Even in case that there may be provided only internal sheets 5, the outermost two sheets can be the front and rear covers 1 and 2, which may be included in the scope of present invention.
- the kinds of the internal sheets 5 may be a notebook, an album, a calendar or the like and may not limited thereto.
- the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 are connected to the binding part 4, which is well-known in this art. Thereby, the detailed description of the above configuration will be omitted.
- the binding part 4 may be configured in an adhesive binding or a ring biding.
- the internal sheets 5 are bound to the binding part 4.
- the supporting cover 3 supports the binding set simply without a stand. As shown in the drawings, the supporting cover 3 covers the front cover 1, the rear cover 2 and the binding part 4, and spaced apart a predetermined distance from the binding part 4. Farther the supporting cover 3 is spaced from the binding part 4, the more firmly supported the binding set. But, if the distance between the supporting cover 3 and the binding part 4 is too long, the volume of binding set may increase. Thus, it is preferred that the distance is within an extent of 1-lOD.
- the supporting cover 3 is used as a supporting member to stand the binding set, the supporting cover 3 may be made of material having a predetermined strength such as hardboard paper, plastic and metal.
- Coupling parts 31 may be provided on both opposite ends of the supporting cover 3, respectively.
- the coupling parts 31 are coupled to a side end of the front cover 1 and a side end of the rear cover 2, respectively.
- the coupling part 31 may include adhesive that adheres each side end of the front and rear covers 1 and 2 to both opposite ends of the supporting cover 3, and may be a coupling member such as a clip adaptable to this art which the present invention pertains to. If the coupling part 31 is a separable coupling member, the volume of binding set can be reduced which is convenient for a user to carry with him/her.
- FIG. 2 illustrates a state that the binding set according to the present invention is standing. As shown in FIG. 2, the supporting cover 3 firmly stands the binding set.

- the binding set according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a binding part 4 that connects a front cover 1 and a rear cover each other, a supporting cover 3 that covers the front cover 1, the rear cover 2 and the binding part 4, and folding parts 32 connected to both opposite ends of the supporting cover 3 to be coupled to ends of the front and rear covers 1 and 2.
- the folding part 32 may be applicable to the above embodiment described before.
- the folding part 32 is provided on the supporting cover 3. Even when the supporting cover 3 is contacted with the binding part 4, not spaced from the binding part 4, supporting space may be secured which is needed in standing the binding set. That is, the folding part 32 is unfolded as shown in FIG. 3 when standing the binding set. Hence, the binding set may stand as shown in FIG. 2.
- the folding part 32 may be formed in a Z shape.
- the coupling part 31 may be contacted with the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2. As described in the above embodiment, the coupling part 31 may be coupled to the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2.
- the folding part 32 may be folded one time to have one dotted line, not formed in a Z-shape.
- the folding part 32 formed on both opposite ends of the supporting cover 3 is presented but it is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the folding part 32 may be formed only one end of the supporting cover 3.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate a binding set according to a further embodiment of the present invention.
- the binding set includes a binding part 4 that connects a front cover 1 and a rear cover 2 each other, a supporting cover 3 that covers the front cover 1, the rear cover 2 and the binding part 4, and an extending part 33 that extends from both opposite side ends of the supporting cover 3.
- the extending parts 33 are inserted between the supporting cover 3 and the front cover 1 and between the supporting cover 3 and the rear cover 2, respectively, being coupled to the binding part 4.
- the supporting cover 3 is spaced apart a predetermined distance from the binding part 4 to firmly support the binding set according to the present invention.
- the extending part 33 is formed as one body with the supporting cover 3 to extend and a boundary between the supporting cover 3 and the extending part has a folded shape as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. Both opposite side ends of the extending part 33 are coupled to the binding part 4. If the binding part 4 is bound in a ring, a plurality of through holes 34 may be provided on both opposite ends of the extending part 33 to insert the ring in, such that the binding set may stand more firmly.

- a friction part is provided on a lower end of the supporting cover 3 described in the embodiments.
- the friction part supplies a friction force to support the supporting cover 3 on a desk, preventing the supporting cover 3 from moving.
- the friction part can be made of any material having a good friction force such as rubber, silicon, or flexible plastic.
- the friction part may be coated or injection molded as one body with a lower portion of the supporting cover 3. Alternatively, the friction part may be separable.
- the friction part may be made of the same material as the supporting cover 3 and may have a plurality of prominences/depressions to increase the coefficient friction of surface.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 illustrate the separable friction part 36.
- an inserting groove is formed on the friction part 36 and the supporting cover 3 is inserted in the inserting groove, such that the friction part may be separable smoothly.
- the friction part 36 may be formed in a triangle or circular shape but it is not limited thereto.
- the friction part may have a plurality of prominences/depressions formed on its lower surface to increase a friction force.

- the binding set may stand perpendicularly. But, it may be better to put and stand the supporting cover 3 obliquely as necessary.
- a lower end of the supporting cover 3 is concavely oblique toward a center of the supporting cover 3, the binding set may stand as obliquely as a predetermined angle A shown in FIG. 11.
- angle A is not limited. However, the angle extent of less than 2 degree is scarcely effective and the binding set hardly stands in the angle extent of more than 45 degree. Thereby, it is preferred that the angle A is within the extent between 2 to 45 degree.
- the configuration of oblique end shown in FIG. 11 may applicable to all of the embodiments described before.
- the present invention discloses a binding set which can stand by using a supporting cover without any other supports. Therefore, the binding set of the present invention may be industrially applicable to a ring bound notebook, calendar, album and book.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble de reliure qui peut tenir debout des pages reliées par utilisation d'une couverture portante sans porte-livres. En outre, une partie pliure, une partie extension peuvent être prévues pour réduire le volume de l'ensemble de reliure et une partie frottement est prévue dans la partie inférieure de la partie portante pour supporter fermement l'ensemble de reliure. Ledit ensemble de reliure peut donc s'appliquer à différents types de feuilles reliées, par exemple un bloc-notes, un calendrier, un album et un livre.
