  • the use of the case according to the invention is extremely simple and intuitive. When the spectacles are removed and left hanging from the neck, the user may insert them in the case and keep them hanging without the risk of breaking, scratching or soiling the lenses as described above.
  • the case if of the type without supporting laces, in view of its minimal dimensions, may be put where preferred, e.g. in one's pocket or may be left hanging from the neck if provided with the above-described fastening and supporting means.
  • the case may be formed by any material adapted for the purpose (plastic, fabric, leather, imitation leather, metal, etc.), possibly padded or protected in similar manner, so as to attenuate possible knocks or rubbing of the lenses.
