Abstract

Dispositivo para tabiquería y cerramientos de tipo vertical, que comprende una serie de armazones con forma de tabla consistentes en un panel (1) o varios contiguos, circunscritos total o parcialmente por perfilaría (2-4), que presentan en sus caras una pluralidad de canales (11) practicados en su superficie que conforman un relieve que sirve de soporte a cemento o mortero o yeso (6), y dependiendo de los paneles que se usen este elemento puede servir de aislante térmico, acústico, electromagnétic, como blindaje, o ante radiaciones de cualquier índole.

Claims

REVENDICACIONES MODIFICADAS (recibidas por Ia Oficina Internacional el 29 de Octubre de 2007)
1.- Dispositivo para tabiquería y cerramientos de tipo vertical, para levantar tabiques interiores y exteriores, muros, paredes, fachadas y cualquier cerramiento de tipo vertical en construcción de edificios y muebles de obra, que comprende una serie de armazones con forma de tabla consistentes en un panel o varios contiguos (1) , de poliestireno expandido (porespán) u otro material sintético, o una combinación de estos materiales con otros de naturaleza metálica que conforman una estructura interna, circunscrita total o parcialmente por perfilería (2-4) , caracterizado porque dichos paneles presentan en sus caras una pluralidad de canales (11) practicados en su superficie, en los que se dispone una malla (3) a modo de emparrillado que sirve de soporte al cemento, mortero o yeso de revestimiento (6) , conjuntamente con unas perforaciones (12) existentes en los paneles, de suficiente diámetro como para que el cemento o mortero de ambas caras exteriores se comunique, en las que opcionalmente se introducen hierros (7) que se doblan a modo de grapa o armadura .
2.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los perfiles (2) que circunscriben cada panel presentan una sección según una letra griega omega, en la que el cajeado central se corresponde con el grosor del panel (1) que encaja en su interior, mientras que los extremos laterales (22) sobresalen perpendiculares al armazón sirviendo de regla en el enlucido, ajustándose al grosor y espesor conveniente del cemento o mortero a colocar.
3.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los perfiles (2) se ensamblan entre sí mediante escuadras (4) que encajan por el exterior, las cuales presentan un medio de anclaje constituido por una lengüeta dentada (23) que se apoya sobre la base del perfil (2) , la cual al introducirse encaja sobre muescas (41) con forma de diente de sierra practicadas en la base exterior de las escuadras (4) .
4.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque los perfiles (2) no 15 son lisos y presentan perforaciones o pequeños orificios para que el cemento se sujete en ellos.
5.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque tanto los perfiles
(2) como las escuadras (4) cuentan con pestañas (25-
42) , que se doblan ortogonalmente para apoyar sobre el firme de hormigón u otro panel, a fin de inmovilizarse mediante tacos y tortillería.
6.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque las aberturas (24) que dan paso en los perfiles a cometidas de electricidad y fontanería están constituidas por una sucesión de triángulos anexos e invertidos sucesivamente, con un espacio entre ellos, a fin de evitar un debilitamiento de la estructura interna del perfil, al tiempo que permiten agrandar la abertura necesaria sin mas que retirar el espacio de separación que hay entre cada dos triángulos .
7.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el anclaje entre armazones se efectúa mediante remaches (8) , efectuados en los perfiles, al juntar y presentar los armazones.

Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque en aquellas zonas en las que no existan los perfiles (2-4) , para facilitar el enlucido de los armazones, se usan reglas con pinchos que se puedan clavar y apoyar sobre la superficie de los armazones (1) , para conformar una regla quía para el enlucido de la superficie.

Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque para facilitar el enlucido del canto de un armazón se dispone un perfil con forma de "U" abierta, que se apoya su parte central sobre la del perfil del armazón y se remacha a fin de servir de regla de acuerdo con la emergencia ortogonal de los perfiles en omega.
10.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque cuando se encaran dos armazones haciendo esquina se dispone de un perfil esquinero (5) , en punta de fecha, cuyo tramo central se dispone en la diagonal dividiendo cada paño de 16 acuerdo con la emergencia ortogonal de los perfiles en omega, a fin de servir de regla y facilitar el enlucido de los armazones.
11.- Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la sección de los surcos (11) existentes en las caras de los paneles exteriores (1) , por donde se introduce el cemento (6) , tienen sección según la letra griega omega.
12. Método de montaje del dispositivo de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la instalación de dichos armazones en obra nueva se realiza fijándolos en el techo, de forma que quedan emplomados y colgados y el desplazamiento inferior se corrige sobre el piso o suelo.
