5 背景技术
目前市场上, 多发烟花系统中的各烟花发射管之间由引线 相互连接, 一旦该系统被引燃, 其燃烧过程便不可中断, 因而 在生产、 储存和运输过程中, 当系统被误引燃后, 或者在燃放 过程中出现倒筒、 炸筒等异常后, 其后续危害程度也不可控制;
1 0 烟花发射管侧壁上的引线孔是发射管的薄弱环节, 是导致烟花 低炸、 炸筒的主要原因之一。
传统烟花电控燃放技术能降低烟花燃放事故, 然而对于上 述问题帮助甚微, 因为传统电点火头的敏感性限制了它在烟花 电控燃放的深层次应用。
1 5 传统电点火头均为含有火药的单一结构, 即在导线对一端 短接的电阻丝上包裹有少量的火药, 并通过粘接剂和防潮剂将 火药与导线固定为一体。 使用时, 电流被导向短接在导线之间 的电阻丝, 电阻丝迅速发热, 进而引燃包裹在周围的火药, 火 药燃烧产生火焰和高温, 进一步将固定在周围的烟花引线点燃。

由于电点火头均为单一结构, 即一对导线、 电阻丝及火药 构成一个完整的电点火头产品。 其生产效率低, 使用时, 须将 数量众多的电点火头的点火端与烟花引线粘连, 并且要将它们
Q n 的导线端理顺后与燃放设备的导线卡逐一卡接, 操作过程繁琐、
混乱, 容易出错。 而且导线在受到外力的情况下容易从导线卡 中脱出, 可靠性低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在装配、 储存、 运 输和使用过程中高度安全的安装有集成无药电点火头的烟花系 统。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明是采用下述方案实现的 - 一种集成无药电点火头的烟花系统, 包括烟花发射管, 在所述 的烟花发射管内安装有集成无药电点火头, 所述的无药电点火 头的安装底座植入到所述的烟花发射管的底泥中, 开口处朝上, 所述的烟花发射管的发射火药落入所述的安装底座的空腔内, 多个烟花发射管与集成无药电点火头组成一个烟花系统。
所述的集成无药电点火头的结构是: 排线由带绝缘胶层的 二根以上的导线对平行排列粘接为一个整体; 电路板一端有 U 形开口, 二个焊盘分布在 U 形开口两边; 所述安装底座有一端 封闭的空腔, 电阻丝与所述的导线对焊接在所述的电路板的焊 盘上, 所述的电路板固定在所述的安装底座内, 所述装配好的 多个安装底座组成集成无药电点火头的点火端。
使用时, 将安装有集成无药电点火头的烟花系统中的集成 无药电点火头的排线端通过特定的接插装置一次性连接到烟花 燃放设备的电路中。 当燃放设备开始工作时, 电流通过排线依 次导通到各点火端的电阻丝上, 电阻丝发热, 并迅速引燃分布 其四周的发射火药, 从而发射烟花。
由于集成无药电点火头不含有火药成分, 与传统电点火头 的管制条例不相冲突, 因而可以合法地安装在烟花发射药中; 由于无药电点火头的点火端直接由底部与烟花发射管的发射药 接触, 点火迅速, 燃放时间精确可控, 适于实现特殊的燃放效 果, 而且烟花发射管侧壁不再有引线孔, 整个管壁完整无缺, 保证了燃放过程中一致性和安全性; 由于集成的烟花系统中各 烟花发射管之间相对独立, 不再有引线相互连接, 无论在生产、 储存、 运输还是使用过程中, 其安全性大大高于传统烟花系统; 由于采用排线集成方式, 其结构清晰, 生产时电阻丝的焊接和
质量检测可批量进行, 大提高生产效率, 使用时一次动作便 可将多个电点火头准确可靠地连接到燃放设备上。
综上所述, 本发明是一种在生产、 储存、 运输和使用过程 中高度安全的安装有集成无药电点火头的烟花系统。 其结构简 单、 性能稳定、 便于生产和使用, 可轻松实现精确燃放控制。

具体实施方式
参见图 1、 图 2和图 3, 集成无药电点火头 1 的点火头端由 多个安装底座 3、 电路板 4、 排线 5 中的导线对 6及电阻丝 7组 成。 电阻丝 7 悬空跨接在电路板 4 的 U 形幵口 8 上, 导线对 6 的一端剥除绝缘层, 导体部分压住电阻丝 7, 分别焊接在 U形幵 口 8 两边的焊盘 9 上, 焊接好的电路板竖直插入并固定在安装 底座 3 的空腔 10 中, 安装好电路板 4 的安装底座 3被植入到烟 花发射管 2 的底泥 1 1 中, 空腔 10 的开口朝上, 烟花的发射火 药 1 2填入时, 部分落入空腔 1 0 中, 与电阻丝 7 良好接触。
参见图 1、 图 2和图 3, 使用时, 将集成无药电点火头 1 的 排线集成端 1 3插入燃放设备的专用接插装置, 当燃放设备给电 到点火头端时, 电阻丝 7 发热, 并迅速点燃其周围的发射火药 1 2, 从而即时发射烟花。
Claims
