技术领域
本发明涉及一种家具,具体地说是一种靠背倾斜度可以如意调节靠背倾斜度的坐卧器 具。 它适用于椅、 躺椅、 沙发, 特别适用于依壁放置的床。
背景技术
现代人们的卧室陈设, 床前不能缺少电视机, 喜欢在床上看电视, 有些人还欢喜上床 看书阅报。 由于床靠背是固定的, 不能调节倾斜度, 人们只得用靠垫来弥补。 但得不到如 意倾斜度, 无法达到舒适靠背。 虽然也有各种传统的坐椅和躺椅可调节靠背的倾斜度, 但 都无法适用依壁放置的床靠背。 如有一种躺椅, 其靠背与坐躺面间有一可旋转的轴, 靠背 髙度可以调节。 当靠背放低时, 靠背前部位置后移; 靠背调高时, 靠背前部位置前移。 这 就带来一些问题: 位置前移会使使用者观看前面景物的间距缩短; 位置后移时, 若躺椅靠 壁放置则无法实现, 若将躺椅拉开离壁放置, 一使室内不整齐, 二若对床来说, 拉开会受 到房间空间的限制而不允许。另外,拉开肯定缩短观看电视的距离。也有调节倾斜度的床, 大多是调节床面架的前面部分, 这样的床同样存在上述问题。 而且, 床上部摇起时, 连同 席梦思床垫一起摇起, 这将是不可想象的情况。 中国专利 ZL94209103.5 , ZL03273833.1 公开了一种床头靠背处设置类似靠背板的装置, 平时靠背板与床头架平行与床面垂直放 置, 需要调节床头靠背倾斜度时, 靠背板能从底部掀起与床面形成倾斜度。 虽然能解决一 部分问题, 但由于靠背板均以其上端为中心旋转式掀起, 靠背板上端高度始终未能降下, 使用时上部太高, 更严重的是, 其下部未能与床面连接, 无法实现舒适靠背。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是弥补上述缺陷,向社会提供一种能依壁放置的能任意调 整躺椅、 沙发及床的靠背之倾斜度, 且靠背倾斜度调整时, 靠背下端始终于其坐躺面平面 上平行, 靠背上端能配合靠背下端平行而同步升降的坐卧器具。
本发明是这样实现的, 它包括靠背、 坐躺面、 靠背柱、 靠背柱横樑、 坐躺面樑, 所述 的靠背柱之间由靠背柱横樑连接组成设置靠背的靠背框, 所述的坐躺面樑连接靠背框组成 设置坐躺面的架。 其特征在于: 靠背下端在坐躺面平面上前后平行的平行机构和靠背上端 配合靠背下端平行的同歩升降机构。
所述的靠背下端在坐躺面平面上前后平行的平行机构包括支承臂和支承臂操纵器。 所 述的靠背下端在坐躺面平面上前后平行的平行机构中支承臂可以是卧式单体支承臂或卧 式铰链折叠支承臂, 也可以是立式支承臂。 所述的靠背下端在坐躺面平面上前后平行的平 行机构中支承臂操纵器可以是: 丝杆操纵器; 或者是迂迴拉索操纵器; 或者是液压或气压 缸操纵器; 也可以是蜗杆操纵器。
所述的平行机构可以是, 靠背柱横樑二侧的卧式单体支承臂的一端各铰接靠背框下端 左、 右铰链, 支承臂另一端转轴顶端各有左螺紋丝杆螺母、 右螺紋丝杆螺母配于设置在靠 背下端的左、 右螺纹丝杆操纵器。 也可以是靠背柱横樑二恻的卧式单体支承臂的一端各铰 接靠背框下端左、 右铰链, 支承臂另一端转轴顶端的左、 右导套配于设置在靠背下端的横 导柱上, 所述的左、 右导套各系于靠背下端一侧滑轮输出的迂迴拉索操纵器。 也可以是: 靠背柱横樑二侧的卧式单体支承臂的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链, 支承臂另一 端转轴顶端的左、 右导套配于设置在靠背下端的橫导柱上, 其设置于靠背横樑上的卧式双 向液压或气压缸操纵器的左、 右缸柱端头铰接左、 右连杆, 连杆另一端铰接于, 支承臂与 靠背框下端左、 右铰链铰接部上段的铰链或铰接于, 支承臂铰接的靠背框下端左、 右铰链 所伸出的尾部。 也可以是靠背柱横樑二侧的卧式单体支承臂的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链, 支承臂另一端转轴顶端的左、 右导套配于设置在靠背下端的横导柱上, 所述的支 承臂所铰接的、 在靠背框两侧的铰链之轴腔局部外径上各有左向、 右向蜗轮, 配于靠背柱 横樑上蜗杆轴两侧的左、 右螺紋蜗杆操纵器。 也可以是- 靠背柱横樑二侧的卧式铰链折叠支承臂的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链, 另一端 转轴顶端连接靠背铰链, 设置于靠背柱横樑上的卧式双向液压或气压缸操纵器的左、 右缸 柱端头铰接左、 右连杆, 连杆另一端铰接于, 支承臂与靠背框下端左、 右铰链铰接部上段 的铰链或铰接于, 支承臂铰接的靠背框下端左、 右铰链所伸出的尾部。 也可以是: 靠背柱 横樑二侧的卧式铰链折叠支承臂的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链, 另一端转轴顶端连 接靠背铰链, 所述的支承臂所铰接的、 在靠背框两侧的铰链之轴腔局部外径上各有左向、 右向蜗轮, 配于靠背柱横樑上蜗杆轴两侧的左、 右螺紋蜗杆操纵器。 也可以是:

本发明的平行机构操纵靠背下端在坐躺面上前后平行时, 同步升降机构使靠背上端配 合靠背下端平行。 所述的同步升降机构是: 靠背两侧上端横 "T"型导柱运行于两侧靠背 柱内侧的道轨。 也可以是: 靠背两侧上端铰链的铰链轴一端连接滑轮架, 所述的滑轮架两 端滑轮运行于两侧靠背柱内侧导轨。 也可以是: 靠背两侧上端方型壳体铰链动配于铰链外 壳内腔, 其铰链轴端的滑轮运行于两侧靠背柱内侧导轨。 所述的方型壳体铰链与靠背之间 有靠背压弹簧和斜度推块配合斜度靠背柱锁, 靠背柱锁设有靠背柱锁复位压弹簧。 也可以 是- 靠背上端两侧铰链的铰链轴连接靠背柱外径动配的导套。 也可以是: 靠背两侧上端铰 接滑轮架铰链, 滑轮架平行滑轮运行于与靠背背面相对的导轨, 所述的滑轮架设有一锁住 道轨的凸轮锁扳手。 还可以是: 靠背两侧上端铰接靠背导柱顶端铰链, 其导柱动插配于靠 背柱内径, 所述的导柱下端和靠背柱上端口有轴行滑轮的结构。

为随着天气冷暖变化调整床垫厚薄的需要, 所述的靠背柱横樑二端设有靠背下端与坐 躺面之间间距调节装置。 该装置包括: 靠背柱横樑两端开口抱套套配靠背柱外径, 所述的 抱套幵口两侧两耳有紧固件。 也可以是: 靠背柱横樑两端套筒动配于靠背柱外径, 所述的 两端套筒有配合轴连同步齿轮的齿轮腔, 同步齿轮与设于两侧的靠背柱上的直行齿条吻 合, 所述的两侧套筒还装有靠背下端与坐躺面间距的定位凸轮扳手。
为了适应各类使用者的不同需求,提高产品的灵活性, 可将本发明设计成一个产品上 有几个各自可调节的靠背。 该结构可以是在所述的两侧靠背柱之间增设双道轨的靠背柱, 所述的双道轨靠背柱下端连接靠背柱横樑, 所述的双道轨靠背柱与两侧靠背柱之间设并列 的双靠背, 双靠背各自设一平行机构, 也可以设同一平行机构。 还可以是设二个以上双道 轨靠背柱, 配以三个以上靠背。
本发明由于靠背下端在坐躺面平面上前后平行的平行机构和靠背上端配合靠背下端 平行的同步升降机构二者的结合, 解决了依壁固定放置的靠背倾斜度调节问题。 提供了一 种新颖倾斜度无级可调的如意靠背, 它使用面广, 实用价值高。 而且结构简单, 手动或电 动操纵, 操作方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例 1 :
如图 1一图 18为本发明的实施方式, 且还对某些局部结构提供了多种可替代或可以 组合应用的具体实施方式。 包括: 靠背 10、 坐躺面 13、 靠背柱 2、 靠背柱横樑 5、 坐躺面 樑 14, 所述的靠背柱 2之间由靠背柱横樑 5连接组成设置靠背 10的靠背框, 所述的坐躺 面樑 14连接靠背框组成设置坐躺面 13的架。 其特征在于: 靠背 10下端在坐躺面 13平面 上前后平行的平行机构和靠背 10上端配合靠背 10下端平行的同步升降机构。 所述的平行 机构是,靠背柱横樑 5二侧的卧式单体支承臂 4a的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、右垂直铰链 3a轴 11,支承臂 4a另一端转轴 7顶端各有左螺纹丝杆螺母、右螺紋丝杆螺母 6a配于设置 在靠背 10下端的左、 右螺紋丝杆 8操纵器。 所述的左、 右螺紋丝杆 8的两侧为一侧是左 螺紋, 另一侧为右螺紋。 丝杆 8的任何一端可以用圆盘 15或摇手 12手动, 也可以设电动 机驱动。 所述的同步升降机构是: 靠背 10两侧上端横 "T"型导柱 9运行于两侧靠背柱 2 内侧的道轨 1。 坐躺面架下设腿 16(图 1)。顺逆摇动摇手 12或圆盘 15, 随着左、 右螺紋丝 杆 8转动, 左、 右螺紋螺母 6a左、 右向外运行。 螺母 6a左、 右向外运行牵动左、 右卧式 单体支承臂 4a渐渐打幵。卧式单体支承臂 4a渐渐打开推动靠背 10下端在坐躺面平面上缓 缓向前平行移动。 与此同时, 横 "T"型导柱 9在两侧靠背柱 2的内侧导轨 1中向下同步 滑动, 使靠背 10上端配合靠背 10下端向前平行。 反方向摇动摇手或圆盘, 左、 右螺紋螺 母 6a就会在丝杆 8上向内运行。 此时, 靠背 10下端向后平行, 其上端则同步上升。 如此 实现了靠背 10倾斜角度的任意调节。
如图 1所述的坐卧器具, 其"平行机构"可以由其它结构形式的平行机构来代替。 ①、 它可以是如图 2所示, 迂迴拉索操纵器操纵二个卧式单体支承臂 4a结构。 靠背柱横樑 5 二侧的卧式单体支承臂 4a的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链 3a, 支承臂 4a另一端转轴 7顶端的左、 右导套 6b, 配于设置在靠背 10下端的横导柱 32上, 所述的左、 右导套 6b 各系于靠背 10下端一侧滑轮 30输出的迂迴拉索 31操纵器 (图 2)。 拉索可以是绳索、 钢丝 绳索或链条。 拉索操纵器 31的循环系动, 操纵左、 右导套 6b左右向外运行或从左右向内 运行, 牵动靠背 10下端前后平行。 拉索 31操纵器的系动可以采用传统技术的绞盘或链轮 相连摇手 12或圆盘 15手动, 也可以设置电动机的电动结构。
②、 也可以是: 图 2结合图 3, 液压或气压缸操纵器操纵二个卧式单支承臂 ½结构。 靠背柱横樑 5二侧的卧式单体支承臂 4a的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链 3a, 支承臂 4a另一端转轴 7顶端的左、右导套 6b配于设置在靠背 10下端的横导柱 32上 (如图 2)。其 设置于靠背横樑 5上的卧式双向液压或气压缸 37操纵器的左、 右缸柱 36端头 39铰接左、 右连杆 40, 连杆 40另一端铰接于, 支承臂 4a与铰链 3a铰接部上段的铰链 41(操纵器如图 3); 或铰接于,支承臂 4a铰接的铰链 3a所伸出的尾部 62(如图 8)。所述的双向液压或气压 缸 37操纵器有注入、 输出液、 气体双向阀 38, 液、 气体的注入或输出使缸柱 36伸、 缩工 作, 由连杆 40传递给支承臂 4a, 牵动靠背 10下端前后平行 (图 3虚线图为支承臂 4b运行 状态)。液、气体的注入、输出可采用现有技术的手泵或釆用液、气体自流阀。开启自流阀, 扳动靠背 10至所需倾斜度, 然后关闭自流阀即可。 或者采用电动液、 气压泵。
③、 也可以是: 图 2结合图 4, 蜗杆操纵器操纵二个卧式单体支承臂 4a结构。靠背柱 横樑 5二侧的卧式单体支承臂 4a的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、 右铰链 3a, 支承臂 4a另一 端转轴 7顶端的左、 右导套 6b配于设置在靠背 10下端的横导柱 32上 (图 2), 所述的支承 臂 4a所铰接的、 在靠背框两侧的铰链 3a之轴腔周部外径上各有左向、 右向蜗轮 42, 配于 靠背柱横樑 5上蜗杆轴 44两侧的左、右螺纹蜗杆 43操纵器 (操纵器如图 4);所述的蜗杆操 纵器是: 轴承架设置于靠背柱横樑 5两端, 蜗杆轴 44就安装于两端的轴承架上, 轴端配 圆盘 15或摇手 12可手动, 也可设电机以电动机驱动, 只要顺逆旋转蜗杆轴 44即能通过 蜗杆 43, 启动蜗轮 42支承臂 (如图 4中的虚线图和箭头)。
④、 平行机构也可以是如图 3所示: 液、 气压缸操纵器操纵二个卧式铰链折叠支承臂 4b结构。靠背柱横樑 5二侧的卧式铰链 35折叠支承臂 4b的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、右 铰链 3b;另一端转轴 61顶端连接靠背铰链 34(如图 7),设置于靠背柱横樑 5上的卧式双向 液压或气压缸 37操纵器的左、 右缸柱 36端头 39铰接左、 右连杆 40, 连杆 40另一端铰接 于,支承臂 4b与铰链 3b铰接部上段的铰链 41(图 3); 或铰接于, 支承臂 4b铰接的铰链 3b 所伸出的尾部 62(如图 8方式)。 其操纵原理如②所述。
⑤、 也可以是: 图 3结合图 4, 蜗杆操纵器操纵二个卧式铰链折叠支承臂 4b的结构。 靠背柱横樑 5二侧的卧式铰链 35折叠支承臂 4b的一端各铰接靠背框下端左、右铰链 3b (如 图 3); 另一端转轴 61顶端连接靠背铰链 34(如图 7), 所述的支承臂 4b所铰接的、 在靠背 框两侧的铰链 3b之轴腔局部外径上各有左向、 右向蜗轮 42, 配于靠背柱横樑 5上蜗杆轴 44两侧的左、 右螺纹蜗杆 43操人器 (操纵器如图 4)。 其操纵原理已在③中叙述。
⑥、 ⑦, 平行机构也可以是: 丝杆操纵器操纵单个卧式单体支承臂 4a; 迂迴拉索操纵 器操纵单个卧式单体支承臂 4a。 卧式单体支承臂 4a—端铰接靠背柱横樑 5中部铰链 3', 另一端转轴 7顶端的丝杆螺母 6a配于靠背 10下端的丝杆操纵器。 也可以是: 卧式单体支 承臂 ½一端铰接靠背柱横樑 5中部铰链 3',另一端转轴 7顶端的导套 6b配于靠背 10下端 的导柱 32上, 所述的导套 6b由靠背 10下端一侧滑轮 30所输出的迂迴拉索 31操纵器单 路相系。 以上二个 "平行机构"技术方案无图, 但分别是图 1、 图 2中技术方案之一半的 结构。 所不同的是将支承臂铰接在靠背柱横樑 5的中部。
⑧、 ⑨, 平行机构也可以是: 图 2或图 3单个结合图 4的单恻, 蜗杆操纵器操纵单个 卧式单体支承臂 4a、 单个卧式铰链折叠支承臂 4b。 卧式单体支承臂 4a—端转轴 7顶端的 导套 6b配于靠背 10下端的导柱 32, 或卧式铰链 35折叠支承臂 4b—端转轴 61顶端连接 靠背铰链 34, 二者支承臂另一端都可铰接在靠背柱横樑 5中部铰链 3' (如图 6左侧), 所述 的支承臂铰链 3'轴腔局部外径上的蜗轮 42与支承臂 4a、4b平行设置的蜗杆 43操纵器配合。 此二方案无单独图, 但支承臂结构的设计分别是图 2、 图 3的一半, 而二者均采用图 4中 单端蜗杆操纵器。
⑩、 平行机构也可以是如图 6右侧图和图 5所示: 蜗杆操纵器操纵立式支承臂 4c。 立 式支承臂 4c上端铰接靠背 10背面中部铰链 46,下端铰接靠背柱横樑 5中部铰链 3c,所述 的铰链 3c轴腔局部外径上的蜗轮 42与蜗杆 43操纵器相配合。 所述的蜗杆 43设置在靠背 柱横樑 5上的轴承座上的蜗杆轴上。 蜗杆轴的转动是由手动操作通过角尺齿轮改变旋转方 向, 在角尺齿轮输出的轴端配置圆盘 15或摇手 12。 也可以配电动机直接驱动蜗杆 43。 所 述的设于靠背 10背面的立式支承臂 4c可以是一支以上。
⑪一 ©, 还可以是: 图 2单个或图 6左恻、 图 6右侧结合图 8, 液、 气压操纵器操纵 单个卧式单体支承臂 4a, 单个单向卧式铰链折叠支承臂 4b, 立式支承臂 4c的结构。 卧式 单体支承臂 4a—端转轴 7顶端的导套 6b配于靠背 10下端的导柱 32(如图 2—半);或卧式 铰链 35折叠支承臂 4b—端转轴 61顶端连接靠背下端中部铰链 34(如图 6左侧、 图 7); 或 立式支承臂 4c上端铰接靠背 10背面中部铰链 46(图 6右侧图); 三者支承臂另一端分别铰 接在靠背柱横樑 5中部铰链 3'、 3'、 3c, 单向液压或气压缸 65操纵器缸柱 64端头铰接连 杆 63, 所述的连杆 63另一端铰接于支承臂 4a、 4b、 4c与铰链 3'、 3'、 3c铰接部的上段的 铰链 41(如图 3)或铰接于铰链 3'、 3'、 3c伸出的尾部 62(如图 8)的结构。此三个技术方案均 采用单向液压或气压缸操纵器分别操纵卧式、 立式三种支承臂。
很明显, 以上几个 "平行机构"的技术方案都可以相互替代。 同样, 图 1中所示的靠 背 10上端配合靠背 10下端平行的同步升降机构也有其它技术方案可以相互替代。 它可以 如图 9所示: 靠背 10两侧上端铰链 28的铰链轴 69—端连接滑轮架 66, 所述的滑轮架 66 两端滑轮 68运行于两侧靠背柱 2内侧导轨 67。 也可以如图 10所示靠背 10两侧上端方型 壳体铰链 74动配于铰链外壳 75内腔, 其铰链轴 69端的滑轮 68运行于两侧靠背柱 2内侧 导轨 67。所述的方型壳体铰链 74与靠背 10之间有靠背压弹簧 71和斜度推块 73配合斜度 靠背柱锁 70, 靠背柱锁 70设有靠背柱锁复位压弹簧 72。 该同步升降机构除同步升降功能 外, 还具有锁住靠背 10上端功能。 当靠背 10受压时, 斜度推块 73将斜度靠背柱锁 70推 向靠背柱 2, 从而把靠背 10上端固定在调节好的位置上。 当靠背 10没有压力时, 靠背压 弹簧 71复位,同时斜度推块 73复位,靠背柱锁 70在靠背柱锁复位压弹簧 72作用下复位。 这一方案特别适用于使用 "卧式支承臂"平行机构的技术方案中。 "升降机构"也可以如 图 11所示: 靠背 10上端两侧铰链 28的铰链轴 69连接靠背柱 2外径动配导套 29, 此结构 与图 2中 "升降机构"差别仅在于本方案的靠背柱是六角形。该靠背柱的形状可以是圆型、 六角型或方型等多种形状。 "同步升降机构"也可以如图 12、 13所示: 靠背 10两侧上端 铰接滑轮架 77铰链 76, 滑轮架 77平行滑轮 80运行于与靠背 10背面相对的导轨 79。 所 述的滑轮架 77设有一锁住道轨 79的凸轮 78锁扳手 81。当靠背 10的倾斜度调节至最舒适 位置时, 将凸轮锁扳手 81扳下, 滑轮架就锁住在这一位置上, 它主要用于 "卧式支承臂" 平行机构的靠背 10上。 "同步升降机构"也可以如图 14、 15所示: 靠背 10两侧上端铰接 靠背导柱 82顶端铰链 84, 其导柱 82动插配于靠背柱 2内径, 所述的导柱 82下端和靠背 柱 2上端口有轴行滑轮 83的结构。 选用这一技术方案时, 靠背 10上端下降后, 靠背上端 不会外露靠背柱 2, 比较美观。
以上提供了数种 "平行机构"和 "同步升降机构"的技术方案。 在 "平行机构" 和 "同步升降机构"之间, 它们都可以在具体实施中互相互换和替代应用。 并且以上二个机 构之间又可任意组合形成一个 "升降机构"配合 "平行机构"完成靠背 10下端在坐躺面 平面上前后平行运行的动作。 而 "平行机构"中是由操纵器操纵支承臂的。 蜗杆操纵器与 液压或气缸操纵器之间可以互换, 这二个操纵器又都可以替代迂迴拉索操纵器。而操纵器 的动力来自动力源。 本发明的动力源为: 丝杆 8、 拉索 31、 蜗杆 43是圆盘 15或摇手 12 等手动, 或者是电动机驱动; 所述的双向或单向液压或气压缸 37、 65 为手动液压或气压 泵或是电动液、 气压泵的结构。 它们的电动操作可以是倒顺开关、 倒顺按钮或遥控。
为使用者在使用时更感舒适, 本发明在所述的靠背 10上端设有枕头靠调节装置, 它 可以是如图 16和图 2左侧所示: 枕头靠 18下端铰接在靠背 10上端前侧的铰链 23, 枕头 靠 18背面下端有随铰链 23旋转的 R型倒撑齿块 20, 所述的 R型倒撑齿块 20配有铰接的 放置弹簧的倒撑顶块 19。 当枕头靠向前倾斜时, 倒撑顶块 19在弹簧作用下自动顶住 R型 倒撑齿块 20。按下倒撑顶块 19的尾部, 倒撑顶块 19脱离 R型倒撑齿块 20, 枕头靠 18在 自重作用下复位, 也可设置弹簧复位。 图 2左侧上方为方便操作, 设置了铰接铰链 22的 横杆 21。 按下按钮 17, 横杆 21就将倒撑顶块打开, 枕头靠 18即可调节。 也可以是如图 17和图 2右侧所示: 枕头靠 18下端与靠背 10上端抽屉式道轨 24配合, 两侧道轨 24之间 有平行倒撑齿块 25, 所述的平行倒撑齿块 25配有铰接的放置弹簧的倒撑顶块 26(图 17)。 当枕头靠 18向前推进, 弹簧倒撑顶块 26在弹簧作用下自动顶住平行倒撑齿块 25,抬起倒 撑顶块 26的尾部, 倒撑顶块 26脱离平行倒撑齿块 25, 枕头靠 18可以后移, 也可设置弹 黉复位。 图 2右侧上方枕头靠调节装置中, 为方便操作, 放置了以铰链 22铰接的横杆 27, 按下按钮 17横杆顶端就会脱开倒撑顶块 26,枕头靠即可调节。也可以是如图 18和图 6左 侧所示: 枕头靠 18下端铰接在靠背 10上端前侧的铰链 23, 枕头靠 18背面下端铰接连杆 49, 所述的连杆 49另一端铰接单向液压或气压缸 85缸柱 86端头结构。 图 6左侧靠背 10 上端设有液、 气压手泵 48。 图 6右侧是传统技术为直条倒撑齿块 58和倒撑顶壳 57结构。 图 16—图 18的虚线图是枕头靠 18运行状况示意图。 所述的枕头靠 18调节可以是上述手 动也可以设置电动机驱动。
为了适应天气冷暖变化, 调整床垫厚薄的需要,本发明在靠背柱横樑 5二端设有靠背 10下端与坐躺面 13之间间距调节装置。 示例 1如图 2中所示, 其结构包括: 靠背柱横樑 5两端开口抱套 33套配靠背柱 2外径, 所述的抱套 33开口两侧两耳有紧固件 45。 松开紧 固件 45调整靠背横樑 5在靠背柱 2上的位置, 然后旋紧紧固件定位即起到了调整靠背 10 下端与坐躺面 13的间距。
示例 2如图 6中所示, 其结构包括: 靠背柱横樑 5两端套筒 60动配于靠背柱 2外径, 所述的两端套筒 60有配合轴 53连同步齿轮 52的齿轮腔, 同步齿轮 52与设于靠背柱 2两 侧的直行齿条 51吻合, 所述的两侧套筒 60还装有靠背 10下端与坐躺面 13间距的定位凸 轮扳手 59。 它的操作是扳起凸轮扳手 59, 转动轴 53连同步齿轮 52, 同步齿轮 52就会在 直行齿条 51中上、下运行使靠背柱横樑同步升降至所需间距,扳下凸轮扳手 59锁住即可。
以上所述的 "枕头靠调节装置"和 "靠背 10下端与坐躺面 13之间间距调节装置"的 数个技术方案可各自互相替代, 又可组合应用。
另外, 实施例 1是一个可以如意调节靠背倾斜度的床, 当坐躺面面积变化时也可以是 沙发、躺椅或坐椅。还可以是坐躺面架下无腿的床 (如图 5)。无腿的床是大和民族、韩民族 等民族具有民族习俗的床。 图 5所示的平行机构是蜗杆操纵器操纵立式支承臂情况, 其升 降机构为导柱 9结合导轨 1结构。 虚线所示是靠背及支承臂运行状况, 当然该床同样可安 设其它平行机构及升降机构及其它装 S。 实施例 2:
本实施例 2的基本结构与实施例 1相同。 它同样具有 "平行机构"和 "升降机构"; 同样可以安装有枕头靠调节装置和靠背下端与坐躺面 13之间间距调节装置。 所不同的是 两侧靠背柱 2之间增设双道轨的靠背柱 56(如图 6)。双道轨靠背柱 56下端连接靠背柱横樑 5。双道轨靠背柱 56与两侧靠背柱 2之间设并列的双靠背 10'。双靠背各自设一"平行机构", 也可以是同一平行机构。 如图 6右侧的 "平行机构"采用蜗杆操纵器操纵立式单体支承臂 结构。 其左侧的平行机构则釆用蜗杆操纵器操纵单个卧式铰链 35折叠支承臂的结构 (具体 构造已有表述)。上方的枕头靠装置是采用该装置的示例 3结构,安装了手动液压或气压泵 按钮 48。 其中间还安设了一个靠背运行平稳装置, 它包括: 靠背导套 55、 一头以铰链 50 铰接于靠背 10'背面,一头插入靠背导套 55内的靠背导板 54构成。当然两侧也可设同一副 "平行机构"。 这一实施例主要是提高产品的灵活性。 其左、 右二侧的使用者按照自己的 需要将各自的靠背调节至自己适合的倾斜度后使用, 甚至一个已想休息, 另一个则还想看 书、 阅报或看电视。 当然还可以设二个以上双道轨靠背的结构, 此时它的靠背应是三个以 上。两靠背 10'以上的靠背 10',它们可以是大小一样的并列靠背 10', 也可以是大小不同的 靠背组合。

1. 一种坐卧器具, 包括靠背 (10)、坐躺面 (13)、靠背柱 (2)、靠背柱横樑 (5)、 坐躺面樑 (14), 所述的靠背柱 (2)之间由靠背柱横樑 (5)连接组成设置靠背 (10)的靠背框, 所述的坐躺 面樑 (14)连接靠背框组成设置坐躺面 (13)的架, 其特征在于: 靠背 (10)下端在坐躺面 (13)平 面上前后平行的平行机构和靠背 (10)上端配合靠背 (10)下端平行的同步升降机构。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的坐卧器具, 其特征在于, 所述的靠背 (10)下端在坐躺面 (13) 平面上前后平行的平行机构包括支承臂和支承臂操纵器。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的坐卧器具, 其特征在于, 所述的靠背 (10)下端在坐躺面 (13) 平面上前后平行的平行机构,平行机构的支承臂可以是卧式单体支承臂 (4a)或卧式铰链 (35) 折叠支承臂 (4b), 也可以是立式支承臂 (4c)。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的坐卧器具, 其特征在于, 所述的靠背 (10)下端在坐躺面 (13) 平面上前后平行的平行机构, 平行机构的支承臂操纵器可以是: 丝杆操纵器; 或者是迂迴 拉索操纵器; 或者是液压或气压缸操纵器; 也可以是蜗杆操纵器。

7、 根据权利要求 1所述的坐卧器具, 其特征在于, 所述的同步升降机构是: 靠背 (10) 两侧上端横 "T"型导柱 (9)运行于两侧靠背柱 (2)内侧的道轨 ); 或者是: 靠背 (10)两侧上 端铰链 (28)的铰链轴 (69)—端连接滑轮架 (66),所述的滑轮架 (66)两端滑轮 (68)运行于两侧靠 背柱 (2)内侧导轨 (67);或者是靠背 (10)两侧上端方型壳体铰链 (74)动配于铰链外壳 (75)内腔, 其铰链轴 (69)端的滑轮 (68)运行于两侧靠背柱 (2)内侧导轨 (67), 所述的方型壳体铰链 (74)与

8、 根据权利要求 1所述的坐卧器具, 其特征在于, 所述的靠背 (10)上端设有枕头靠调 节装置, 其包括: 枕头靠 (18)下端铰接在靠背 (10)上端前侧的铰链 (23), 枕头靠 (18)背面下 端有随铰链 (23)旋转的 R型倒撑齿块 (20),所述的 R型倒撑齿块 (20)配有铰接的放置弹簧的 倒撑顶块 (19); 或者是枕头靠 (18)下端与靠背 (10)上端抽屉式道轨 (24)配合, 两侧道轨 (24) 之间有平行倒撑齿块 (25), 所述的平行倒撑齿块 (25)配有铰接的放置弹簧的倒撑顶块 (26); 或者是枕头靠 (18)下端铰接在靠背 (10)上端前侧的铰链 (23), 枕头靠 (18)背面下端铰接连杆 (49), 所述的连杆 (49)另一端铰接单向液压或气压缸 (85)缸柱 (86)端头结构。

10、 根据权利要求 1所述的坐卧器具, 其特征在于, 所述的两侧靠背柱 (2)之间增设双 道轨的靠背柱 (56),所述的双道轨靠背柱 (56)下端连接靠背柱横樑 (5),所述的双道轨靠背柱 (56)与两侧靠背柱 (2)之间设并列的双靠背 (10'), 双靠背各自设有一个平行机构, 也可以是 同一平行机构; 还可以设二个以上双道轨靠背柱 (56), 配以三个以上靠背 (10')。
