Abstract

The invention relates to a novel system for the construction of reinforced concrete walls, using lightweight concrete permanent formwork. The inventive system consists of a set of parts comprising parts which form part of the resulting wall and parts which are used to construct same, but which do not form part of the resulting concrete wall. The invention includes methods of installing the parts and of constructing the more complex structures required for the construction of a dwelling or any type of building. The inventive reinforced concrete wall construction system simplifies the technique currently used since it involves a shorter construction time and requires less manpower and machinery. In addition, it is possible to apply the weight of the concrete at the site of the building, thereby enabling light parts to be handled during construction.
