本发明的可分节伸縮桌面的桌子, 其活动轨道的外轨和内轨均采用凹形轨 道,且在活动轨道的凹形轨道与第一滑轨、第二滑轨的凸形轨道相配合之间的中 部还设有一定的间隙,活动轨道的第一限位块、第二限位块就容纳在间隙中,这 样,才不会影响活动轨道与第一滑轨、第二滑轨之间的滑动; 而配合限位的桌面 限位块和横梁限位块, 也凸出在该间隙中, 这样, 才不会影响第一滑轨、第二滑 轨与活动轨道之间的滑动,当第一限位块与桌面限位块相碰、第二限位块与横梁 限位块相碰时,活动轨道、第二滑轨就不能再^外滑动,保证了桌面、活动轨道、 活动桌支架之间不会相互脱开。
本发明的可分节伸缩桌面的桌子,在活动桌支架上设有一组接在两横梁外端 部上侧壁的桌腿, 这样,在活动桌支架伸出后, 包括桌面的两组桌腿, 就共有三 组桌腿,即六个支撑腿形成对伸出后整个桌面的支撑,因而桌腿可以形成对桌面 的稳定支撑。
本发明的可分节伸缩桌面的桌子,采用至少一块的可配合装在两横梁上的活 动桌面, 即可以一块或两块,也可以三块或更多; 将活动桌支架拉出一个活动桌 面的位置,将一个活动桌面装在活动桌支架上后即形成伸出一节的状态,将活动 桌支架拉出二个活动桌面的位置,将二个活动桌面装在活动桌支架上后即形成伸 出二节的状态, 因此,根据配合的活动桌面数量, 可以实现多节的伸缩, 形成多 种规格大小的桌面, 使桌子可适应于多种不同人数的使用需求。 .
使用过程中, 当需要伸出桌面时,先向外拉出活动桌支架, 使活动桌支架的 两横梁与活动轨道相滑动,同时活动桌支架的桌腿也向外移,使整个桌子由六个 支撑腿形成支撑,横梁移出桌面的过程中,先是横梁的横梁限位块与活动轨道内 侧壁的第二限位块相顶碰,则横梁与活动轨道就不能相互滑动,继续向外拉活动 桌支架, 则是由横梁、活动轨道一起相对于桌面滑动, 当活动轨道外侧壁的第一 限位块与桌面的桌面限位块相顶碰时,横梁、活动轨道与桌面也不能再相互滑动, 活动桌支架呈完全拉出状,而后可以将收藏在两横梁之间的活动桌面取出,扣在 活动桌支架上, 形成一张完全伸出桌面的桌子, 由于完全伸出桌面时,伸出的桌 面部分可以与原来的桌面同大,在不需要使用这么大的桌面的情况下,可以将收 藏在两横梁之间的活动桌面只取出一个,扣在活动桌支架上,形成一张半伸出桌 面的桌子, 由于拉出的横梁较长,可以将活动桌支架向桌面的凹槽内推回一部分 的长度, 使扣合的活动桌面与横梁的伸出长度相吻合即可。当桌面要缩回时,先 将扣合的活动桌面从活动桌支架上取出,而后放入横梁内侧壁上用于收藏活动桌 面的托架上,然后将活动桌支架推入桌面的凹槽中,横梁进入桌面的凹槽时,第 一限位结构和第二限位结构均不起作用, 因此,横梁可以推到位,活动轨道则是 由活动桌支架的纵梁将其推入桌面的凹槽中,活动桌支架推入后,形成一张四脚 桌。 当然, 如果桌腿可收折还可通过收折桌腿, 构成便于收藏的形状。
本发明的有益效果是, 由于采用了在桌面与活动臬支架之间装置活动轨道, 且活动轨道是分别配合装在桌面凹槽两侧壁的第一滑轨与所述第二滑轨之间,活 动轨道的外侧壁设有可与所述第一滑轨配合滑动的外轨,活动轨道的内侧壁设有 可与所述第二滑轨配合滑动的内轨,在活动轨道与所述第一滑轨之间设有限制活 动轨道过分拉出而脱离桌面的第一限位结构,在活动轨道与所述第二滑轨之间设 有限制横梁过分拉出脱离活动轨道的第二限位结构,通过第一限位结构、第二限 位结构的卡置, 使活动桌支架既可完全拉出桌面凹槽,又保持与桌面的连接, 同 时由于在活动桌支架上还设有一组桌腿,使桌面的支撑腿由伸出前的四根变为伸 缩后的六根, 因而, 本发明的桌子具有桌面可多节伸出、桌腿支撑稳定、伸出后 的桌面大小可达到比原有桌面增加一倍的优点,使桌子可适应于多种不同人数的 使用需求,伸出后桌面可供的使用人数可以比原有桌面使用人数的增加一倍甚至 更多。

具体实施方式
参见附图所示, 本发明的一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子, 包括- 一具有固定形状的桌面 1, 桌面 1采用长方形, 当然也可以为正方形等, 桌 面 1底部设有可容纳活动桌支架的凹槽 11,凹槽 11的形状也为长方形,凹槽 11 沿桌面的一边设有通向桌外的开口, 开口设在长方形形状的短边上, 由开口向 内沿着凹槽 11的两相对的侧壁各设有一条第一滑轨 12, 这样第一滑轨 12就是 设在长方形形状的长边, 见附图 3;
二组可向桌面内收折的桌腿 21、 22, 桌腿 21、 22分别包含有二根支撑腿; 桌腿 21枢接在对应于凹槽开口侧的桌面 1底部,桌腿 21枢接在与凹槽开口侧相 对的另一侧桌面 1底部, 见附图 3;
一活动桌支架 3,包括两根可沿桌面凹槽开口在凹槽内和凹槽外移动变换位 置的横梁 31、 一根固接在两横梁外端部的纵梁 32、 一根固接在两横梁里端部内 侧壁的纵梁 33、 一组枢接在两横梁 31外端部上侧壁的可向里侧收折的桌腿 34; 在两横梁 31里端部的外侧壁上各设有一条第二滑轨 35; 所述的桌腿 34包含有 二根支撑腿, 见附图 3、 4; 二活动轨道 4, 分别配合装在所述第一滑轨 12与所述第二滑轨 35之间; 活 动轨道 4的外侧壁设有可与所述第一滑轨 12配合滑动的外轨 41,活动轨道 4的 内侧壁设有可与所述第二滑轨 35配合滑动的内轨 42;在活动轨道 4与所述第一 滑轨 12之间设有限制活动轨道过分拉出而脱离桌面的第一限位结构; 在活动轨 道 4与所述第二滑轨 35之间设有限制横梁过分拉出脱离活动轨道的第二限位结 构, 见附图 3、 6、 7、 8;
两块可配合装在两横梁 31上的活动桌面 5, 活动桌面 5的底部设有包绕于 横梁外侧壁的边唇 51, 见附图 4。
其中,第一限位结构包括设在活动轨道外侧壁的第一限位块 411和设在所述 第一滑轨 12外端的配合于第一限位块的桌面限位块 13,第一限位块 411实际上 也是设在外轨 41上,桌面限位块 13实际上也是设在凹槽开口的侧壁上;第二限 位结构包括设在活动轨道内侧壁的第二限位块 421和设在横梁里端外侧壁的配 合于第二限位块的横梁限位块 311; 活动桌面 5的底部还设有配合于边唇的用于 卡置横梁的卡块 52;第一滑轨 12为凸形轨道,与之相配合的活动轨道的外轨 41 为凹形轨道;第二滑轨 35为凸形轨道,与之相配合的活动轨道的内轨 42为凹形 轨道; 在横梁 31的内侧壁上还设有用于收藏活动桌面的托架 312; 托架 312包 括装在两横梁一端的匚形支撑件和装在两横粱另一端的 L形支撑件, 见附图 4、 7、 8c
在桌面凹槽的两侧壁上设有第一滑轨 12, 在活动桌支架的两横梁外侧壁上 设有第二滑轨 35,在活动轨道 4的外侧壁上设有可与所述第一滑轨 12配合滑动 的外轨 41,在活动轨道 4的内侧壁上设有可与所述第二滑轨 35配合滑动的内轨 42, 这样, 活动桌支架 3不但可完全推入桌面的凹槽 11内, 同时, 也可以借助 于活动轨道 4使活动桌支架 3完全拉出桌面的凹槽 11, 如果没有活动轨道, 则 活动桌支架就不能实现支架整体移出桌面的凹槽,活动轨道 4实现了活动桌支架 3在拉出桌面的凹槽 11时仍保持与桌面 1的连接。 这种结构的形式, 就可以实 现活动桌支架 3的拉出长度与桌面相同,从而实现了伸出的桌面与原有桌面同大 的目的,使伸出后的桌面能比原有的桌面增大一倍。当然,还可在现有结构的基 础上,通过增加第二活动桌支架和第二活动轨道,使活动桌支架与第二活动桌支 架之间采用第二活动轨道相接,又可以使桌面比原有桌面再增大一倍,见附图 4。 活动轨道 4的外轨 41和内轨 42均采用凹形轨道,且在活动轨道的凹形轨道 与第一滑轨 12、 第二滑轨 35的凸形轨道相配合之间的中部还设有一定的间隙, 活动轨道的第一限位块 411、第二限位块 421就容纳在间隙中, 这样, 才不会影 响活动轨道 4与第一滑轨 12、第二滑轨 35之间的滑动; 而配合限位的桌面限位 块 13和横梁限位块 311, 也凸出在该间隙中, 这样, 才不会影响第一滑轨 12、 第二滑轨 35与活动轨道 4之间的滑动,当第一限位块 411与桌面限位块 13相碰、 第二限位块 421与横梁限位块 311相碰时, 活动轨道 4、 第二滑轨 35就不能再 向外滑动, 保证了桌面 1、 活动轨道 4、 活动桌支架 3之间不会相互脱开, 见附 图 6、 7、 8。
在活动桌支架 3上设有一组枢接在两横梁外端部上侧壁的可向里侧收折的 桌腿 34, 这样, 在活动桌支架 3伸出后, 包括桌面的两组桌腿 21、 22, 就共有 三组桌腿,即六个支撑腿形成对伸出后整个桌面的支撑,因而桌腿可以形成对桌 面的稳定支撑, 见附图 4。
采用两块的可配合装在两横梁上的活动桌面 5, 当然也可以三块或更多; 将 活动桌支架 3拉出一个活动桌面 5的位置,将一个活动桌面 5装在活动桌支架 3 上后即形成伸出一节的状态,将活动桌支架 3拉出二个活动桌面 5的位置,将二 个活动桌面 5装在活动桌支架 3上后即形成伸出二节的状态, 即完全伸出状态。 因此, 实现了分节伸缩, 使桌子可适应于多种不同人数的使用需求。
使用过程中, 当桌子由收叠状态展开时, 先撑开二组桌面的桌腿 21、 22, 使桌面 1呈支撑使用状,见附图 2。需要伸出桌面时,先向外拉出活动桌支架 3, 使活动桌支架 3的两横梁 31与活动轨道 4相滑动, 见附图 5; 然后撑开活动桌 支架 3的桌腿,使整个桌子由六个支撑腿形成支撑,横梁 31移出桌面的过程中, 先是横梁的横梁限位块 311与活动轨道内侧壁的第二限位块 421相顶碰,则横梁 31与活动轨道 4就不能相互滑动, 继续向外拉活动桌支架 3, 则是由横梁 31、 活动轨道 4一起相对于桌面 1滑动,当活动轨道 4外侧壁的第一限位块 411与桌 面的桌面限位块 13相顶碰时,横梁 31、活动轨道 4与桌面 1也不能再相互滑动, 活动桌支架 3呈完全拉出状, 而后可以将收藏在两横梁 31之间的活动桌面 5取 出, 扣在活动桌支架 3上, 形成一张完全伸出桌面的桌子, 见附图 4、 3; 由于 完全伸出桌面时,伸出的桌面部分可以与原来的桌面同大,在不需要使用这么大 的桌面的情况下, 可以将收藏在两横梁 31之间的活动桌面 5只取出一个, 扣在 活动桌支架 3上, 形成一张半伸出桌面的桌子, 由于拉出的横梁 31较长, 可以 将活动桌支架 3向桌面的凹槽 11内推回一部分的长度, 使扣合的活动桌面 5与 横梁 31的伸出长度相吻合即可。 当桌子由展幵状态需要收藏时, 先将扣合的活 动桌面 5从活动桌支架 3上取出,而后放入横梁内侧壁上用于收藏活动桌面的托 架 312上,再将活动桌支架 3的桌腿收折,然后将活动桌支架 3推入桌面的凹槽 11中, 横梁 31进入桌面的凹槽 11时, 第一限位结构和第二限位结构均不起作 用, 因此,横梁 31可以推到位, 活动轨道 4则是由活动桌支架 3的纵梁 32将其 推入桌面的凹槽 11中,最后再将桌面的两组桌腿 21、 22分别进行收折,构成便 于收藏的形状, 见附图 1。
工业实用性
本发明一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子设计巧妙,安装使用灵活方便,可工业化 大批量生产, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种可分节伸縮桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 包括:
一具有固定形状的桌面,桌面底部设有可容纳活动桌支架的凹槽,凹槽沿桌 面的一边设有通向桌外的开口,由开口向内沿着凹槽的两相对的侧壁各设有一条 第一滑轨;
二组桌腿,每组桌腿包含有二根支撑腿;两组桌腿分别接在对应于凹槽开口 侧的桌面底部和与凹槽开口侧相对的另一侧桌面底部;
一活动桌支架,包括两根可沿桌面凹槽开口在凹槽内和凹槽外移动变换位置 的横梁、一根固接在两横梁外端部的纵梁、一根固接在两横梁里端部内侧壁的纵 梁、一组接在两横粱外端部上侧壁的桌腿;在两横梁里端部的外侧壁上各设有一 条第二滑轨; 所述的桌腿包含有二根支撑腿;
二活动轨道,分别配合装在所述第一滑轨与所述第二滑轨之间;活动轨道的 外侧壁设有可与所述第一滑轨配合滑动的外轨,活动轨道的内侧壁设有可与所述 第二滑轨配合滑动的内轨;在活动轨道与所述第一滑轨之间设有限制活动轨道过 分拉出而脱离桌面的第一限位结构;在活动轨道与所述第二滑轨之间设有限制横 梁过分拉出脱离活动轨道的第二限位结构;
至少一块的可配合装在两横梁上的活动桌面,活动桌面的底部设有包绕于横 梁外侧壁的边唇。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的第一限位结构包括设在活动轨道外侧壁的第一限位块和设在所述第一滑轨外 端的配合于第一限位块的桌面限位块。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的第二限位结构包括设在活动轨道内侧壁的第二限位块和设在横梁里端外侧壁 的配合于第二限位块的横粱限位块。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的活动桌面的底部还设有配合于边唇的用于卡置横梁的卡块。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的第一滑轨为凸形轨道, 与之相配合的活动轨道的外轨为凹形轨道。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸缩桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的第二滑轨为凸形轨道, 与之相配合的活动轨道的内轨为凹形轨道。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸縮桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的横梁的内侧壁上还设有用于收藏活动桌面的托架。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可分节伸縮桌面的桌子, 其特征在于: 所述 的托架包括装在两横梁一端的匚形支撑件和装在两横梁另一端的 L形支撑件。
