La présente invention concerne un dispositif de lampe plate pour écran LCD à matrice active à nanotubes de carbone permettant d’éliminer une rémanence à l’extinction, le dispositif de lampe plate présentant une grande uniformité et une faible consommation d’énergie. Le dispositif de lampe plate pour écran LCD à matrice active à nanotubes de carbone comprend : une électrode de cathode, des nanotubes de carbone disposés sur l’électrode de cathode ; une électrode de grille disposée sur les nanotubes de carbone pour induire une émission d’électrons par les nanotubes de carbone ; une électrode d’anode disposée sur l’électrode de grille pour accélérer les électrons émis par les nanotubes à carbone ; une couche de phosphore formée sur une surface inférieure de l’électrode d’anode pour induire une collision avec les électrons accélérés afin d’émettre de la lumière ; et une unité de commande appliquant une impulsion de tension à l’électrode de cathode afin que la couche de phosphore émette de la lumière.
