Abstract

The invention relates to a removable dust collecting receptacle (3) which can be inserted into the lower part (1) of a vacuum cleaner, comprising a centrifugal force separator (2) though which the dust can be separated from the dust-charged air in the dust collecting receptacle (3) and the purified air can be emitted into the environment via a low pressure chamber (7). Said dust collecting receptacle (3) can be received by the centrifugal force separator (2) in a separated manner and is fixed to the lower part (1) of the vacuum cleaner by means of a detachable securing element (5, 8). As a result, the dust collecting receptacle (3) at least partially takes on the functions of a vacuum cleaner cover.

The invention relates to a vacuum cleaner with a removable dust collector and with a centrifugal separator according to the preamble of claim 1.

There are already various designs of dust collection containers in so-called bagless vacuum cleaners, which work with centrifugal separators. For a large part of these vacuum cleaners, the dust collector is combined directly with the centrifugal separator and designed as one component. The separator is located, for example, inside the dust collector, the dirt is collected in the container surrounding the separator. This structure has the disadvantage that when a removal of the dust collection container for emptying the dust and the centrifugal separator is removed with. As a result, the entire part to be removed is quite heavy and unwieldy. In addition, the structure of the combined component is quite complex and therefore expensive to develop.

A further advantageous embodiment of the dust collection container comprises a receptacle for a fine dust filter, which cleans the exiting from the outlet of the centrifugal separator air again. The fact that the dust collecting container provides the functionality of providing a receptacle for the particulate matter filter, the structure of a conventional bagless vacuum cleaner can be largely taken over when the vacuum cleaner is converted into a bagless vacuum cleaner. It can be avoided that the fine dust filter, which is not necessary in a bagged vacuum cleaner in this form, must be integrated into the vacuum cleaner housing. Figure 1 shows a vacuum cleaner, which was developed from the lower part 1 of a conventional vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner bag. On the lower part 1, a separator 2 is placed, through which the dusty air entering from a dust pipe is separated by centrifugal forces into a dust content and purified air. The separated dust content is discharged from the centrifugal separator unit 2 into a dust collecting box 3. The dust collection box 3 can be removed via a handle 4 arranged in the center of the vacuum cleaner. The dust collection box 3 is connected via a latching hook 5 with the lower part 1. The latching connection is formed by the latching hook 5 engages in a non-seeing latching tab on the lower part 1.

In the inserted state, the dust collection box 3 is connected via a seal 6 with the lower part 1 in conjunction and forms together with him a vacuum chamber 7.
