Description

Подставка под сосуды с жидкостью
Подставка под сосуды с жидкостью предназначена для кухонной утвари, например, подставки для пивных кружек.
Известны подставки, предназначенные для использования под пивные кружки, по- немецки бирдекели (1).
Одной задачей полезной модели является разработка подставки для использования в качестве подставки под сосуды с жидкостью, преимущественно пивные кружки и стаканы.
Другой задачей полезной модели является разработка подставки для использования в розыгрыше призов в качестве лотерейного билета. Носитель информации содержит обозначение выигрыша и размещается внутри подставки. Участник розыгрыша разламывает (разрывает) подставку и, получив доступ к носителю информации, определяет выигрыш.
Техническим результатом является облегчение усилия разделения подставки и повышение впитывающей способности жидкости за счёт дополнительного внутреннего слоя.
Для этого предложена подставка под сосуды с жидкостью, характеризующаяся тем, что она состоит по меньшей мере из двух слоев, соединённых между собой, между которыми расположен носитель информации либо информация размещена на одном из слоев, при этом подставка выполнена с возможностью разлома или разрыва.
Подставка характеризуется тем, что линия разлома или разрыва снабжена насечками либо перфорациями или подставка имеет зону утоныпения. Подставка характеризуется также тем, что слой и/или носитель информации выполнены из листового материала.
Подставка иллюстрируется фигурами, на которых изображено: фиг.l — подставка в сборе, фиг.2,3 - разлом подставки деформацией (перегибанием), фиг.4 - раз движение частей подставки в стороны, фиг.5 - извлечение носителя информации, не закреплённого ни к одному из слоев, фиг.6 - размещение носителя информации по центру подставки, фиг.7 - носитель закреплён к одному из слоев подставки, фиг.8 - информация размещена непосредственно на одном из слоев,
ЗАМЕНЯЮЩИЙ ЛИСТ (ПРАВИЛО 26) фиг.9,10,11,12 - исполнение подставки различной формы, при этом на фиг.l l - две линии разлома, а на фиг.12 - утоньшенная зона разрыва.
На фигурах обозначено: 1,2 - верхний и нижний слои, 3 - линия ралома,
4 — носитель информации, 5 — зона утоныпения.
Используемый в подставке общий принцип: скрыть информацию внутри подставки, получить доступ к которой можно только, разрушив целостность подставки.
Подставка обычно состоит из двух слоев 1,2, скрепленных друг с другом, например, склеиванием. Прочности скрепления должно быть достаточно для того, чтобы при попытке разделения частей не было возможности повторного их соединения, с достижением первоначальной целостности подставки. В качестве материала для изготовления подставки используется, например, картон - «биpмaт», предназначенный для производства подставок-бирдекелей.
После скрепления (сборки) в центральной части изделия образуется область, в которой слои 1, 2 плотно прилегают друг к другу, но не скреплены. До сборки, в эту область помещается носитель информации 4. Носителем информации может служить какой-либо листовой материал (бумага, картон, пластик, металл, ткань и др.), составляющий дополнительный внутренний (третий) слой. Доступ к носителю информации возможен только путем нарушения целостности подставки, т.е. её разрушения. Форма носителя информации, дополнительного внутреннего слоя, может быть любой.
В описываемом варианте носителем информации является плотная бумага или тонкий полимер (к примеру, синтетическая бумага «пoлилит»). Носитель информации размещается по центру подставки либо справа (слева) от центра. На слоях подставки до сборки, делаются насечки либо перфорации, образующие линию разлома 3. В некоторых случаях, из-за особенностей материала или по другим причинам, насечки не делаются, возможно утонынение, например, методом рицовки, материала по меньшей мере одного слоя подставки в зоне разрыва 5.
При сборке линии разлома слоев совмещаются. Насечки обычно делаются с тем расчетом, чтобы линия разлома проходила через центральную область подставки, в которой находится носитель информации (фиг.l, 6, 8).
ЗАМЕНЯЮЩИЙ ЛИСТ (ПРАВИЛО 26) Деформация подставки по линии разлома приводит к разделению её на две части (половины), хотя при наличии нескольких линий разлома частей может быть больше - см. фиг.2-5, фиг.l l. При разведении половин появляется доступ к носителю информации либо самой информации, размещённой на одном из слоев (фиг. 5,7,8)
Как вариант, носитель информации может быть закреплен к одной из половин разделенной подставки (фиг.7).
Форма подставки, так же, как и носителя информации, может быть любой. Основными формами являются круг, квадрат, квадрат со скругленными углами и овал (см. фиг. 9-12).
К преимуществам заявленной подставки относительно аналога можно отнести значительное облегчение усилия разделения подставки и повышение впитывающей способности.

ФОРМУЛА ПОЛЕЗНОЙ МОДЕЛИ
1. Подставка под сосуды с жидкостью, отличающаяся тем, что она состоит по меньшей мере из двух слоев, соединённых между собой, между которыми расположен носитель информации либо информация размещена на одном из слоев, при этом подставка выполнена с возможностью разлома или разрыва.
2.Пoдcтaвкa по п.l, отличающаяся тем, что линия разлома или разрыва снабжена насечками либо перфорациями или подставка имеет зону утоныпения.
3. Подставка по п.l, отличающаяся тем, что слой и/или носитель информации выполнены из листового материала.
