Abstract

L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, cette soupape comprenant une cage (1) dans laquelle est monté un pointeau de soupape (20) externe qui coopère avec une surface d'étanchéité (27) externe comprenant un siège (18) de soupape pour commander au moins une ouverture d'injection (21) externe. Dans le pointeau de soupape (20) externe est disposé un pointeau de soupape (22) interne qui coopère également avec le siège (18) de soupape et commande ainsi l'ouverture d'au moins une ouverture d'injection (23) interne. Le pointeau de soupape (20) externe est entouré d'une cavité sous pression (10) remplie de carburant sous haute pression et reliée à une cavité intermédiaire (31) formée entre le pointeau de soupape (20) externe et le pointeau de soupape (22) interne, par au moins un conduit transversal (32) façonné dans le pointeau de soupape (20) externe. Entre le conduit transversal (32) et la surface d'étanchéité (27) externe, une pluralité d'alésages transversaux (40) sont formés dans le pointeau de soupape (20) externe, ces alésages reliant la cavité intermédiaire (31) et la cavité sous pression (10).
