insbesondere auf Sanitärgegenstände aus Kunststoff, werden nanoskalige Partikel beim Herstellungsprozeß der Gegenstände auf den erweichten oder aufgeschmolzenen Kunststoff aufgebracht, und die nanostrukturierte Beschichtung wird in einem sich anschließenden Abkühlungsschritt als geschlossene, festhaftende Struktur ausgebildet. Insbesondere erfolgt die Herstellung des Gegenstands durch Extrusion oder Extrusionsblasen, wobei die nanoskaligen Partikel direkt während des Extrusionsvorgangs auf den Kunststoff aufgebracht werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist insbesondere zur Beschichtung der Innenflächen von Rohren oder Schläuchen, insbesondere Sanitär-Schläuchen, geeignet.
