Description

改良的防盗标签及其装配方法 技术领域 本发明涉及一种防盗标签及其装配方法。 背景技术 目前在图书馆、书店、超市等场所,为了防止书籍或商品的失窃, 一般都在书籍或商品上设置有磁性防盗标签,防盗标签通常采用粘贴 的方式安装在书籍或商品上。
现有的防盗标签,其结构如图 1、 2所示,设有 PVC开口盒体 1' , PVC开口盒体 1, 内放置有偏振片 2,、 3,, PVC开口盒体 1, 的开口 覆盖有 PET封口片 4 ,, PET封口片 4 , 上压合有 PET封口片 5,, 偏 磁片 6, 夹置于 PET封口片 4 , 与 PET封口片 5, 之间且位置与偏振 片 2,、 3' 相对应。 PET封口片 5, 的上表面涂敷有不干胶 7,, 不干 胶 7' 上覆盖有离形纸 8,。 其装配时, 先将偏振片 2,、 3, 置于 PVC 开口盒体 1, 内, 再将偏磁片 6, 夹于 PET封口片 4 , 与 PET封口片 5, 之间并将 PET封口片 4 , 与 PET封口片 5, 热压合在一起固定住 偏磁片 6, 使其与偏振片 2,、 相对应, 然后再将 PET封口片 4 , 热压合覆盖在 PVC开口盒体 1, 的开口上, 最后在 PET封口片 5, 的 上表面喷涂上不干胶 7,, 再在不干胶 7, 上覆盖离形纸 8, 即可。 这 种防盗标签及其装配方法,具有如下缺点:①盒体采用 PVC材料, PVC 是严重污染环境和有害人体健康的塑料品种之一,由于 PVC很难回收 利用, 一旦燃烧会产生二恶英和呋喃, 具有极强的毒性和致癌性, 目 前在很多领域开始不用 PVC作为原料。②给 PET封口片喷涂不干胶的 工艺较复杂, 生产效率低。 发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种利于环保、工艺简单的改良的防盗标签 及其装配方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样的: 改良的防盗标签, 包括偏振片和偏 磁片, 上述偏振片置于纸质盒体内, 此纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖有纸 质封口片,上述偏磁片的下侧面粘贴固定于上述纸质封口片的上侧面 对应于上述偏振片的位置,上述纸质封口片的上侧面上粘贴覆盖有双 面胶纸。
上述纸盾盒体为纸浆制成的纸浆盒体。 上述纸质盒体为纸板制成的纸板盒体。
上述纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 通过下列步骤实现:
一、 准备纸质盒体;
二、 在上述纸质盒体内放入偏振片;
三、 在上述纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖上纸质封口片;
四、将偏磁片粘贴固定在上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上述偏 振片的位置;
五、在上述纸质封口片的上侧面粘贴覆盖上双面胶纸,从而将上 述偏磁片固定在上述纸质封口片与上述双面胶纸之间,即得到本发明 的改良的防盗标签。
上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制成的纸 浆盒体。
上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为由设有通孔的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此 纸板的通孔的下侧的封底纸板制成的纸板盒体。
上述步棟三的用的纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
上述纸板的厚度为 0. 5mm- 1. 5腿。
上述封底紙板的厚度为 0. 2mm- 0. 4腿。
采用上述方案后,由于用纸质盒体和纸质封口片来替代 PVC盒体 和 PET封口片, 本发明的改良的防盗标签, 无毒、 无害, 有益健康, 使用安全, 是一种利于环保的新一代防盗标签, 且纸质盒体印刷图案 更容易,是防盗标签未来发展的主流方向。且本发明改良的防盗标签, 用市场上现成的双面胶纸来替代需喷涂的不干胶, 装配时工艺较简 单、 生产效率可得到显著提高。 附图说明 图 1为习用的防盗标签的分解结构示意图。

图 4为本实用新型改良的防盗标签的结构剖示图。 具体实施方式 本发明改良的防盗标签, 如图 3、 4所示, 包括纸浆盒体 1、 两 片偏振片 2、 淋膜纸 3、 偏磁片 4和双面胶纸 5, 两片偏振片 1置于 纸浆盒体 1内, 淋膜纸 3贴合封住纸浆盒体 1的开口, 偏磁片 4的下 侧面粘贴固定于淋膜纸 3的上侧面对应于偏振片 2的位置,双面胶纸 5粘贴覆盖在淋膜纸 3的上侧面, 将偏磁片 4固定在淋膜纸 3与双面 胶纸 5之间。
本发明中, 淋膜纸 3也可用普通纸片来替代, 通过胶水等粘合剂 将普通纸片贴合封住纸浆盒体 1的开口。
且本发明中, 纸浆盒体 1通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制作而成, 纸 浆盒体 1可用紙板盒体来替代, 纸板盒体可由设有通孔的厚度为 1腿 的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此 1腿的纸板的通孔的下侧的厚度为 0. 3mm的封 底纸板制作而成。
改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 通过下列步骤实现:
一、 准备纸质盒体; 纸质盒体可为通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制作 而成的纸浆盒体,或由设有通孔的厚度为 1隱的紙板与粘贴覆盖在此 1腿的纸板的通孔的下侧的厚度为 0. 3mm的封底纸板制作而成的纸板 盒体。
二、 在纸浆盒体或纸板盒体内放入偏振片;
三、在纸浆盒体或纸板盒体的开口粘贴覆盖上淋膜纸,淋膜紙也 可用普通纸片来替代,通过胶水等粘合剂将普通纸片贴合封住纸浆盒 体或纸板盒体的开口。;
四、 在淋膜纸的上侧面对应于偏振片的位置涂上胶水等粘合剂, 在此粘合剂上放置偏磁片, 使偏磁片固定住;
五、在淋膜纸的上侧面粘贴覆盖上双面胶纸, 从而将偏磁片固定 在淋膜纸与双面胶纸之间, 即得到本发明的改良的防盗标签。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 改良的防盗标签, 包括偏振片和偏磁片, 其特征在于: 上述 偏振片置于纸质盒体内, 此纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖有纸质封口片, 上述偏磁片的下侧面粘贴固定于上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上 述偏振片的位置, 上述纸质封口片的上侧面上粘贴覆盖有双面胶紙。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的改良的防盗标签, 其特征在于: 上述 纸质盒体为纸浆制成的纸浆盒体。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的改良的防盗标签, 其特征在于: 上述 纸质盒体为纸板制成的纸板盒体。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的改良的防盗标签, 其特征在于: 上述 纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
5、 改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 其特征在于: 通过下列步骤实 现:
一、 准备纸质盒体;
二、 在上述纸质盒体内放入偏振片;
三、 在上述纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖上纸质封口片;
四、将偏磁片粘贴固定在上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上述偏 振片的位置;
五、在上述纸质封口片的上侧面粘贴覆盖上双面胶纸, 从而将上 述偏磁片固定在上述纸质封口片与上述双面胶纸之间,即得到本发明 的改良的防盗标签。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 其特征 在于:上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制成的纸 浆盒体。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 其特征 在于:上述步驟一中的纸质盒体为由设有通孔的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此 纸板的通孔的下侧的封底纸板制成的纸板盒体。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 其特征 在于: 上述步骤三的用的纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 其特征 在于: 上述纸板的厚度为 0. 5mm- 1. 5腿。
10、根据权利要求 7所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法, 其特征 在于: 上述封底纸板的厚度为 0. 2隱 -0. 4腿。
