由本发明的具体实施方式可以看出,本发明实施方式通过系统消息携带 UE功能禁止 指示限制 UE提供的功能, 解决了对敏感区域内多功能用户设备的管理难题, 本发明实 施方式的实现成本低, 且可操作性好, 能够得到很好的管理效果。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不周限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替 换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保 护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种管理用户设备功能的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
网络侧接收区域内禁用用户设备功能的请求, 根据该请求设置功能禁用指示, 并通 过覆盖所述区域的小区的系统消息下发所述功能禁用指示;
用户设备接收所述功能禁用指示, 根据所述功能禁用指示限制其提供的功能。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
根据功能类别对用户设备的各项功能进行划分,并规范网络侧与 UE侧共同遵循的对 应每一类别功能的禁用标记。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收请求、 设置功能禁用指示 并下发所述功能禁用指示的步骤具体包括: .
- 网络侧接收区域内禁用用户设备功能的请求后, 调整网络规划使得该区域有一个或 多个小区覆盖, 且调整网络规划后的所述小区仅覆盖所述区域, 网络侧在覆盖所述区域 的小区配置参数中设置功能禁用指示, 然后通过广播系统消息下发所述功能禁用指示。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过系统消息下发所述功能禁用 指示的过程具体包括:
将所述功能禁用指示携带在系统消息块新增加的信元 UE RESTRICTED FUNCTION CLASSMARK中, 并下发系统消息块。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 网络侧将解除功能 禁用指示携带在所述区域之外的小区的系统消息中, 并下发;
用户设备接收所述解除功能禁用指示, 根据所述解除功能禁用指示调整其提供的功 能。
6、 一种管理用户设备功能的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 用户设备和位于网络侧的网 络设备, 所述网络设备中设置有设置模块和发送模块, 所述用户设备中设置有功能管理 模块;
设置模块: 用于在网络设备接收到区域内禁用用户设备功能的请求后, 根据该请求 将功能禁用指示设置在覆盖所述区域的小区的系统消息中;
发送模块: 用于下发设置模块设置后的系统消息;
功能管理模块: 用于在用户设备接收到所述系统消息后, 从所述系统消息中获取功 能禁用指示, 并根据功能禁用指示限制用户设备提供的功能。
7、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述网络设备中设置有设置模块和发送模块; 设置模块: 用于在网络设备接收到区域内禁用用户设备功能的请求后, 根据该请求 将功能禁用指示设置在覆盖所述区域的小区的系统消息中;
发送模块: 用于下发设置模块设置后的系统消息, 使用户设备根据所述系统消息中 的功能禁用指示限制用户设备自身提供的功能。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 所述网络设备中还设置有调整网络 规划模块;
调整网络规划模块: 用于根据网络设备接收到区域内禁用用户设备功能的请求调整 网络规划, 使得所述区域有一个或多个小区覆盖, 且所述小区仅覆盖所述区域。
9、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
功能管理模块, 用于获取系统消息中的功能禁用指示, 并根据所述功能禁用指示关 闭相应的功能。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述功能管理单元包括: 获取单元和功能执行单元;
所述获取单元, 用于根据系统消息中的信元 UE RESTRICTED FUNCTION CLASSMARK中的信息获取功能禁用指示, 并将其传送给所述功能执行单元;
所述功能执行单元, 用于根据所述功能禁用指示关闭用户设备中的相应功能。
