Abstract

Le dispositif appliqué pour l'immobilisation de niveau et la correction d'extrémités utilisé en médecine humaine et vétérinaire permet de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés à ce jour, liés à la pratique de la médecine lors de l'immobilisation d'extrémités fracturées ou blessées le plus souvent par un appareil plâtré , comme la perturbation des processus physiologiques dans le tissu qui est pressé et soumis à des charges par application d'un appareil plâtré compact et lourd. Les attelles (2) rigides, plates, de niveau, installées le long d'une extrémité fracturée ou blessée adhèrent à cette dernière de manière stable, égale, étant donné que lesdites attelles sont serrées par au minimum une pièce de spirale élastique (1) enroulée autour de l'extrémité. Ainsi, les fragments osseux sont fixés de manière appropriée (d'un point de vue anatomique) sans chirurgie, et ni le flux sanguin ni la respiration de la peau au niveau de l'extrémité traitée ne sont perturbés. En fonction de l'orthèse, ledit dispositif est appliqué pour la correction de contractions d'articulations présentant une déflexion pouvant aller jusqu'à 20 degrés et ainsi il peut être plus efficace, plus pratique et plus économique que les orthèses utilisées à ce jour.
