Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un support de stockage de données holographiques. Ledit procédé consiste: a) à fournir un substrat optiquement transparent comprenant au moins un colorant photochimiquement actif; et b) à irradier le substrat optiquement transparent à au moins une longueur d'onde à laquelle ledit substrat présente une absorbance comprise dans une plage d'environ 0,1 à1 afin de produire un substrat optiquement transparent modifié comprenant au moins une donnée optique lisible et au moins un photoproduit du colorant photochimiquement actif. La longueur d'onde est comprise dans une plage allant d'environ 300 nanomètres à 800 nanomètres. Le substrat optiquement transparent présente une épaisseur d'au moins 100 micromètres, et comprend le colorant photochimiquement actif selon une quantité correspondant à environ 0,1 à 10 % en poids sur la base du poids total dudit substrat optiquement transparent.
