Abstract

L'invention a pour objet des procédés favorisant la guérison d'une lésion de la moelle épinière. L'invention a également pour objet des procédés pour minimiser l'ampleur de la cicatrice résultant d'une lésion de la moelle épinière. De tels procédés utilisent de nouvelles compositions, comprenant, mais sans y être limitées, des cellules sécrétant de la cytokine extra-embryonnaire (actuellement appelées cellules ECS), comprenant, mais sans y être limitées, des cellules souches pluripotentes issues de l'amnios (actuellement appelées cellules AMP) et des milieux conditionnés issus de celles-ci (actuellement appelées suspension de cytokine cellulaire issue de l'amnios ou ACCS), ces constituants étant présents individuellement ou en combinaison entre eux et/ou avec d'autres agents.
