Livre autoporteur (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couverture avant (12) comprend en outre une extension (15) qui s'étend depuis le premier bord extérieur (14), et dans lequel l'extension de la couverture avant comprend des éléments de fixation à fermeture autoagrippante (21), et dans lequel la face arrière de la troisième couverture (26) comprend des éléments de fixation à fermeture autoagrippante proximaux du bord extérieur de la troisième couverture (26) qui sont configurés pour venir en prise avec l'élément de fixation à fermeture autoagrippante attaché à l'extension (15), pour supporter le livre autoporteur dans une configuration étançonnée.
  5. Livre autoporteur (10) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'extension (15) de la couverture avant (12) s'étend vers le bas depuis la couverture avant.
  6. Livre autoporteur (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la fente (72) de l'élément de retenue de reliure (70) présente une dimension plus étroite que ladite portion de retenue (74) de l'élément de retenue de reliure (70).
  7. Livre autoporteur (10) selon la revendication 6, où la fente (72) depuis une ouverture (71) à la portion de retenue (74) présente une portion étroite, dans lequel la portion étroite est plus étroite que ladite ouverture et ladite portion d'élément de retenue.
  8. Livre autoporteur (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de retenue de reliure (70) est attaché de manière détachable à la troisième couverture (26).
  9. Livre autoporteur (10) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'élément de retenue de reliure (70) est un adaptateur comprenant une rainure ou un canal pour coulisser vers le bas sur le deuxième bord extérieur de la troisième couverture (26).
