- Cooking devices comprise one or more heaters that execute the cooking process by means of convection, and the food is cooked by the heat transfer created between the air heated by the heater and the foods to be cooked.

- a fan is positioned in the area of the heater, providing the air heated by the heater to be distributed throughout the cooking chamber homogeneously by means of the actuation of the fan and to increase the heat transfer from the heated air to the food to be cooked.

Accordingly, the hot air flowing over the heater and activated by the fan can be delivered to the blowing holes to be blown into the cooking chamber without losing its retained heat energy. The temperature difference between the air activated in the vicinity of the heater and the air reaching the blowing holes is minimized, providing a homogeneous heat distribution and an economy in energy consumption.
- Heaters may be fed by a single energy source or by separate energy sources. This provides for economizing the energy consumption by operating only the heater in the region where necessary.
- the guides are positioned at the backside of the rear wall such that the air activated by the fan outflows from the blowing holes in nearly equal amounts and at nearly equal temperatures.
- the guides having a structure that makes it easier for guiding the flow of the air, act like a channel through which air flows. Therefore, the air is heated as it is delivered to the blowing holes.
- the channels formed on the rear wall are no longer necessary for the delivery of the fan activated air to the blowing holes.
- the function of these channels is implemented more efficiently by the guides.
- the present invention provides for the equal delivery of the air to the blowing holes on the rear wall with nearly the same temperature as the heat source and also provides the distribution of the hot air homogeneously in the cooking chamber by means of blowing the air having nearly the same temperature from all of the holes.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson (1) qui assure une distribution homogène d'air chaud dans une chambre de cuisson (3) par distribution d'une quantité égale d'air dans les orifices de soufflage disposés sur la paroi arrière (4) et par soufflage de l'air à une température identique depuis l'ensemble des orifices de soufflage (8).
