步骤 (201a, 201b), 终端 MSUA1通过多媒体消息接口向接入的 WAP网关发送多 媒体消息提交请求消息(MMl-Submit.REQ),其中携带发送的多媒体消息,接入的 WAP 网关向终端 MSUA1回送多媒体消息提交响应消息 (MMl-Submit.RES);
步骤(202a, 202b), 接入的 WAP网关通过多媒体消息接口向 Originator MMSC发 送提交请求消息 (Cl-Submit.REQ), 其中携带发送的多媒体消息, Originator MMSC向 WAP网关返回提交请求响应消息 (Cl-Submit.RES);
步骤 (203a, 203b), Originator MMSC向 Recipient MMSC发送多媒体消息转发请 求消息 (MM4-Forward.REQ ), 其中携带发送的多媒体消息, Recipient MMSC 回送 Originator MMSC转发请求响应消息 (MM4-Forwani.RES);
步骤 (204a, 204b ) , Recipient MMSC 向 WAP 网关发送多媒体消息通知消息
(Cl-Notification.REQ), WAP 网关向 Recipient MMSC返回多媒体消息通知响应消息 (Cl-Notification.RES );
步骤 (205a, 205b) , WAP 网关向短消息中心 SMSC 发送多媒体消息通知消息 (C2-Notification.REQ), 短消息中心 SMSC向 WAP网关回送多媒体消息通知响应消息 (C2-Notification.RES );
步骤 (206a, 206b), 短消息中心 SMSC向接收方终端 MSUA2发送多媒体消息通 知消息(MM1- Notification.REQ),其中携带 Recipient MMSC的地址,接收方终端 MSUA2 回送多媒体消息通知响应消息 ( MM1 -Notification.RES );
步骤(207a, 207b) , 接收方终端 MSUA2向 WAP网关发送多媒体消息下发请求消 息 (MM1- Retrieve.REQ), 在 Recipient MMSC下发多媒体消息后, WAP网关向接收方 终端 MSUA2下发多媒体消息请求确认消息 (MMl-Retrieve.RES );
步骤 (208a, 208b ) , WAP 网关向 Recipient MMSC 发送多媒体消息请求消息 (Cl-Retrieve.REQ), Recipient MMSC向 WAP网关下发多媒体消息(Cl-Retrieve.RES); 步骤 209, 步骤 210, 接收方终端 MSUA2通过 WAP网关向 Recipient MMSC发送 多媒体消息接收确认消息 (MMl-Achnowlwgement.REQ), 其中携带的多媒体消息中心 地址为 Recipient MMSC通过通知消息发送给该接收方终端 MSUA2的;
后续步骤(211a, 211b)到步骤(214a, 214b)为计费触发, 向发送方终端 MSUA1 返回多媒体消息传送报告, 这里不再详述。
上述过程中接收方终端 MSUA1在接到接收方多媒体消息中心 Recipient MMSC发 送的多媒体消息到来的通知消息(MMl-Nofication.REQ)里携带该接收方多媒体消息中 心地址, 并在终端下发多媒体消息确认消息(MMl-RetrieveJRES)里携带接收方多媒体 消息中心地址, 该地址存贮在用户不能修改的存储区域, 用户提取多媒体消息后, 也要 以这个多媒体消息中心地址, 返回接收确认消息给接收方多媒体消息中心, 由于用户无 法修改这个地址。这样即使用户在接到新的多媒体到来的通知后修改了自己的终端上原 先设置的接收方多媒体消息中心地址, 接收方多媒体消息中心也能收到响应进行计费, 从而避免了恶意逃费事件的发生。
本发明提供一种多媒体消息中心及接收所述多媒体消息中心下发的多媒体消息的 终端, 其一种实施例模块示意图如图 3所示, 其中多媒体消息中心包括- 多媒体消息接收模块, 用于从发送端多媒体消息中心接收多媒体消息;
多媒体消息处理模块, 用于对多媒体消息接收模块接收到的多媒体消息进行发送相 关处理;
多媒体消息通知模块,用于在多媒体消息接收模块接收到多媒体消息后发送承载有 多媒体消息中心地址的多媒体消息通知给接收终端;在所述通知接收方终端的通知消息 (MMl_notification.REQ) 中扩展的元素如表 1所示, 扩展元素为接收方多媒体消息中 心地址信元 ( Recipient MMSC address ):

所述接收所述多媒体消息中心下发的多媒体消息的终端设置有:
终端消息处理模块, 用于进行多媒体消息的接收 /发送相关操作;
还包括:
多媒体消息响应模块, 用于在接收到携带有多媒体消息中心地址信息的消息通知 后, 发送携带有所述多媒体消息中心地址的响应消息给所述多媒体消息中心。 所述响应 消息中扩展的元素如表 2 所示, 扩展元素为新增的接收方多媒体消息中心地址信元 (Recipient MMSC address):

综上,本发明接收方多媒体消息中心在通知接收方终端用户或者下发多媒体消息到 接收方终端时, 携带接收方多媒体消息中心的地址, 发送给接收方终端并保存在终端用 户不能修改的存储区, 接收方终端按上述地址, 返回多媒体接收确认消息到接收方多媒 体消息中心, 可避免用户恶意逃费。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收方终端归属的多媒体消息中心通知该接收方终端接收多媒体消息;
接收方终端根据所述通知向其归属的所述多媒体消息中心请求获取多媒体消息; 接收方终端归属的所述多媒体消息中心向该接收方终端发送其请求的多媒体消息; 接收方终端接收所述多媒体消息后,根据其归属的所述多媒体消息中心下发的该消 息中心的地址, 向该多媒体消息中心确认接收到多媒体消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收方终端归 属的多媒体消息中心下发的该消息中心的地址是通过通知接收方终端接收多媒体消息 的通知消息携带下发给该接收方终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知消息中通 过扩展增加该通知消息的接收方多媒体消息中心地址信元携带所述多媒体消息中心地 址。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收方终端归 属的多媒体消息中心下发的该消息中心的地址是通过下发多媒体消息携带下发给该接 收方终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 所述下发多媒体消 息中通过扩展增加该下发多媒体消息的接收方多媒体消息中心地址信元携带所述多媒 体消息中心地址。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒 体消息为发送方终端发送来的多媒体消息。
7、 根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的多媒体消息接收方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒 体消息为业务提供商发送来的多镍体消息。
8、 一种多媒体消息中心, 包括:
多媒体消息接收模块, 用于接收多媒体消息;
多媒体消息处理模块, 用于对多媒体消息接收模块接收到的多媒体消息进行发送相 关处理; 其特征在于, 所述多媒体消息中心还包括:
多媒体消息通知模块, 用于在接收到多媒体消息后向接收终端发送承载有多媒体消 息中心地址的多媒体通知消息。 '
9、 一种利用如权利要求 8所述的多媒体消息中心进行多媒体消息处理方法, 其特 征在于, 包括:
多媒体消息中心接收多媒体消息;
多媒体消息中心发送携带有所述多媒体消息中心地址的多媒体通知消息给接收终 端0
10、一种接收如权利要求 8所述的多媒体消息中心发送的多媒体消息的终端,包括: 终端消息处理模块, 用于进行多媒体消息的接收 /发送相关操作;
其特征在于, 所述终端还包括- 多媒体消息响应模块, 用于在接收到携带有多媒体消息中心地址信息的消息通知 后, 发送携带有所述多媒体消息中心地址的响应消息给所述多媒体消息中心。
11、 一种如权利要求 10所述终端进行消息接收的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收多媒体消息中心发送的携带有所述多媒体消息中心地址的消息;
发送携带有所述多媒体消息中心地址的响应消息给所述多媒体消息中心。
