Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à enregistrer le type et la quantité d'articles retournés par chaque client. Ce procédé a notamment pour objet de révéler les quantités anormalement élevées d'articles retournés, et d'empêcher la production d'articles destinés uniquement à encaisser le dépôt. A cette fin le montant de dépôt doit être supérieur au coût de production de l'article. Le retour des articles demande en outre un effort très faible, du fait que les réceptacles à cet effet sont placés à proximité des domiciles de clients. Un rapport dépôt/effort très haut permet de garantir un pourcentage de retour très important. L'identité du client figure sur les article retournés, ce qui permet l'évaluation automatique de la rétribution du client. Les articles peuvent en outre être compressés avant la fin de l'évaluation du fait que les données figurent sur une section détachable. Dans une version de ce procédé, le client indique combien d'articles il/elle retourne, et ces indication individuelles sont vérifiée uniquement si la quantité indiquée ne correspond pas au comptage générale des articles. Ce procédé peut également consister à enregistrer les articles achetés (au lieu de percevoir un dépôt) et à obliger l'acheteur à les retourner dans un certain délai (le retour étant vérifié automatiquement).
