Description

Conteneurs de déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques Waste containers for electrical and electronic equipment
The present invention relates to a waste container of electrical and electronic equipment, considered to be able to contain chemically hazardous elements or waste often subject to industrial recovery.
En effet, la directive européenne du 2002/96/CE du 27 janvier 2003 relative aux déchets électriques et électroniques parue au journal officiel de la communauté européenne le 13 février 2003 impose notamment :Indeed, the European Directive 2002/96 / EC of 27 January 2003 on electrical and electronic waste published in the Official Journal of the European Community on 13 February 2003 imposes in particular:
- la collecte sélective des déchets d'équipements électriques et électroniques d'origine ménagère- the selective collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment of household origin
- le traitement sélectif et systématique de certains composants- the selective and systematic treatment of certain components
The implementation of these objectives requires the installation of a localized recovery site that is close to a landfill site or a known and accessible location.
To differentiate between the places where the destructible waste, or subsequently destined for recovery, which is subject to Directive 2002/96 / EC is stored; In the first place, collectors are installed close to landfills or landfill sites or known and accessible to anyone wishing to reject the waste. These containers (1) transported by semi-trailer truck are dropped on these sites. Then full, they are routed to sorting centers that classify salvageable products for proper treatment. Each initial container has a bottom or retention tank (5). The tray is isolated by legs (7) in the form of handles used as a gripping means for moving containers. The sides (2), (3), (4) mesh are raised to form the box of the container. Possibly, before the complete closure of the container of mesh panels (8) have been arranged in order to compartmentalize the container into a modular box of volume adapted to the rejected waste. The panel (6) serving as a front door comprises a plate in solid plate which rises at the same time as the meshed sides (2), (3), (4) constituting the container.
The opening and closing of the outer mesh panels are obtained by means of hinges. The closure of the meshed sides (2), (3), (4) and the panel (6) is obtained by means of a pull lock (13). The grid (2) is equipped with the upright (15) which rise above the retention tray (5) to tilt like a ball joint at (12) and lock all mesh sides of the container.
When these panels are folded it represents a minimum volume easily transportable on a semi-trailer truck. Arrived at the site, the container is dropped, these mesh sides are unfolded and the panels (2), (3), (4), (6) are mounted and constitute the container.
The door (6) of the container is used as a ramp for storing bulky objects. The elevation of the grid elements (2), (3), (4) on the trolleys is obtained by means of manual element or moved by a suitable motorization.
The entire container is stored in a housing (9) consisting of three solid sheet elements and an inclined roof (11). D is flexible and designed to protect the three mesh sides (2), (3), (4) or sheet (6) from the outside. The inclined roof sheet (10) closes the housing (9). H is provided with access rails.
The invention thus summarized will be better understood thanks to the accompanying drawings which are presented by way of example in particular in the arrangement of compartmentalization. Figure 1 of the plate 1/3 represents the container without cover with the compartments intended to store the waste according to their volume.
Figure 2 of Plate 2/3 shows the housing covering the stored container.
Les figures 3 et 4 de la planche 3/3 représentent la charnière destinée à rabattre le montant (6) du conteneur et à le fixer par une cheville rotule (figure 3) et le mécanisme permettant au conteneur (5) d'être équipé d'une rampe avec effacement de la grille sur la plaque tôlée (6).Figures 3 and 4 of the board 3/3 show the hinge for folding the upright (6) of the container and fix it by a ball pin (Figure 3) and the mechanism for the container (5) to be equipped with a ramp with erasure of the grid on the sheet metal plate (6).
Referring to Figure 1 of the 1/3 board is shown the container (1) seen from above. This container (1) can be divided into compartments by means' of panels (8) held in a grid integral with groove sides of the container. The volume of the container when empty and without panels (8), is folded to the ground by means of mesh sides (2) and (4) which fold inwards by means of hinges.
All projected glass breaks (television tube for example) are retained by means of panels and screened walls having a mesh equal to or smaller than 50 millimeters. The fortuitous or accidental flows are recovered by means of a retention tank (5) constituting the floor of the container.
Le conteneur en se déplaçant glisse au moyen de lames de soutien (14) sous l'action des fourches du chariot élévateur manipulant le conteneur au niveau (7).The moving container slides by means of support blades (14) under the action of the forks of the forklift handling the container at (7).
When loading or unloading heavy objects, they are hoisted into the container by means of a ramp.
The grid panel (19) is connected to the panel (6) by means of hinges (18). When the plate (6) is unlocked at the latches (13), the panel (19) lowers and pivots under the plate (6).
Cette manœuvre de pivotement de la plaque (6) plat et du grillage (19) constitue le moyen de réaliser une rampe d'accès vers l'intérieur du conteneur (1).This pivoting maneuver of the flat plate (6) and the grid (19) constitutes the means of producing an access ramp towards the interior of the container (1).
The containers are stacked on a single height by means of vertical uprights (15) with bases.
The means of decreasing the volume of the container consists of successively folding the panels (3), (4), (6) and (19) pivoting on a sliding axis.
The panel (2) mesh is finally folded on the other panels (3), (4), (6) by means of a device that raises the upright (15) on the ball (20) and allows to completely close the container when it is empty and ready to be transported.
The rail (14) constitutes the guide rail of the displacement of the container.
Pour stocker vide ou plein les conteneurs on a réalisé un abri (9) représenté à la figureTo store empty or full containers has been made a shelter (9) shown in FIG
This shelter is flexible and can contain several containers. It consists of a solid plate (11) inclined protecting the container or containers against theft or bad weather. The containers slide by means of a ramp (17) which constitutes a path at the rail (14).
The grid portion (10) of the housing is protected by means of a grid. Referring to Figures (3), (4) of the board 3/3 is shown successively the ball joint device allowing the panels (2) to tilt inwardly and the movement of the grid (19) on the panel (6) transforming the latter into an access ramp.
Le pivotement de (2) est obtenu lorsque le montant (15) a glissé au niveau supérieur du trou de l'ovale (20) portés par les pieds (12).Referring to Figure 3 of the board 3/3 was designed the ball device that allows the panel (2) to lower inward of the container. This maneuver is obtained by means of hollow feet (12) which crown the upright (15). The pivoting of (2) is obtained when the upright (15) has slid to the upper level of the oval hole (20) carried by the feet (12).
Drawing 4 of the board 3/3 the drawing of the ramp to access the interior of the container.
When the container is clear of the storage hall (9) and the uprights (2), (3), (4) have been erected to allow staff to store this waste preventing the means of penetrating the said staff an access ramp has been converted.
On réalise cette rampe en déverrouillant le panneau grillagé (19) et le panneau pleinThis ramp is made by unlocking the grid panel (19) and the solid panel
(6) at the level of the locks (13). The ramp is constituted by means of panel (6) which tilts outwards while the grid panel (19) pivots on these hinges (18) integral with the panel (6). At the end of the stroke the panel (6) touches the ground and the grid panel (19) is housed under the panel (6).
