本发明涉及激光打印机用显影盒, 该显影盒可拆卸地安装于激光打 印机上, 用于向激光打印机供应碳粉, 进而把感光鼓形成的静电潜像转 换成由碳粉记录的可视图像。 背景技术 确 习知的激光打印机用显影盒, 主认要由显影单元和成像单元构成, 显 影单元主要包括碳粉仓、 搅拌架、 送粉辊本、 碳粉厚度调节板及显影辊, 这五个部件均设置于显影盒框架上。成像单元主要包括感光鼓和充电辊, 二者装设于清洁框架上。 在显影单元中, 碳粉仓提供碳粉的储藏空间和 适宜的碳粉输送通道; 搅拌架通过自身的旋转使输往显影辊的待用碳粉 均匀分布; 碳粉厚度调节板起着对显影辊提供碳粉厚度均勾的调节作用; 显影辊毗邻于感光鼓, 通过极性相反的电荷作用使碳粉吸附于感光鼓上 的静电潜像区域。 成像单元中的充电辊圆柱表面紧紧地压靠于感光鼓圆 柱表面, 并对感光鼓提供充电功能, 使感光鼓光敏区域携带上极性与碳 粉吸附的电荷极性相反的电荷。 显影单元和成像单元之间可以通过固定 或活动的连接方式构成一个包括显影单元和成像单元在内的显影盒, 也 可以通过活动的连接方式构成一个仅包括显影单元的显影盒。 前者, 即 包括显影单元和成像单元的显影盒只需与激光打印机上设置的相应电触 点和激光感应系统配合。 后者, 即仅包括显影单元的显影盒则需与激光 打印机上设置的相应电触点、 成像单元和激光感应系统配合。 两者的差 别表现为包括感光鼓和充电辊的成像单元是否与激光打印机同体设置。
在显影盒装入激光打印机的使用状态下, 感光鼓表面由充电辊均匀 地充电。 激光扫描器向感光鼓发射含有图像信息的激光, 在感光鼓表面 形成对应的静电潜像。 来自显影辊的碳粉将感光鼓上的静电潜像转换成 可视图像。 随着感光鼓的旋转, 由碳粉在感光鼓表面形成的可视图像换 位至转印辊。 经转印辊转印电压的作用, 将可视图像转印至纸张等记录 介质上, 随后经加热辊和加压辊对记录介质上的可视图像进行加热加压 后, 将可视图像完全固化于记录介质上。 这样完成一个基本成像操作。
参见图 1 , 是一种仅包括显影单元的现用激光打印机用显影盒。其框 架 1 外形与激光打印机的相应容纳部分匹配, 其上设置有碳粉仓、 搅拌 架、 送粉辊、 碳粉厚度调节板及显影辊。 沿着显影辊的轴向, 在框架 1 的一侧端壁上, 可以看到, 置放于碳粉仓中的搅拌架的一个轴向端头 11、 显影辊的一个轴向端头 12就支承于该端壁上。 显影辊和搅拌架因其各自 面对的任务有所差异, 以及显影辊表面碳粉分布的精度要求较高, 而存 在一定的空间间隔。 如此, 在该端壁上还设置一套齿轮传动装置 13, 以 实现搅拌架的轴向端头 11和显影辊的轴向端头 12之间的转动传递关系。 通常, 为了防止悬尘的附着污染, 引起显影辊和搅拌架传递失配, 在框 架 1的该对应端壁上都设置有通过螺栓或螺钉 3固定于框架 1上的端盖 2。 另一方面, 端盖 2上同时设置有利于显影盒在激光打印机上安装定位 的装配孔。
由于激光打印机型号和款式的变化, 端盖 2 上的装配孔也存在较大 的位置差异。 例如与 EPSON C - 900/1900和 Minolta2300/2350型打印机 对应的显影盒, 其相应端盖 2上均设置有两个装配孔 21、 22和 2Γ、 22 (参见图 2、 3、 4、 5)。 装配孔 21、 22和 2Γ、 22 的位置, 都位于端盖 2沿显影辊轴向的外侧并远离用于支撑显影辊轴向端头 12的安装孔, 然 而二者却分布于端盖 2 的不同周沿位置。 由此, 主要结构相同的激光打 印机, 仅仅由于端盖装配孔的位置差异就可能产生多款与之对应的显影 盒, 从而降低了显影盒的通用性, 用户也会由于显影盒的专用性而遭遇 购买不便以及成本增加的问题。 装配孔的特点要求安装和维修工作极为 精细, 否则, 同型号的显影盒也会因为装配孔的位置差异而不能用于与 其对应的激光打印机, 造成不必要的损失。 发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种与激光打印机具有较强定位适配性的激光 打印机用显影盒。
按照上述目的, 本发明的激光打印机用显影盒, 包括均设置于显影 盒框架 1 上的用于储存碳粉的碳粉仓、 用于搅拌和输送碳粉的搅拌架、 用于向显影辊输送碳粉的送粉辊、 用于将碳粉转换至感光鼓的显影辊、 用于调节显影辊表面碳粉层厚度的调节板。 显影盒框架 1 上设置有齿轮 传动装置 13 的一端配设有带有装配孔的端盖 2。 装配孔的数量为三个 21、、、 22、、、 23、、, 它们都位于端盖 2沿显影辊轴向的外侧, 同时都远 离用于支撑显影辊轴向端头 12的安装孔 24一,而都靠近端盖 2的径向边 沿。 沿端盖 2的周边方向, 装配孔 2Γ '、 22" , 23—的距离与激光打印 机的相应定位块适应。 附图说明

参见图 1、 6, 本发明激光打印机用显影盒及其端盖结构示意图, 与 现有技术相同的构件部分采用相同的标记。
见图 1 ,显影盒框架 1外形与激光打印机的相应容纳部分匹配, 其上 设置有用于储存碳粉的碳粉仓、 用于搅拌和输送碳粉的搅拌架、 用于向 显影辊输送碳粉的送粉辊、 用于将碳粉转换至感光鼓的显影辊、 用于调 节显影辊表面碳粉层厚度的调节板。 沿着显影辊的轴向, 在框架 1 的一 侧端壁上, 可以看到, 置放于碳粉仓中的搅泮架的一个轴向端头 11、 显 影辊的一个轴向端头 12就支承于该端壁上。 显影辊和搅拌架在垂直于其 轴向的方向上存在一定的空间间隔, 与此空间间隔对应, 在上述对应端 壁上还设置一套齿轮传动装置 13,用以实现搅拌架轴向端头 11和显影辊 轴向端头 12之间的转动传递关系。在框架 1的上述端壁上设置有通过螺 栓或螺钉 3固定于框架 1上的端盖 2。
见图 6, 端盖 2上设置有三个装配孔 2Γ '、 22" , 23、、。 在显影盒 安装于打印机上的状态下, 它们都位于端盖 2沿显影辊轴向的外侧, 同 W 时都远离用于支撑显影辊轴向端头 12 的安装孔 24、', 而都靠近端盖 2 的径向边沿, 即都基本位于沿端盖 2 的周边方向的同一条曲线上。 沿端 盖 2的周边方向, 装配孔 2Γ 22、、、 23 的距离与同类外形和同种功 能的打印机型号的显影盒容纳空间相互对应。 因此, 沿端盖 2周边方向, 装配孔 2Γ、、 22" , 23 的距离与激光打印机的相应定位块适应, 有利 于与主要结构相同的多种型号的激光打印机中设置的定位块适配, 完成 显影盒与激光打印机的定位安装。 例如, 该显影盒可以取代具有专用性 质的 EPSON C- 900/1900和 Minolta2300/2350型激光打印机用特定显影 盒, 而同时适用于 EPSON C - 900/1900和 Minolta2300/2350两种型号的 打印机。 工业应用性
本发明激光打印机用显影盒, 在显影盒原有端盖装配孔基础上, 增 设了一个装配孔, 将其适用性扩展至同类外形和同种功能的各厂商生产 的打印机。 如此, 可以避免用户在采购显影盒时难于买到特定用品的烦 恼。 此外, 改进后的显影盒基本不受打印机型号的限制, 因打印机装配 孔原因造成的显影盒定位问题得以解决, 有利于原材料的集约利用, 降 低生产成本。

设置于显影盒框架(1 )上的用于储存碳粉的碳粉仓、用于搅拌和输送碳 粉的搅拌架、用于向显影辊输送碳粉的送粉辊、用于将碳粉转换至感光鼓的显 影辊、 用于调节显影辊表面碳粉层厚度的调节板;
所述显影盒框架(1 )上设置有齿轮传动装置(13)的一端配设有带有装 配孔的端盖 (2);
其特征在于:
