Abstract

【課題】ブラシピンがほぼ垂直に起立しているブラシと、扇型に開いたブラシを比べると、構造上、ブラシピンに絡み付いた毛髪を除去するのは難しい。それに対応しているブラシも少なく、ある特殊な型のブラシにのみ毛髪を除去することが可能であった。【解決手段】本体に取り付けられたブラシピンを有した回転軸を回転自在にさせることにより、扇型に開いていたブラシピンを垂直に近い、起立した状態に持っていくことにより、ブラシカバーの引き上げ操作を可能にし、毛髪を取り除くことができ、また、型にこだわることなく多種多様なブラシに有効である。

今日におけるブラシは多種多様性を極めており、 形状には平型、 回転型、 扇 型など、用途的には粗とぎ用、ヘアードライヤー用、ぺット用のブラシなど様々 である。 その中でも一般的によく便われているのが、 扇型のブラシである。 従 来の発明は、 特開平 10— 179257号公報にあるように、 平型、 粗とぎ用 のヘアーブラシに係るものであり、 ブラシピンが扇型に開くタイプには対応で きていない。 さらに、 特開 2003— 210251号公報はブラシピンが扇型 に開くタイプではあるが、 それにはブラシピンを収納できる十分なスペースが 必要であり、 そのようなスペースを設けることができない型のブラシには向か ない。 また、 特開 2004— 105241号公報は特開平 10— 179257 号公報と同様、 平型でブラシピンが垂直に起立するものが主であるが、 第 5実 質形態の図面 21〜 24にあるように扇型に開くブラシピンにも対応している。 し力 し、 床力パーの引き上げ操作により毛髪を取り除くようになっているが、 構造上、 床カバーがブラシピンに引っ掛かり、 容易に引き上げるのは難しいと 思われる。

Claims

請求の範囲
【請求項 1】 ブラシ本体 （1) とブラシ本体 （1) に装着されるブラ シカパー （2) と力 ら成り、 ブラシ本体 （1) は、 回転自在に設けられた複数 の回転軸 (5) と回転軸 (5) に設けられた多数のブラシピン （4) とを有し、 前記ブラシカバー （2) は、 ブラシピン （4) に対応するブラシカバーピン穴
(3) が形成され、 ブラシカバーピン穴 （3) にブラシピン （4) を通して、 プラシカバー （2) をブラシ本体 （1) に取り付け、 ブラシ力パー （2) の引 き上げ操作により、 容易に毛髪を除去することを特徴とするブラシ。
【請求項 2】上記ブラシピン （4)の先端に、プラシカパーピン穴（3) の径より大きいストッパー部 （7) を設けた請求項 1記載のブラシ。
【請求項 3】 プラシカパー (2) の外側にブラシ力パーラパー （10) が設けられ、 プラシカパーラパー （10) は複数のプラシカバーピン穴 （3) に対応した穴が設けられ、 ブラシピン （4) の先端部にストッパー部 （7) を 取り付け、 ストッパー部 （7) がブラシ力パーピン穴 （3) より小さく、 ブラ シカパーラパーピン穴 （11) より大きく形勢されている請求項 1記載のブラ シ。
【請求項 4】 ブラシ力パー （2) に差し込み突起 （8) が形成され、 前記ブラシ本体 （1) に差し込み突起 （8) をはめ込む差し込み穴 （9) が形 成され、 差し込み突起 （8) を差し込み穴 （9) にはめ込むことによって、 プ ラシカパー （2) がブラシ本体 （1) から外れるのを防ぐ請求項 1, 2， 3記 載のブラシ。
【請求項 5】 前記差し込み突起 （8) 及び差し込み穴 （9) の少なく とも一方に、 ゴム部材 （12) が設けられている請求項 4記載のブラシ。
【請求項 6】 ブラシ本体 （1) とブラシ力パー （2) のそれぞれに磁 石設置穴 （14) を設け、 磁石設置穴 （14) に磁石 （13) を設置し、 ブラ シカバー （2) がブラシ本体 （1) から外れるのを防ぐ請求項 1, 2， 3記載 のブラシ。
