其中, 所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则在所述独享业务信道上向所述 移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
本发明还提供了一种基站子系统, 所述基站子系统设置成在收到终端业 务功能控制系统通过调度服务器转发来的终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查 询到相应的移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制 信道向所述移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未 查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 且从所述终端业务功能控制指令中 查获到集群呼叫标志, 则根据所述集群呼叫标志查询一个或多个集群共享前 向信道, 并同时在所述控制信道上和查询到的一个或多个集群共享前向信道 上向所述终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。

所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查 询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则在所述独享业务信道上向所述移动 终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。 本发明提供的方法和系统, 由于移动通信网络能够在收到终端业务功能 控制指令时, 查询到相应的终端不在独享的业务信道上, 则至少在控制信道 上转发终端业务功能控制指令; 若进一步确认该终端为激活的传统式集群呼 叫成员, 则同时在集群共享前向信道上转发该控制指令; 若查询到该终端在 独享的业务信道上, 则直接在独享的业务信道上转发该控制指令。 因此, 本 发明能够在数字集群系统中的任何时候提供对终端业务功能的实时控制。

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下结合附图和优选实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细地阐述。 以下 例举的实施例仅仅用于说明和解释本发明, 而不构成对本发明技术方案的限 制。
本发明的实时控制终端业务功能的系统实施例, 其结构如图 1所示, 包 括移动终端 10、终端业务功能控制系统 11、调度子系统(DSS, Dispatch Server Subsystem ) 12以及基站子系统( BSS, Base Station Subsystem ) 13; 其中: 移动终端 10设置成为用户提供普通语音呼叫、 集群呼叫、 上网、 拍照各 种业务功能; 根据收到的终端业务功能控制指令中的业务控制信息完成相应 业务功能的关闭或开启;
终端业务功能控制系统 11设置成根据读取的移动终端 10的信息生成相 应的移动终端业务功能控制命令, 并发送给调度子系统 12;
终端业务功能控制系统 11 发送的终端业务功能控制指令中携带移动终 端标识(如 IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identification )和业务控制信 息。
调度子系统 12设置成通过调度服务器在收到终端业务功能控制命令后, 若查询到相应的终端为激活的传统式集群呼叫成员,则在向基站子系统 13转 发的终端业务功能控制指令中携带用于指示的集群呼叫标志; 调度服务器如果查询该终端在多个激活的传统式集群呼叫中, 携带的集 群呼叫标志可为列表。
调度服务器如果未查询到终端为激活传统式集群呼叫成员, 则直接向基 站子系统转发终端业务功能控制指令。
基站子系统 13设置成在收到终端业务功能控制命令后,若未查询到相应 的终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制信道发送终端 业务功能控制指令。
基站子系统 13若未查询到相应的终端在独享业务信道上,且收到的控制 指令中携带有集群呼叫标志, 则根据该标志查询终端的一个或多个集群共享 前向信道, 通过查询到的集群共享前向信道和控制信道发送终端业务功能控 制指令; 若未查询到相应的终端在独享业务信道上, 且收到的控制指令中没 有携带集群呼叫标志, 则仅通过控制信道发送终端业务功能控制指令。
基站子系统 13若查询到相应的终端在独享业务信道上,则直接在该独享 业务信道上发送终端业务功能控制指令。
从图 1中可以看出, 上述调度子系统 12和基站子系统 13包括在本发明 的移动通信网络实施例中。
本发明针对上述系统实施例, 相应地提出实时控制终端业务功能的方法 实施例, 其流程如图 2所示, 包括如下步骤:
210: 终端业务功能控制系统向调度服务器发送终端业务功能控制指令; 终端业务功能控制系统发送的该控制指令中携带移动终端标志 (如 IMSI )和业务控制信息。
220: 调度服务器收到控制指令后, 若查询到相应终端为激活的传统式集 群呼叫成员, 则将用于指示该成员的集群呼叫标志携带在向基站子系统转发 的终端业务功能控制指令中发送;
如果终端在多个激活的传统式集群呼叫中, 上述携带的集群呼叫标志可 为列表。 如果调度服务器未查询到终端为激活传统式集群呼叫成员, 则向基 站子系统直接转发终端业务功能控制指令。
230: 基站子系统收到终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查询到该终端不在独 享的业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制信道发送终端业务功能 控制指令。
基站子系统接收到终端业务功能控制指令, 若未查询到终端在独享业务 信道上, 且控制指令中携带有集群呼叫标志, 根据集群呼叫标(可为列表) 查询集群共享前向信道(一个或多个) , 在查询到的一个或多个集群共享前 向信道上向终端发送终端业务功能控制指令, 同时在控制信道上向终端发送 终端业务功能控制指令。 若未查询到终端在业务信道上, 且收到的控制指令 中未携带集群呼叫标志, 则仅在控制信道上向终端发送终端业务功能控制指 令。
基站子系统若查询到终端在独享业务信道上, 则直接在该独享业务信道 上发送终端业务功能控制指令。
240: 终端接收到终端业务功能控制指令后, 根据指令中的业务控制信息 完成相关业务功能的关闭或开启。
这里的终端为集群终端, 是能够支持普通语音呼叫、 集群呼叫、 上网、 拍照等各种业务功能的终端设备。
综上实施例可以看出, 本发明由于移动通信网络能够在收到终端业务功 能控制指令时, 查询到相应的终端不在独享的业务信道上, 则至少在控制信 道上转发终端业务功能控制指令; 若进一步确认该终端为激活的传统式集群 呼叫成员, 则同时在查询到的在一个或多个集群共享前向信道上转发该控制 指令; 若查询到该终端在独享的业务信道上, 则直接在独享的业务信道上转 发该控制指令。 因此, 本发明能够在数字集群系统中的任何时候提供对终端 业务功能的实时控制。
工业实用性
本发明提供的方法和系统, 由于移动通信网络能够在收到终端业务功能 控制指令时, 查询到相应的终端不在独享的业务信道上, 则至少在控制信道 上转发终端业务功能控制指令; 若进一步确认该终端为激活的传统式集群呼 叫成员, 则同时在集群共享前向信道上转发该控制指令; 若查询到该终端在 独享的业务信道上, 则直接在独享的业务信道上转发该控制指令。 因此, 本 发明能够在数字集群系统中的任何时候提供对终端业务功能的实时控制。 具 有^ 虽的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种控制终端业务功能的方法, 该方法包括:
终端业务功能控制系统向调度服务器发送终端业务功能控制指令, 其中 至少携带移动终端标识;
所述调度服务器将收到的所述终端业务功能控制指令向基站子系统转 发, 若根据所述移动终端标识查询到相应的移动终端为激活的传统式集群呼 叫成员, 则在转发的所述终端业务功能控制指令中携带用于指示所述成员的 集群呼叫标志; 所述基站子系统收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移 动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制信道发送向所 述移动终端所述终端业务功能控制指令。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述基站子系统收到所述终端业 务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集 群共享前向信道和 /或控制信道发送向所述移动终端所述终端业务功能控制 指令的所述步骤包括:
所述基站子系统收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移 动终端在独享业务信道上, 且从所述终端业务功能控制指令中查获到所述集 群呼叫标志, 则根据所述集群呼叫标志查询一个或多个集群共享前向信道, 并同时在所述控制信道上和查询到的一个或多个集群共享前向信道上向所述 移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
3、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述基站子系统收到所述终端业 务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集 群共享前向信道和 /或控制信道发送向所述移动终端所述终端业务功能控制 指令的所述步骤包括:
所述基站子系统收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移 动终端在独享业务信道上,且未从所述控制指令中查获到所述集群呼叫标志, 则在所述控制信道上向所述移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
4、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括: 所述基站子系统收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查询到所述移动 终端在独享业务信道上, 则在所述独享业务信道上向所述移动终端发送所述 终端业务功能控制指令。
5、 按照权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 终端业务功能控制 系统向调度服务器发送终端业务功能控制指令的所述步骤包括:
所述终端业务功能控制系统向所述调度服务器发送携带有业务控制信息 的终端业务功能控制指令。
6、 按照权利要求 5所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述移动终端根据从所述基站子系统接收到的所述终端业务功能控制指 令中的所述业务控制信息完成相应的业务功能的关闭或开启。
7、 一种控制终端业务功能的系统, 包括终端业务功能控制系统、 调度服 务器以及基站子系统, 其中:
所述终端业务功能控制系统设置成: 向所述调度服务器发送终端业务功 能控制指令, 其中至少携带移动终端标识;
所述调度服务器设置成: 将收到的所述终端业务功能控制指令向所述基 站子系统转发, 若根据所述移动终端标识查询到相应的移动终端为激活的传 统式集群呼叫成员, 则在转发的所述终端业务功能控制指令中携带用于指示 所述成员的集群呼叫标志;
所述基站子系统设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查 询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制信 道向所述移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
8、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未 查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 且从所述终端业务功能控制指令中 查获到所述集群呼叫标志, 则根据所述集群呼叫标志查询一个或多个集群共 享前向信道, 并同时在所述控制信道上和查询到的一个或多个集群共享前向 信道上向所述移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
9、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未 查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 且未从所述终端业务功能控制指令 中查获到所述集群呼叫标志, 则在所述控制信道上向所述移动终端发送所述 终端业务功能控制指令。
10、 按照权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查 询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则在所述独享业务信道上向所述移动 终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
11、 按照权利要求 7至 10中任一项所述的系统, 其中,
所述终端业务功能控制系统还设置成: 向所述调度服务器发送携带业务 控制信息的终端业务功能控制指令;
相应的, 所述移动终端还设置成: 根据从所述基站子系统接收到的所述 终端业务功能控制指令中的所述业务控制信息完成相应的业务功能的关闭或 开启。
12、 一种实现控制终端业务功能的移动通信网络系统, 包括调度服务器 以及基站子系统, 其中:
所述调度服务器设置成: 将从终端业务功能控制系统收到的终端业务功 能控制指令向所述基站子系统转发, 若根据所述终端业务功能控制指令中的 移动终端标识查询到相应的移动终端为激活的传统式集群呼叫成员, 则在转 发的所述终端业务功能控制指令中携带用于指示所述成员的集群呼叫标志; 所述基站子系统设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查 询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制信 道向所述移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
13、 按照权利要求 12所述的移动通信网络系统, 其中,
所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未 查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 且从所述终端业务功能控制指令中 查获到所述集群呼叫标志, 则根据所述集群呼叫标志查询一个或多个集群共 享前向信道, 并同时在所述控制信道上和查询到的一个或多个集群共享前向 信道上向所述终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
14、 按照权利要求 12所述的移动通信网络系统, 其中,
所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未 查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 且未从所述终端业务功能控制指令 中查获到所述集群呼叫标志 , 则在所述控制信道上发送所述终端业务功能控 制指令。
15、 按照权利要求 12所述的移动通信网络系统, 其中,
所述基站子系统还设置成: 在收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查 询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则在所述独享业务信道上向所述移动 终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
16、 一种基站子系统, 所述基站子系统设置成在收到终端业务功能控制 系统通过调度服务器转发来的终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到相应的 移动终端在独享业务信道上, 则通过集群共享前向信道和 /或控制信道向所述 移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
17、 按照权利要求 16所述的基站子系统, 所述基站子系统还设置成: 在 收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信 道上, 且从所述终端业务功能控制指令中查获到集群呼叫标志, 则根据所述 集群呼叫标志查询一个或多个集群共享前向信道, 并同时在所述控制信道上 和查询到的一个或多个集群共享前向信道上向所述终端发送所述终端业务功 能控制指令。
18、 按照权利要求 16所述的基站子系统, 所述基站子系统还设置成: 在 收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若未查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信 道上, 且未从所述终端业务功能控制指令中查获到集群呼叫标志, 则在所述 控制信道上发送所述终端业务功能控制指令。
19、 按照权利要求 16所述的基站子系统, 所述基站子系统还设置成: 在 收到所述终端业务功能控制指令后, 若查询到所述移动终端在独享业务信道 上, 则在所述独享业务信道上向所述移动终端发送所述终端业务功能控制指 令。
