Abstract
一种改良的防盗标签及其装配方法。该标签包括偏振片(2)和偏磁片(4)。偏振片(2)置于纸质盒体(1)内。盒体(1)的开口粘贴覆盖有纸质封口片(3)。偏磁片(4)的下侧面粘贴固定于封口片(3)的上侧面对应于偏振片(2)的位置。封口片(3)的上侧面上粘贴覆盖有双面胶纸(5),从而将偏磁片(4)固定在封口片(3)与双面胶纸(5)之间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防盗标签及其装配方法。
背景技术
目前在图书馆、书店、超市等场所,为了防止书籍或商品的失窃,一般都在书籍或商品上设置有磁性防盗标签,防盗标签通常采用粘贴的方式安装在书籍或商品上。
现有的防盗标签,其结构如图1、2所示,设有PVC开口盒体1’,PVC开口盒体1’内放置有偏振片2’、3’,PVC开口盒体1’的开口覆盖有PET封口片4’,PET封口片4’上压合有PET封口片5’,偏磁片6’夹置于PET封口片4’与PET封口片5’之间且位置与偏振片2’、3’相对应。PET封口片5’的上表面涂敷有不干胶7’,不干胶7’上覆盖有离形纸8’。其装配时,先将偏振片2’、3’置于PVC开口盒体1’内,再将偏磁片6’夹于PET封口片4’与PET封口片5’之间并将PET封口片4’与PET封口片5’热压合在一起固定住偏磁片6’使其与偏振片2’、3’相对应,然后再将PET封口片4’热压合覆盖在PVC开口盒体1’的开口上,最后在PET封口片5’的上表面喷涂上不干胶7’,再在不干胶7’上覆盖离形纸8’即可。这种防盗标签及其装配方法,具有如下缺点:①盒体采用PVC材料,PVC是严重污染环境和有害人体健康的塑料品种之一,由于PVC很难回收利用,一旦燃烧会产生二恶英和呋喃,具有极强的毒性和致癌性,目前在很多领域开始不用PVC作为原料。②给PET封口片喷涂不干胶的工艺较复杂,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利于环保、工艺简单的改良的防盗标签及其装配方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:改良的防盗标签,包括偏振片和偏磁片,上述偏振片置于纸质盒体内,此纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖有纸质封口片,上述偏磁片的下侧面粘贴固定于上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上述偏振片的位置,上述纸质封口片的上侧面上粘贴覆盖有双面胶纸。
上述纸质盒体为纸浆制成的纸浆盒体。
上述纸质盒体为纸板制成的纸板盒体。
上述纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
改良的防盗标签的装配方法,通过下列步骤实现:
一、准备纸质盒体;
二、在上述纸质盒体内放入偏振片;
三、在上述纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖上纸质封口片;
四、将偏磁片粘贴固定在上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上述偏振片的位置;
五、在上述纸质封口片的上侧面粘贴覆盖上双面胶纸,从而将上述偏磁片固定在上述纸质封口片与上述双面胶纸之间,即得到本发明的改良的防盗标签。
上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制成的纸浆盒体。
上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为由设有通孔的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此纸板的通孔的下侧的封底纸板制成的纸板盒体。
上述步骤三的用的纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
上述纸板的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。
上述封底纸板的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm。
采用上述方案后,由于用纸质盒体和纸质封口片来替代PVC盒体和PET封口片,本发明的改良的防盗标签,无毒、无害,有益健康,使用安全,是一种利于环保的新一代防盗标签,且纸质盒体印刷图案更容易,是防盗标签未来发展的主流方向。且本发明改良的防盗标签,用市场上现成的双面胶纸来替代需喷涂的不干胶,装配时工艺较简单、生产效率可得到显著提高。

具体实施方式
本发明改良的防盗标签,如图3、4所示,包括纸浆盒体1、两片偏振片2、淋膜纸3、偏磁片4和双面胶纸5,两片偏振片2置于纸浆盒体1内,淋膜纸3贴合封住纸浆盒体1的开口,偏磁片4的下侧面粘贴固定于淋膜纸3的上侧面对应于偏振片2的位置,双面胶纸5粘贴覆盖在淋膜纸3的上侧面,将偏磁片4固定在淋膜纸3与双面胶纸5之间。
本发明中,淋膜纸3也可用普通纸片来替代,通过胶水等粘合剂将普通纸片贴合封住纸浆盒体1的开口。
且本发明中,纸浆盒体1通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制作而成,纸浆盒体1可用纸板盒体来替代,纸板盒体可由设有通孔的厚度为1mm的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此1mm的纸板的通孔的下侧的厚度为0.3mm的封底纸板制作而成。
改良的防盗标签的装配方法,通过下列步骤实现:
一、准备纸质盒体;纸质盒体可为通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制作而成的纸浆盒体,或由设有通孔的厚度为1mm的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此1mm的纸板的通孔的下侧的厚度为0.3mm的封底纸板制作而成的纸板盒体。
二、在纸浆盒体或纸板盒体内放入偏振片;
三、在纸浆盒体或纸板盒体的开口粘贴覆盖上淋膜纸,淋膜纸也可用普通纸片来替代,通过胶水等粘合剂将普通纸片贴合封住纸浆盒体或纸板盒体的开口。;
四、在淋膜纸的上侧面对应于偏振片的位置涂上胶水等粘合剂,在此粘合剂上放置偏磁片,使偏磁片固定住;
五、在淋膜纸的上侧面粘贴覆盖上双面胶纸,从而将偏磁片固定在淋膜纸与双面胶纸之间,即得到本发明的改良的防盗标签。
Claims (10)
1.改良的防盗标签,包括偏振片和偏磁片,其特征在于:上述偏振片置于纸质盒体内,此纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖有纸质封口片,上述偏磁片的下侧面粘贴固定于上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上述偏振片的位置,上述纸质封口片的上侧面上粘贴覆盖有双面胶纸,上述偏磁片夹设于上述纸质封口片与上述双面胶纸之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良的防盗标签,其特征在于:上述纸质盒体为纸浆制成的纸浆盒体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改良的防盗标签,其特征在于:上述纸质盒体为纸板制成的纸板盒体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改良的防盗标签,其特征在于:上述纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
5.改良的防盗标签的装配方法,其特征在于:通过下列步骤实现:
一、准备纸质盒体;
二、在上述纸质盒体内放入偏振片;
三、在上述纸质盒体的开口粘贴覆盖上纸质封口片;
四、将偏磁片粘贴固定在上述纸质封口片的上侧面对应于上述偏振片的位置;
五、在上述纸质封口片的上侧面粘贴覆盖上双面胶纸,从而将上述偏磁片固定在上述纸质封口片与上述双面胶纸之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法,其特征在于:上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为通过常用的纸浆制作工艺制成的纸浆盒体。
7.根据权利要求5所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法,其特征在于:上述步骤一中的纸质盒体为由设有通孔的纸板与粘贴覆盖在此纸板的通孔的下侧的封底纸板制成的纸板盒体。
8.根据权利要求5所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法,其特征在于:上述步骤三的用的纸质封口片为淋膜纸。
9.根据权利要求7所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法,其特征在于:上述纸板的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。
10.根据权利要求7所述的改良的防盗标签的装配方法,其特征在于:上述封底纸板的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm。
