Abstract

Procédés et dispositifs chirurgicaux permettant d’assurant généralement simultanément la coupe et la saisie endoscopiques d’une partie d’une suture. Les procédés comprennent : (a) l’étape d’introduction endoscopique d’un instrument combiné de coupe et de saisie dans le corps ; (b) l’étape de saisie d’une longueur excédentaire d’une suture à l’aide de l’instrument combiné ; (c) l’étape de coupe de la longueur excédentaire de la suture à l’aide de l’instrument combiné, généralement simultanément à l’étape de saisie ; et (d) l’étape d’extraction de l’instrument combiné maintenant la longueur excédentaire coupée de la suture du corps.
