本发明公开了一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,包括牛皮纸胶带本体和牛皮纸基材层,所述牛皮纸胶带本体包括牛皮纸基材层,所述牛皮纸基材层的下表面涂布有热熔压敏胶层,且牛皮纸基材层的上表面涂布有UV夜光胶层,所述UV夜光胶层的上表面设有隔氧层,所述隔氧层的上表面与压纹离型纸贴合。本发明压纹离型纸是经过有横向压花设计的压花辊碾压形成,表面均布有横纹,方便撕裂,且撕裂口整齐美观,有助于提高打包效率,UV夜光胶层可在黑暗处持续发光7到10小时,在夜晚情况下可看清胶带上印刷的文字,隔氧层氧气透过率低,起到防水、防湿、防霉的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及牛皮纸胶带技术领域,具体为一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带。
背景技术
牛皮纸胶带是以牛皮纸为基材,在其一侧涂上胶水,使其形成具有粘性较强的胶带。牛皮纸胶带分类为免水牛皮纸胶带、耐高温牛皮纸胶带、湿水牛皮纸胶带,白色牛皮纸胶带、分层牛皮纸胶带等。湿水牛皮纸胶带可作印刷。
现有的牛皮纸胶带上的印刷文字在夜晚情况下不可见,在撕裂离型纸时,需要用专业的裁剪工具,打包时不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,解决了现有牛皮纸胶带上的印刷文字在夜晚情况下不可见,在撕裂时,需要用专业的裁剪工具,打包时不方便的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,包括牛皮纸胶带本体和牛皮纸基材层,所述牛皮纸胶带本体包括牛皮纸基材层,所述牛皮纸基材层的下表面涂布有热熔压敏胶层,且牛皮纸基材层的上表面涂布有UV夜光胶层,所述UV夜光胶层的上表面设有隔氧层,所述隔氧层的上表面与压纹离型纸贴合。
优选的,所述热熔压敏胶层为橡胶系感压胶、丙烯基系感压胶、聚硅氧系感压胶、乙烯基-烷基醚系感压胶、聚酯系感压胶、聚苯乙烯/二烯共聚物系感压胶以及借由将熔点约00℃或以下热熔树脂与胶体共混以改善其蔓延性的感压胶中的一种。
优选的,所述隔氧层与牛皮纸基材层采用热压的方式连接。
优选的,所述隔氧层由厌氧材质压制形成。
优选的,所述压纹离型纸的表面均布有横纹,且压纹离型纸的顶端设有手撕部,所述横纹与牛皮纸胶带本体的长度方向垂直。
优选的,所述横纹是压纹离型纸经过具有横向压花设计的压花辊碾压形成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明
(1)压纹离型纸是经过有横向压花设计的压花辊碾压形成,表面均布有横纹,方便撕裂,且撕裂口整齐美观,有助于提高打包效率。
(2)UV夜光胶层在紫外线光的照射下可以瞬间固化成膜,涂布效率高,粘性强,固化后的膜在自然光、灯光或杂散光照射10至20分钟后,可在黑暗处持续发光7到10小时,在夜晚情况下可看清胶带上印刷的文字。
(3)隔氧层氧气透过率低,起到防水、防湿、防霉的作用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,包括牛皮纸胶带本体1和牛皮纸基材层14,牛皮纸胶带本体1包括牛皮纸基材层14,牛皮纸基材层14的下表面涂布有热熔压敏胶层15,对压力敏感、指压稍加压力即可与被粘物粘接,不需要使用溶剂或其他辅助手段,且牛皮纸基材层14的上表面涂布有UV夜光胶层13,UV夜光胶层13的上表面设有隔氧层13,隔氧层13的上表面与压纹离型纸11贴合。
热熔压敏胶层15为橡胶系感压胶、丙烯基系感压胶、聚硅氧系感压胶、乙烯基-烷基醚系感压胶、聚酯系感压胶、聚苯乙烯/二烯共聚物系感压胶以及借由将熔点约200℃或以下热熔树脂与胶体共混以改善其蔓延性的感压胶中的一种;隔氧层13与牛皮纸基材层14采用热压的方式连接;隔氧层13由厌氧材质压制形成;压纹离型纸11的表面均布有横纹,且压纹离型纸11的顶端设有手撕部2,横纹与牛皮纸胶带本体1的长度方向垂直;横纹是压纹离型纸11经过具有横向压花设计的压花辊碾压形成。
工作原理:首先在牛皮纸基材层14的上下表面分别涂布一层UV夜光胶层13和热熔压敏胶层15,UV夜光胶层13和热熔压敏胶层15的厚度分别为15-35μm和25-55μm,UV夜光胶层13在紫外线光的照射下可以瞬间固化成膜,涂布效率高,粘性强,固化后的膜在自然光、灯光或杂散光照射10至20分钟后,可在黑暗处持续发光7到10小时,在夜晚情况下可看清胶带上印刷的文字,然后在UV夜光胶层13的上表面热压一层隔氧层12,隔氧层12的厚度为25-35μm,最后在隔氧层12的上表面贴合压纹离型纸11,压纹离型纸11是经过横向压花设计的压花辊碾压形成,表面的横纹方便撕裂。

1.一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,包括牛皮纸胶带本体(1)和牛皮纸基材层(14),其特征在于:所述牛皮纸胶带本体(1)包括牛皮纸基材层(14),所述牛皮纸基材层(14)的下表面涂布有热熔压敏胶层(15),且牛皮纸基材层(14)的上表面涂布有UV夜光胶层(13),所述UV夜光胶层(13)的上表面设有隔氧层(13),所述隔氧层(13)的上表面与压纹离型纸(11)贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,其特征在于,所述热熔压敏胶层(15)为橡胶系感压胶、丙烯基系感压胶、聚硅氧系感压胶、乙烯基-烷基醚系感压胶、聚酯系感压胶、聚苯乙烯/二烯共聚物系感压胶以及借由将熔点约200℃或以下热熔树脂与胶体共混以改善其蔓延性的感压胶中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,其特征在于,所述隔氧层(13)与牛皮纸基材层(14)采用热压的方式连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,其特征在于,所述隔氧层(13)由厌氧材质压制形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,其特征在于,所述压纹离型纸(11)的表面均布有横纹,且压纹离型纸(11)的顶端设有手撕部(2),所述横纹与牛皮纸胶带本体(1)的长度方向垂直。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种纤维湿水牛皮纸印刷胶带,其特征在于,所述横纹是压纹离型纸(11)经过具有横向压花设计的压花辊碾压形成。
