Abstract

L'invention concerne un panier métallique pour le pré-traitement chimique de profilés, cadres, feuilles, composants en aluminium ou autres alliages de dimensions et de formes géométriques diverses, qui, par comparaison au panier de l'état antérieur de la technique, est également constitué de colonnes d'extraction (16) et de colonnes d'extraction complexes (17), (17A), de trous (15), de sections (14) et de crochets (18). La construction du panier, par comparaison à la technique antérieure et plus particulièrement à l'Attribution du Brevet initiale, permet au même panier de placer des profilés de dimensions et de formes géométriques diverses, mais, en plus des profilés, le panier est construit pour faciliter le placement de cadres fabriqués à partir des profilés ou non, de feuilles métalliques plates ou reformées, de cadres métalliques incurvés, circulaires, formant un angle de 90 degrés ou de n'importe quelle autre forme. Le temps de charge est très court et le traitement chimique est effectué uniformément et correctement sur toute la surface des produits traités.
