Abstract

La présente invention concerne un manchon de ramification (10) conçu pour réaliser un processus de sertissage autour de deux sections de conducteur électriquement conductrices parallèles l'une à l'autre. Le manchon comporte un premier évidement en forme de rainure (12) se connectant à un second évidement en forme de rainure (13) et à une partie ouverte (14) s'étendant entre lesdits évidements. Le premier évidement (12) est conçu pour embrasser ou entourer librement une première section de conducteur, et le second évidement (13) est conçu pour embrasser ou entourer librement une seconde section de conducteur, chacun desdits évidements (12, 13) possédant une zone d'ouverture épousant et dépassant la zone la plus importante de section de conducteur, pour laquelle le manchon est dimensionné. Le manchon est sous forme de chiffre trois' stylisé en coupe transversale. La répartition de matériau autour desdits évidements (12, 13) du manchon de ramification ou manchon dit en forme de 3 (10) de même que la forme et l'orientation desdits évidements sont adaptées l'une à l'autre pour créer des réductions d'accumulation de matériau (C, D, E, F) entre autres adjacents et à une faible distance de ladite partie ouverte (14), et pour augmenter les accumulations de matériau (A, B) au niveau desdites parties pieds (16, 16a).
