Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine photovoltaische Zelle, insbesondere farbstoffsensibilisierte Solarzelle, mit einem leitend ausgebildeten Trägersubstrat (10), welches mit einer Metalloxid-Halbleiterschicht (16) beschichtet ist, einer zum elektronischen Zusammenwirken mit der Metalloxid- Halbleiterschicht ausgebildeten Farbstoff Schicht (18), einer auf der Farbstoff Schicht aufliegenden Elektrolytschicht (32) und einer mit der Elektrolytschicht verbundenen Gegenelektrode (20), wobei das Trägersubstrat und/oder die Gegenelektrode mittels eines aus einer Mehrzahl von Fibern verwobenen, flexiblen Gewebes realisiert ist.
