Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung von Olefinen, Aldehyden und/oder Carbonsäuren durch Oxidation von Alkanen mit 2 bis 4 C-Atomen, umfassend die Schritte: (i) Bereitstellen eines wenigstens ein Alkan mit 2 bis 4 C-Atomen und Sauerstoff enthaltenden Gasgemisches; (ii) In Kontakt bringen des Gasgemisches mit einem Katalysator bei einer Reaktionstemperatur im Bereich von 200 bis 500 °C, wobei der Katalysator ein Mischoxid mit orthorhombischer Struktur des Cs(WNb)5O14-Typs der Formel (1) M1VpAqBrCsOn (1 ) ist, worin M für ein oder mehrere Elemente ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Molybdän und Wolfram steht; V für Vanadium steht; A für ein oder mehrere Elemente ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Niob, Tantal, Wismut, Phosphor, Zirkonium, Titan, Hafnium, Gallium, Chrom, Eisen, Kobalt, Aluminium, Rhenium, Mangan, Ruthenium, Germanium, Indium, Zinn, Bor und Seltene Erdmetalle steht; B für ein oder mehrere Elemente ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Alkalimetalle, Erdalkalimetalle, Thallium und Zink steht; C für ein oder mehrere Elemente ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Palladium, Platin, Gold, Silber, Rhodium, Iridium, Nickel und Kupfer steht; O für Sauerstoff steht; p, q, r, s und n jeweils für die Atomverhältnisse von M, V, A, B, C und O stehen, mit der Maßgabe, dass p = 0,001 bis 2,0; q = 0 bis 0,9; r = 0 bis 0,2; s = 0 bis 0,1; und n eine durch die Valenzerfordernisse der vorhandenen Elemente festgelegte Zahl bedeutet.
