Abstract

Es wird ein Leistungswandler mit einer elektrischen Leistungsquelle ange- geben, die in Reihe mit einer Schalteinrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei die Schalteinrichtung ein Schaltelement und ein zusätzliches elektrisches Element aufweist, das parallel zum Schaltelement angeordnet ist. Beim Trennen großer Lasten bei hoher Spannung und hoher Stromstärke kann es zu gefährlichen Lichtbögen kommen. Um ein gefahrloses Trennen des Leistungswandlers von einer Spannungsquelle zu gewährleisten ist das zusätzliche elektrische Element (7, 10, 11 ) als Sicherung (7), temperaturabhängiger Widerstand (10) oder Kondensator (11 ) ausgebildet.
