Definitions
- the present invention relates to a strawberry (scientific name: Fragaria x ananassa Duch.) Seedling that is seasonally capable of harvesting throughout the year, has a high sugar content and has a thick and long-distance transport, and is resistant to disease.
- the applicant refers to the seedling according to the present invention as “wa, tsumomo”.

- flower bud differentiation promoting treatment low temperature treatment, nitrogen starvation, short-day treatment, etc.
- flower bud differentiation promoting treatment is an essential condition in summer.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has sufficient sugar content to cause less damage due to the temperature of stamens and pistils that are strong in both the low temperature and high temperature periods throughout the year.
- the purpose is to make a large strawberry.
- the present invention eliminates the lack of the lack of flavor stability of “Ikemitsu”, and the yield of “Mine Queen” is low.
- the fruit is sufficiently large and has a low sour taste and a strong sweet scent. It does not fall off as Ikemitsu, Mine Queen, and other conventional varieties. It has no excellent characteristics.
- the annual yield per 10 ares can be as much as 20 tons, and this is one of the most powerful varieties that have never existed before.
- Strawberries according to the present invention have an extremely high yield compared to the annual yield per 10 ares of a typical seasonal strawberry variety, which is an effect that no breeder can imagine.
- the strawberry fruit as described above is always large and sweet throughout the year, and can harvest strawberry fruit.
- pollination has the effect of being able to obtain strawberries of normal shape by natural mating without the need for pollination bees!
- Strawberries according to the present invention are selected from the seedlings of the above mother stock, planted in both hydroponics and soil plowing based on the selected 25 strains, and grown for several years by taking runners. The survey was continued and the training was completed after confirming that the characteristics were stable.
- the mother stock the strawberry fragrance is strong between August and December, with seasonality, fruit shape that is oval, and the fruit is hard and not sour. The selection was made with a focus on this point.

- the mother stock was nurtured by the Merliclone technology based on the growth point.
- a plurality of protocombs obtained by dividing the growth point were grown on a medium such as MS (Murashige Skoog) medium, and the mother strain was grown by buds produced by the polarity.

- the seedlings of clone seedlings can generate about 12 runners at an early stage.
- the strength of the mother stock can be maintained, and It will bear fruit.
- This seedling has flower buds even at extremely low temperatures, for example, 2 ° C, and flower buds even at extremely high temperatures, for example, 40 ° C.
- the temperature conditions for germination are low and Compared with 12 to 18 ° C, which is the conventional general germination condition, both the temperature and the temperature are extremely large.
- the flower bud fractionation is repeated in succession with almost no runners, and special fruit bud promotion treatments such as low temperature treatment, nitrogen starvation, and short-day treatment are performed. It is possible to continue fruiting with flower buds throughout the year without performing.
- This uninterrupted flower bud and fruit throughout the year is a revolutionary variety that can be found in any conventional variety of strawberries. It is obvious that fertilizer management and temperature management should be performed in order to obtain a fruit with higher quality in natural cultivation.
- the seedlings from which the runner power emerged from this clone seedling are also the same as the above seedlings, and the seedlings germinated from runners from each similar seedling after the seedlings from which this runner power germinated In the present invention, it becomes a mother stock.
- the flowers with such seedlings were about 3 times more pollen than conventional varieties. Furthermore, it is easy to pollinate by wind with a long stamen. For this reason, it does not require a bee for pollination, and even in a light breeze in the house, it can be crossed sufficiently to produce a normal oval-shaped strawberry fruit. This large amount of pollen is a major characteristic that cannot be obtained from other varieties of strawberries that are currently cultivated in addition to Ikemitsu and Mine Queen.
- This seedling is strong in stamens and pistils in both the low temperature and high temperature periods as described above, and can be stably harvested throughout the year because there is no damage due to temperature.
- the annual yield can be 20 tons.
