语音业务的种类非常庞杂, 例如, 语音业务包括本地通话、 外埠通话、 亲情号码通 话等等, 本发明实施方式中, 不同语音业务可以相应设置不同的业务使用情况, 并且设 置不同的账户, 不同的业务使用情况又会有对应各种不同的账户。
如图 4所示, 为通信终端使用数据业务时的处理流程图, 具体步骤如下- 步骤 401、 使用者利用通信终端使用了数据业务, 计费系统根据与计费相关的该通 信终端的信息、 数据业务使用时间信息, 处理得出该次业务的第三业务使用情况。
步骤 402、 计费系统根据第三业务使用情况, 査询到该第三业务使用情况所对应的 账户为第五账户、 第六账户和第七账户。
步骤 403、 计费系统査询这些账户的优先级, 第五账户的优先级最高, 第六账户的 优先级次之, 第七账户的优先级最低; 接着查询第五账户是否在有效期, 并且是否有数 据流量数值, 如果在有效期并且具有数据流量数值, 则优先从第五账户中更新数据流量 数值, 如果第五账户中的数据流量数值不够, 或者第五账户不在有效期, 或者第五账户 没有数据流量数值, 则依优先级的次序查询第六账户是否在有效期并且有数据流量数 值, 如果均满足, 则从该第六账户中更新通数据流量数值, 同样如果第六账户中的数值 不够, 或者第六账户不在有效期, 或者第六账户没有数据流量数值, 则依优先级的次序 从第七账户中更新该数据业务所使用的资金数值。
步骤 404、 结束。
同理, 上述步骤 403中的计费数据处理方法也存在其他变化形式, 如当一个账户在 有效期、 并且有账户数值, 但是该账户数值不能够满足本次业务的使用情况时, 可以首 先更新该账户的账户数值, 如将该账户的账户数值更新为空, 之后, 在更新其他账户的 账户数值时, 仅根据前一个账户不能够满足本次业务使用情况的部分来更新即可。
数据业务也有很多种, 账户数值也可能非常多, 例如可以利用数据业务使用时间来 确定账户, 即数据业务使用时间数值。
通信终端使用的其他业务例如査询天气预报, 查询股票信息等等, 这些业务的使用 情况也许只对应了资金账户, 因此, 计费系 '统只能查询到单一账户, 因此只需在此账户 中更新这些业务耗用的资金数值即可。 在上述实施方式中业务使用情况即计费信息, 计费信息包括: 通信业务类型和计费 数值。 计费系统是根据计费信息中的通信业务类型来确定该计费信息对应的账户的。
本发明实施方式的计费系统中设置有接收单元、 账户管理单元和处理单元。
接收单元主要用于获取通信业务的计费信息。接收单元接收到的计费信息包括: 通 信业务类型和计费数值, 并将计费信息传输至处理单元。
帐户管理单元主要用于管理用户的多个帐户, 如为用户对应的所有账户赋值等。用 户可拥有多种类型的账户, 每种类型的账户中又可以包括多个账户。
处理单元主要用于接收接收单元传输来的计费信息,根据通信业务对应的多个帐户 信息确定所述通信业务的计费帐户,并根据其接收的计费信息在计费帐户中对通信业务 进行扣费。
本发明实施方式的计费系统中还可以可选的包括: 帐户信息单元。账户信息单元主 要用于设置用户多个帐户的属性信息。每个账户可以设定三种属性: 类型、优先级和有 效值。账户属性的具体含义、不同账户的账户数值赋值形式如上述方法实施方式中的描 述。
下面结合附图 2、 附图 3、 附图 4对本发明实施方式的计费系统进行描述。
图 2中, 首先, 使用者利用 ¾信终端 送了 1条短信息, 接收单元接收到该短信息 的计费信息即业务使用情况, 并将其传输至处理单元。
处理单元根据其接收的业务使用情况中的通信业务类型査询到该业务使用情况所 对应的账户为第一账户、 第二账户和第七账户。 然后, 处理单元分别査询第一账户、 第 二账户和第七账户的优先级, 第一账户优先级最高, 第二账户的优先级次之, 第七账户 的优先级最低。处理单元査询第一账户是否在有效期并且是否有短信息数值, 如果在有 效期, 并且具有短信息数值, 则更新一条短信息数值; 如果第一账户不在有效期或者没 有短信息数值则按优先级次序査询第二账户是否在有效期并且是否具有短信息数值,如 果均满足, 则从第二账户中更新一条短信息数值, 如果不满足则从第七账户中更新一条 短信息所使用的资金数值。 计费系统对本次短信息的计费处理过程结束。
图 3中, 使用者利用通信终端主叫使用了语音业务, 接收单元接收该业务的使用情 况即计费信息, 并传输至处理单元。
处理单元接收到业务的使用情况后,根据业务的使用情况中的通信业务类型查询到 该业务使用情况所对应的账户为第三账户、第四账户和第七账户, 并分别查询这些账户 的优先级, 第三账户的优先级最高, 第四账户的优先级次之, 第七账户的优先级最低。 然后, 处理单元査询第三账户是否在有效期, 并且是否有通话时间数值, 如果在有效期 并且有通话时间数值, 则优先从第三账户中更新通话时间数值, 如果第三账户中的通话 时间数值不够, 或者第三账户不在有效期, 或者第三账户没有通话时间数值, 则依优先 级的次序查询第四账户是否在有效期并且有通话时间数值, 如果均满足, 则从该第四账 户中更新通活时间数值, 同样如果第四账户中的数值不够, 或者第四账户不在有效期, 或者第四账户没有通话时间数值,则依优先级的次序从第七账户中更新该语音业务所使 用的资金数值。 计费系统对本次语音业务的计费处理过程结束。
在处理单元对语音业务的计费处理过程中, 处理单元也可以在一个账户处于有效 期、 并且有账户数值, 但是该账户数值不能够满足本次业务的使用情况时, 首先更新该 账户的账户数值, 如将该账户的账户数值更新为空, 之后, 再更新其他账户的账户数值 时, 仅根据前一个账户不能够满足本次业务使用情况的部分来更新即可。具体如上述方 法实施方式中的描述。
图 4中, 使用者利用通信终端使用了数据业务, 接收单元接收该业务的使用情况即 计费信息, 并传输至处理单元。
处理单元接收业务的使用情况后,根据业务使用情况中的通信业务类型查询到该业 务使用情况对应的账户为第五账户、第六账户和第七账户, 并分别查询这些账户的优先 级, 第五账户的优先级最高, 第六账户的优先级次之, 第七账户的优先级最低; 接着处 理单元查询第五账户是否在有效期, 并且是否有数据流量数值, 如果在有效期并且具有 数据流量数值, 则优先从第五账户中更新数据流量数值, 如果第五账户中的数据流量数 值不够, 或者第五账户不在有效期, 或者第五账户没有数据流量数值, 则依优先级的次 序査询第六账户是否在有效期并且有数据流量数值, 如果均满足, 则从该第六账户中更 新通数据流量数值, 同样如果第六账户中的数值不够, 或者第六账户不在有效期, 或者 第六账户没有数据流量数值,则依优先级的次序从第七账户中更新该数据业务所使用的 资金数值。 计费系统对本次数据业务的计费处理过程结束。
在处理单元对数据业务的计费处理过程中, 处理单元在一个账户处于有效期、并且 有账户数值, 但是该账户数值不能够满足本次业务的使用情况时, 可以首先更新该账户 的账户数值, 如将该账户的账户数值更新为空, 之后, 再更新其他账户的账户数值时, 仅根据前一个账户不能够满足本次业务使用情况的部分来更新即可。具体如上述方法实 施方式中的描述。
综上所述,通过使用本发明实施方式提供的通信系统中计费数据的处理方法和计费 系统, 使得运营商具有灵活多变的资费政策能力, 实现各种付费方式, 即能够满足使用 者的个性化要求,又可以提高运营商竞争力。适用于 PST 智能网、 GSM智能网和 CDMA 智能网。 适用于智能网所有计费业务, 包括语音业务、 短信息业务和数据业务。
最后所应说明的是, 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制, 尽管参照 较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明 的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种通信系统中计费数据的处理方 , 其特征在于, 所述方法包括如下步骤: 获取用户使用通信业务的计费信息;
在所述用户对应的多个帐户中确定所述通信业务对应的计费帐户,并在计费帐户中 对所述通信业务进行计费。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费信息包括通信业务类型和 计费数值,根据计费信息中的通信业务类型和预先设置的帐户属性信息在所述用户对应 的多个帐户中确定所述通信业务对应的计费帐户, 并根据计费数值在计费帐户中扣费。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于: 当所述通信业务对应的计费账户的 账户数值小于所述计费数值时, 重新确定所述通信业务对应的计费账户, 并根据计费数 值从所述通信业务对应的账户数值大于零的计费账户中扣费。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据预先设置的帐户属性信息在所 述用户对应的多个帐户中确定所述通信业务对应的计费帐户。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述帐户属性信息包括业 务类型、 优先级和 /或有效值。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 4所述任一方法, 其特征在于, 所述多个账户包括至少两个 短信息帐户、 资金帐户、 通话时长帐户和 /或数据流量帐户。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 3所述任一方法, 其特征在于, 所述通信业务具体为短信息 业务、 语音业务或数据业务。
8、一种计费系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于获取通信业务的计费信息;
帐户管理单元, 用于管理用户的多个帐户;
处理单元, 用于根据通信业务对应的多个帐户信息确定所述通信业务的计费帐户, 在计费帐户中对通信业务进行扣费。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括:
帐户信息单元, 用于设置用户多个帐户的属性信息;
处理单元根据多个帐户的属性信息确定所述通信业务的计费帐户,在计费帐户中对 通信业务进行扣费。
