Abstract
La présente invention concerne un inhibiteur de corrosion métallique utilisé dans des tuyaux métalliques de champ de gaz très acide et contre la corrosion des dispositifs, ainsi que son procédé de préparation. L'inhibiteur contient 25 à 50% des dérivés d'imidazole contenant du soufre, 5 à 10% de composés auxiliaires, 5 à 10% de tensioactif et 30 à 55% d'huile solvante. L'inhibiteur procure les avantages suivants: les films formés à partir de celui-ci présentent une grande ténacité et une longue durée d'utilisation supérieure à 240 heures. Il a un bon effet de protection sur les tuyaux métalliques dans des puits de pétrole et de gaz, et le taux d'inhibition de la corrosion est égal ou supérieur à 90%.
