Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de frire des aliments qui comprend : un corps ; un bac, étanche aux liquides, reposant sur ce dernier ; un moyen de chauffage ajouté à ce bac pour amener à une température voulue le milieu de friture disposé dans le bac, par exemple, de l'huile ou de la graisse ; et un panier séparé, intégré avec jeu au bac, comprenant une poignée thermiquement isolée du panier. Le dispositif se caractérise en ce que le corps comprend un espace libre situé sous le fond du bac et qui est donc chauffé pendant utilisation, et un panier séparé, monté coulissant dans cet espace et conçu pour recevoir temporairement les aliments frits dans l'espace chauffé.
