Abstract

脱水素化物の回収を、水素燃料の供給とは別の作業で行う必要がある。しかしながら、脱水素化物の回収と供給を別に行うと、作業に手間が係るという課題が生じる。 燃料充填・廃液回収装置を、燃料充填用ノズル及び廃液回収用ノズルの各ノズル又は配管内を通る各液体の流量を計測することにより燃料の充填量及び廃液の回収量を計測する計測手段と、前記流量計測手段により計測した燃料の充填量及び廃液回収量を表示する表示部をもつものとする。

背景技術
[0002] 水素貯蔵材料はガソリンと同様な物性を持って 、るのでこれまでの石油系燃料のィ ンフラストラクチャーを一部利用可能で爆発性も他の水素燃料に比べて低いため、 低コストで安全に供給可能な水素燃料である。しかし、水素貯蔵材料の特徴として、 脱水素化反応に伴 、水素以外にも脱水素化物が生じる。脱水素化物は水素添加と 脱水素化を繰り返し行って再利用が可能であり、これを利用することで水素貯蔵材料 供給の低コストィ匕が期待できる。このため水素貯蔵材料利用者は水素生成の際に生 じる脱水素化物を回収しておかなければならない。回収方法としては特開 2004— 2 50059号公報 (以下、特許文献 1)のように燃料タンクに間仕切りを備える手法がとら れている。

発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0004] 特許文献 1の方法によれば、脱水素化物の回収を、水素燃料の供給とは別の作業 で行う必要がある。し力しながら、脱水素化物の回収と供給を別に行うと、作業に手 間が掛カゝるという課題が生じる。本発明の目的は、水素貯蔵材料燃料利用によって 生じる脱水素化物を効率的に回収する燃料充填,廃液回収装置を提供することにあ る。
課題を解決するための手段
[0005] 本発明の一つの特徴は、燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置を燃料水素貯蔵材料カゝら脱水 素反応によって生成した水素を燃料とする機器の燃料容器に水素貯蔵材料を充填 し、反応によって生じる廃液を廃液容器から回収する燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置であ つて、充填用ノズル及び回収用ノズルを具備したものとした点にある。 [0006] また、本発明の他の特徴は、燃料充填'廃液回収装置を水素貯蔵材料から脱水素 反応によって生成した水素を燃料とする機器の燃料容器に、充填用ノズルを介して 水素貯蔵材料を充填する手段と、反応によって生じる廃液を回収用ノズルを介して 廃液容器から回収する手段とを備え、燃料充填の際に燃料流体を圧縮して送り出す 際に生じる負圧を利用して廃液を吸引するものとした点にある。ここで、廃液を吸引 する際には、充填用ノズル、容器、廃液ノズルとの間で構成される空間を密閉空間と することが、燃料充填の際に燃料流体を圧縮して送り出す際に生じる負圧を利用す るうえで好ましい。
[0007] また、本発明の他の特徴は、上記燃料充填'廃液回収装置に具備される燃料容器 であって、少なくとも燃料を格納する燃料室と、前記燃料を使用した後の残留物を収 容する廃棄物室とを有し、前記燃料室と前記廃棄物室の体積比が変動自在となる隔 壁により前記燃料室と前記廃棄物室とを分離した点にある。

発明の効果

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0010] 本実施例において、水素貯蔵材料の消費先としては、水素を動力源とする自動車
、または定地施設である。
[0011] 水素ガスを動力源とする自動車とは、水素燃料電池で発電しモーターを回転させ、 車を走行させたり、水素ガスをエンジンルームで爆発させ往復運動を回転運動に変 換し車を走行させる、所謂水素自動車であり、いずれの方式においても車体の一部 に水素貯蔵装置を設置する必要がある。また、水素貯蔵装置内に充填する燃料が 純水素を物理的に圧縮,吸蔵したものまたは液ィ匕したものである場合を除いて、水素 供給装置が必要になり、本発明では燃料として水素をィ匕学的に吸蔵した水素貯蔵材 料を用いるため水素供給装置が必要になる。
[0012] 水素供給装置は触媒層に水素分離膜を隣接させて配置し、水素分離膜を介して 発生した水素を分離,回収する水素供給装置である。用いる触媒は金属触媒と触媒 担体から構成され、金属触媒がニッケル,ノ ラジウム, 白金,ロジウム,イリジウム,ル テ-ゥム,モリブデン,レニウム,タングステン,バナジウム,オスミウム,クロム,コバノレ ト、及び鉄力 なる群力 選ばれる少なくとも 1種の金属であって、触媒担体がアルミ ナ,酸化亜鉛,シリカ,酸ィ匕ジルコニウム,珪藻土,酸化ニオブ,酸化バナジウム,活 性炭,ゼォライト,酸化アンチモン,酸化チタン,酸化タングステン,酸化鉄、からなる 群力 選ばれる少なくとも 1種力 なる。

[0016] 本実施例に関する水素供給装置では、燃料である水素貯蔵材料を収容する供給 タンク,燃料を分解して水素を取り出した残りの生成物であって回収される回収物を 収容する回収タンク,タンクに回収された廃液を回収する装置が必要である。近年、 燃料として使用される物質は、ガソリン,軽油,灯油,都市ガス, LPGなどを完全燃焼 するため、廃液を回収する必要はな力つた。し力しながら、安全で、 CO 排出量の少

な ヽ燃料である水素貯蔵材料を供給する場合、廃液を回収するインフラストラクチャ 一が必要となる。 [0017] 本実施例の燃料'廃液充填回収装置の最も基本的な構成図を図 1に示す。燃料 · 廃液充填回収システム 101は燃料を利用機器に充填する充填ノズル 102と廃液を回 収する回収ノズル 103,廃液を入れる廃液タンク 104,充填する燃料を格納する燃料 タンク 105,燃料タンクから燃料を吸い上げ、充填ノズルを通じて利用機器の燃料タ ンクに燃料を送るポンプ 106,利用機器の廃液タンクから回収ノズルを通じて廃液を 吸い込み、回収タンクに廃液を送るポンプ 107で構成される。また、燃料タンクから利 用機器に燃料を充填し、利用機器の廃液を廃液タンクに回収する際の各流路は少 なくともノズル,ポンプ,ゴム,金属,プラスチック製の配管やホースで構成されている 。ただし配管やホースの材質はこれ以外にも使用可能である。タンク燃料廃液回収 量および燃料充填量を測定するための手段、例えば流量計が接続可能である。ノズ ル,ポンプ、廃液回収量および燃料充填量を測定するための手段は制御装置と電気 的に接続されている。タンク,バルブ,ポンプとしてガソリンスタンドで見られる燃料供 給装置用に供給されているものがそれぞれ使用可能である。

実施例 1
[0019] 図 2は、本実施例に係る自動車用有機ハイドライドデイスペンサを示す模式図であ る。図 2に示されるように、燃料供給装置 201は、自動車の燃料タンク(図示せず)に ガソリン等の燃料を供給する筐体 211と筐体に燃料を供給するための地下タンク 21 2,給液ノズル 213,廃液回収ノズル 214とを有する。燃料供給装置 201の筐体の側 面からは、給液ノズル 213,廃液回収ノズル 214に接続された給液ホース 215,廃液 ホース 216が引き出されている。

[0037] 図 4に本実施例に係るデータ格納装置つき自動車用有機ハイドライドデイスペンサ の模式図を示す。実施例 1で示した構成にデータ格納装置を制御装置と電気的につ なげ CPUにてデータのアクセスを可能としたものである。格納されるデータは燃料単 価(円 ZL) ,廃液単価(円 ZL) ,内含水素量 (m3ZL) ,廃液処理単価(円 ZL) ,炭 素税(円 ZL)などである。各データは日程ごとに IDにて管理されており、例えば図 5 に示す表形式に収められている。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 水素貯蔵材料から脱水素反応によって生成した水素を燃料として使用する機器の 燃料容器に水素貯蔵材料を充填し、反応によって生じる廃液を廃液容器から回収す る燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置であって、充填用ノズル及び回収用ノズルを具備してい ることを特徴とする燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[2] 水素貯蔵材料から脱水素反応によって生成した水素を燃料として使用する機器の 燃料容器に充填用ノズルを介して水素貯蔵材料を充填する手段と、反応によって生 じる廃液を回収用ノズルを介して廃液容器から回収する手段とを備え、燃料充填の 際に燃料流体を圧縮して送り出す際に生じる負圧を利用して廃液を吸引することを 特徴とする燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[3] 請求項 1にお 、て、前記充填用ノズル及び回収用ノズルの各ノズル又は配管内を 通る各液体の流量を計測することにより燃料の充填量及び廃液の回収量を計測する 計測手段と、前記計測手段により計測した燃料の充填量及び廃液回収量を表示す る表示部をもつことを特徴とする燃料充填'廃液回収装置。
[4] 請求項 1にお 、て、燃料の充填記録を格納するメモリと、充填用ノズル又は回収用 ノズルに配置され、前記メモリの情報を燃料使用機器に送信する送信装置とを備える ことを特徴とする燃料充填'廃液回収装置。
[5] 請求項 1にお!、て、燃料の充填量と廃液の回収量を計測する計測手段と、燃料単 価又は廃液単価を記録するデータベースと、前記計測手段により計測した充填量、 廃液回収量及び前記データベースの記録された燃料単価又は廃液単価に基づい て充填した燃料の単価又は回収した廃液の価格を演算する演算手段を持つことを特 徴とする燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[6] 請求項 3において、炭素税率又は補助金助成率を記録するデータベースと、燃料 充填量と廃液回収量の差から燃料の消失量を演算する演算手段と、炭素税率及び 補助金助成率を記録するデータベースと、前記計測手段により計測した充填量又は 廃液回収量と前記演算手段により演算した燃料の消失量に基づいて充填した燃料 の税金又は補助金の価格あるいは回収した税金又は補助金の価格を演算する演算 手段をもつことを特徴とする燃料充填'廃液回収装置。
[7] 請求項 3において、燃料の充填量から燃料が有する純水素の量を推定する推定手 段と、前記推定手段により推定した純水素の量を表示する表示手段をもつことを特徴 とする燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[8] 請求項 1において、燃料充填用ノズルと廃液回収用ノズルが同軸上に配置されるこ とを特徴とする燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[9] 請求項 1において、廃液回収前後に廃液中の脱水素化物量又は水素化物の量を 計測する計測手段及び廃液の量を計測する計測手段とを備えることを特徴とする燃 料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[10] 請求項 9において、請求項 7記載の廃液回収システムにおいて、廃液回収前後に 廃液中の脱水素化物量又は水素化物の量を計測する計測手段が、光吸収分光技 術を利用したものであることを特徴とする燃料充填'廃液回収装置。
[11] 請求項 2に記載の燃料充填'廃液回収装置に具備された燃料容器であって、少な くとも燃料を格納する燃料室と、前記燃料を使用した後の残留物を収容する廃棄物 室とを有し、前記燃料室と前記廃棄物室の体積比が変動自在となる隔壁により前記 燃料室と前記廃棄物室とが分離されていることを特徴とする燃料容器。
[12] 請求項 11にお 、て、前記燃料室と廃棄物室の隔壁が水素化物と脱水素化物を分 離する分離膜であることを特徴とする燃料容器。
[13] 請求項 11にお 、て、前記燃料容器の断面積を記録したメモリおよび前記隔壁の一 部又は前記燃料容器の内壁に位置センサを備え、燃料の残量を管理することを特徴 とする燃料容器。
[14] 請求項 1にお 、て、前記充填用ノズル又は回収用ノズルに配置された通信装置と、 前記通信装置により受信した情報に基づいて燃料残量を算出する演算手段とを備 えることを特徴とする燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[15] 請求項 1にお ヽて、燃料利用機器に充填する水素貯蔵材料,燃料利用機器から回 収する廃液を貯蔵する燃料容器が請求項 11に記載の燃料容器であることを特徴と する燃料充填 ·廃液回収装置。
[16] 請求項 15において、前記燃料容器内に廃液中の脱水素化物量又は水素化物の 量を計測する計測手段を備えることを特徴とする燃料'廃液充填回収装置。
